Glamzelle Didn't take responsibility for late delivery

My order was placed in January and I just received it and was very disappointed with the terrible quality. I contacted Glamzelle and asked for a refund, but they said that orders can be returned within 7 business days. I told them it was not my fault that it took so long to get the order. They said that my order was shipped immediately and stated that they are not responsible for shipping. When I asked them so what am I supposed to do now they said that they don't know and that was the end of our communication.

Glamzelle They haven't changed my tops

I ordered two tops from the company www.glamzelle.com. I got the order, but it didn’t fit me. I spoke with the online chat agent, who promised to change it. I retuned the tops and haven’t heard from these jerks again. I read on their website that they have changed the orders, but I have no idea why they haven’t done it now. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

Glamzelle Fraud

The fraudulentally charge credit cards, never respond to emails or inquiries. Order only indicates its processing. the phone number is fake. I will report to TFC after I go through my bank/ cc company to try and get refund
If anyone is filing a class action, I will get in! These people need to be held accountable.

Oh I cannot agree with you more. I really want to take action against this company as well. They should be stopped and the website should be taken down. I was scammed by them as well. I am not based in the States though so am not sure how to sue! I am so angry with them.

Glamzelle I haven't received my order and seller overcharged me

I bought two jackets and 3 jumpers from the company www.glamzelle.com. I was really disappointed in it, ‘coz they overcharged me and didn’t deliver order. When I ordered from them, the price on the website was one, but the seller charged me for completely different price. Also after that I got some fake email and that’s all. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Glamzelle Problems with the delivery and seller ignores customers

I ordered jeans and jacket from the website www.glamzelle.com. After that I got the email, which provided the tracking number and info about the delivery. It was mentioned that the delivery could take 10-30 days. I waited 30 days and it turned out that the tracking number was fake. The seller ignored me within these days. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.

i bought from this website in the past and shipping was rather fast. You should contact them again, I saw they have a live chat now on their website, perhaps it will help?

Glamzelle I got bad clothes and seller was too rude with me

I bought top and dress from the website www.glamzelle.com. I was so disappointed, when I got the order from them. The dress was too large for me and the top didn’t look as on the website. I tried to return the order and get money back, but the seller refused and spoke with me in rude and unpleasant manner. Not recommended website and post comments about your experience with them.

I bought from that store a couple of times...I once had a dress that was too small and they accepted it back. You should reach to them again because perhaps you spoke with a nasty customer service rep, and another one would help you better ;)
