GiftsnIdeas not receiving the hamper we order and email services

My mum from england ordered me a chocolate hamper with 11 products from this company to Vietnam. After 7 days being late, i received 4 bars chocolate, biscuits and raisins. When i complained to the email address everytime they reply they are asking for the order number and a jpeg image, even though i have supplied it about 8 times! and now they are not responding. i just want the chocolates that my mum paid for. She spent £45 pounds on something not worth £10. it's a disgrace

I placed this order 13 feb process payment from the credit card with the name of faisal safdar but did not received any confirmation so i again process payment from another credit card at 14 feb from the credit card with owner name rabab hadi, but i charged from both credit cards so paid this order twice.
But it was not delivered so i cancelled this order and asked for refund my duel payment for this order payment.
at 20th feb i received an email that my payment is refunded and it will be reflected in my account within 7-9 business days

GiftsnIdeas complete different look of the order + delivery charges and not delivering items

Dear Giftsnideas,

Hope this finds you well.

I have two complaints:

1) I have ordered three items (order no.:[protected] / [protected] / [protected]).
All items were promised to be delivered on Tuesday 13 march 2018.
You charge separately for each item delivery that I ordered and it's not received on time till now plus the recipient received a note to visit the DHL in Germany Aachen to pick up the items which where 2 out of 3 items only, still the third item is not delivered.
*For what am I paying the delivery charges in this case?

2) I am shocked from the order, which is completely different from the ones I chose from the website. My husband thought it is a joke on his birthday and we fought, sorry for that but he literally said this looks like its picked from the road with dusty leaves and rapped in tissue at the bottom I do not think this is a proper gift.
I have all the pictures that he received.
He received the flowers from a shop in Dubai called: Classic Flora in Al Qouz area.
Both Bouquets are the same exactly for two different occasions.
Am so sad and I need a solution for all this it is not acceptable to pay this amount of money for nothing.

GiftsnIdeas refund not received

I made a online order for my friend in qatar. After few minutes I cancelled my order speaking to one of the agent and my order was cancelled. they told me that I will receive my refund 4-6 Business days. I made the order on 20-01-2018. Still they haven't refund me. When I contact the agent they used to say the same thing again and again. You will get your refund in 4-6 Business day. They have charged me $78.54. Please help me to get my refund

Like everybody I regret not reading the reviews earlier, but it serves me right.I have been fooled twice by these goons.The first time it was late delivery and now the second time no delivery at all.They are scammers.Beware.My story is the same like the rest of you people.

GiftsnIdeas scam - you can get your money back with a charge dispute through your bank and they will take legal action against this fraud company

I regret not reading reviews beforehand. I ordered a gift delivery, it was never delivered. When I asked for a refund through chat/phone, I was promised a refund THREE times (I even have proof of it) but NEVER given one. All the customer service people kept giving vague, unclear responses. Finally I gave up and filed a charge dispute through my bank and received my money back, and now the bank will take legal actions against this company, which they will have to refund. With enough disputes for all the wrongful charges this SCAM company produces, soon they will be shut down legally.

GiftsnIdeas xmas basket

I'm really sorry I haven't read the reviews in advance. I am from Romania and I placed an order for Karlskrona, Sweden, promised to be delivered on Dec. 22nd. They lied about being delivered but my friend never got it. They admitted they didn't delivered it, so promised to deliver on 28th of Dec. Never happened. Again they promised to deliver my Xmas surprise for my friend on Dec.30. Never delivered, lied again about being delivered. All I could get from them, on website chat, on telephone and by email was "We are sorry for the inconvenience, please allow us some time so that we'll check with the concerned team and get back to you soon." Meanwhile my money is taken from my credit card. Very unprofessional, ruined my Xmas suprise for my dear friend, paid the money and nothing delivered! I will file a complaint, the proper authorities should shut down this scam!

GiftsnIdeas product and their service

I am so disappointed. I ordered a Christmas fruit basket last Dec.12, 2017 and requested for it to be delivered on the 23rd of December (before Christmas).. At first, I provided my 1st credit card infos to their website then they sent me an email stating that they the payment didn't go thru.. So I placed again the order the next day which is Dec. 13, 2017, and it went thru. Unfortunately, today is Dec. 29, 2017, my order wasn't delivered until now and sent them my complaints, they just told me they would give back my money by 6-7 business days but to no avail. I think this is fraud! I suggest for future customers, like me and what I experienced with them, don't ever order on their website! or you'll end up regretting and paying your bills for an order that didn't exist nor delivered. I may be fooled by them, but dont wait for you to feel and experience what I went thru with their supporting agents who are rude and aren't courteous. Anyway, Karma is [censor]! I'll leave it to that.

