Keratin Service: no result

I took keratin service in the end of Jun from jawed Habib and did not get the result.

In March 2023 also I took the same service and got the satisfactory result and was very happy with the service.

This time I immediately raised my concern to the staff but they said I need to visit the salon so I went there and then they said I will directly get the call From jawed Habib varthur salon owner for the solution.

Please do the helpful. For reference I have attached my previous keratin and recently keratin post photos.

Last time when I took the keratin service from jawed result was very good. This time I felt that product was changed or service was not done properly.

Today i went to Javed Habib Salon Electronic city phase 1 Neeladri Road, Bangalore for my Daughter's haircut. It was the worst experience. first and last time i went there. The hairdresser was very impatient. He was not listening to our requirement. We showed him a picture what of haircut we want but he didn't even bother to see the pic and start cutting. and the end result was horrible. My daughter told him that she always does middle parting but he ignored and did side parting because of that the hair cut is uneven. He neglected our needs and did whatever he pleased. Not expected from such a big brand. you guys charge huge amount and always do whatever you guys want by ignoring clients request and needs.

Sorry to say but im highly disappointed and regretting i should go to small salon at least they listen.

I am staying in thane hiranandani estate... Yesterday I went salon for hair colour. I was select other colour they did totally different colour on my hair (take 3 hours)... After disscuss there they were doing red colour within 20 min... N hair colour now become other colour... Very bad experience.

While starting the treatment we have clearly informed the hair stylist that we had done keratine in our hair 6month back and now we have to do straightening. Hair stylist assured us that they can do the procedure and she can do hair straightening but once the same done my sister complete hair got burn and she lost her full hair and hair quality and texture became ver weak..

We did the treatment at Powai Galleria Mall Jawed Habib saloon. Stylist name is Shoaib.

I have taken a Face Clean up service in Javed Habib (Lawsons bay colony, Visakhapatnam branch).

While steaming, the sizzling hot water spill on my eye and the area around. Unable to tolerate the pain I moved to the washbasin and put running water on the left part of my face.

Later staff got me some ice cubes and Soframycin ointment to control the burning pain. Just imagine boiling water spilling on the sensitive skin around the eyes and cheeks.

I had to step out of the salon in pain and looking terrible with a burnt patch on my face. One such accident can ruin a customers life.