GiftsnIdeas online assistance, appalling attitude. unhelpful, rude, lost you money

Today is the 8th of November. I live in Thailand and wanted to send my son a gift, he lives in Canada. When I went to check out I discovered that a year ago I had used your service. No doubt for the same reason.
This meant that when I went to pay and entered my email address, it was registered.
No problem, except that it didn't recognise my user name. I tried my name with middle names, initials, everything. No luck. I only use one email account, so setting up a new account was not going to happen.
I contacted the online help desk. I have tried attaching screen shots to show you the conversation, however your complaints form only accepts JPEG and I cannot convert it from Adobe. I will be happy to provide them, in the mean time, I will publish them on social media.
I will also use this encounter as a 'What not to do' lesson for the staff of the 5 star resort I work at, where I am the Communication Trainer. ironically, I train very high end service staff, and this person 'Marc' represents you...
'Marc' from wherever was not interested in finding a way to reverse engineer the issue. I know the email address and the password, but your system doesn't recognise my user name, and I have no idea what it was a year ago if it wasn't my name.
When I suggested to Marc that he was about to lose a customer, his exact words, as you can see, were 'your wish'.
Your wish?
Is that how you turn around unhappy customers in your world?
That works for you as a business model?
I doubt that that is a viable long term solution.
You probably don't need my *) USD, it's true, but what you really don't need is how many times this story using your company name will be repeated.
'Marc' was not listening, was not prepared to go to any genuine length to help me, and was not interested in trying.
If the best your online help can do is to let it be known that I should take my business elsewhere, mission accomplished. I have.

GiftsnIdeas a gift hamper order #[protected]

I placed an order on 8th October, which was promised to be delivered on 11th Oct, but it didn't. On reaching out to them, they re-affirmed it will be delivered soon, but even 7 days after placing the order, they have not delivered.

Moreover they are telling me the order has been delivered, which clearly explains their fraud business. I need refund and want to sue this company.

GiftsnIdeas false delivery of online ordered items

On 26 August 2017 I made 2 online orders, i.e. a Tiramisu Cake ($57.20) and a Golden Moments Basket ($85.68) to Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines for a friend's birthday on 31 August 2017, which I have specifically stated. The items were later given the order number [protected] and [protected] respectively.

On 29 August 2017 I received an email from their [protected]@giftsnideas.com (Isaac) informing that "the item" was "not available for the delivery". However they could deliver "the substitution of Pastries" and they asked me to let them know whether I would be agreeable for them to proceed with it. I replied to ask them which order they were referring to and to show me the picture of the replacement Pastries for my consideration.

Instead of providing me with the information that I have requested, I received an email on 31 August 2017 that my [protected] "has been shipped". My friend then sent me pictures of the items he received on the same day, consist of a few small packets of cup cakes and pastries. They were far off similar value than what I have ordered for $57.20. My friend was waiting for a birthday cake to celebrate with his family and friends but what he received were such a great disappointment!

Then on 2 September 2017 (i.e. after the birthday) I received another email informing me that order [protected], attached with a picture of the Golden Moments Basket, "has been delivered". However when I checked with my friend, he confirmed that after the delivery on 31 August 2017 there was no second delivery received.

I wrote an email of complaint to the same email address on 3 September 2017 with a picture of the items received from my friend, also informing that order [protected] was not received. However on 4 September 2017 they replied that the picture "does not have clarity about the products delivered" which I found it was ridiculous!

On 5 September 2017 I received another email informing that order [protected], with a picture of the tiramisu cake, "has been delivered". Within the same day I sent another email to complain and to seek an explanation.

On 6 September 2017 I send another email to highlight that order [protected] has not been received by my friend. They replied with a track records of events showing that the [protected] was received by my friend on 31 August 2017 (with no time indicated), which I cannot understand how that can be a proof that the item has actually been delivered.

After I have returned from an overseas assignment I wrote another complain email on 11 September 2017 to tell them that my friend has definitely not received any second parcel and asked them to check further with their local agent. However, instead of doing any further investigation they immediately replied with the same track records of event and stated that the list was the proof that my friend has received the item. I responded on 15 September 2017 to inform that it cannot be a proof since anyone can create the list to fool customers. A signed receipt would be a good proof of delivery instead.

Since then, I have not heard from them again.

GiftsnIdeas Awful

So angry. Your website states that the gifts are shipped fast usually and several good reviews were given. I bought on that and regretted. I picked a gift from my mother, paid it and got a confirmation email stating that the gift will be sent tomorrow. Cool. 3 days later I got nothing. waited for 4 days more. Same story.
Called them, they said that they only can refund the money, but not the full amount. Why? well, there're some additional fees.
What fees? read the policies first.
God. Who the hell reads the policies and stuff like that?

GiftsnIdeas double debit to my credit card

I am in Australia and arranged for a box of chocolate to be delivered to my daughter in law in Trondheim Norway.
The delivery Address was: Karin Volden Campbell
Arne Garborgs 13a, 7021 Trondheim Norway.
The delivery arrived satisfactorily but my credit card was debited twice. Once on October 3rd and then again on October 4th. (See attached transactions)
Can you please issue a credit to my account.

I place a gift order for my wife for our wedding anniversary on 22nd Sep 2017 and the delivery date is 23rd Sep 2017. On 23rd Sep 2017, wrong items was send to my wife. I log on to live chat on giftsnidea and Sofia attended to me. She told me they need 24hours to resolved the matters and also ask me to forwards her the photo of the gift received together with the confirmation email on live chat. I did that and also email over. After 24 hours, the matters was not resolve and I log on to live Chat on 24th Sep. Sofia was the agent but she simply just ignore my question. On 25th Sep, I log on to Live Chat and agent Marc attended to my case. Marc told me to give another 12hours to resolve the matters. On 26th Sep, I log on to Live Chat and agent Marc was attending to me, when I ask for an answer to my matters, Marc ignore my question and simply transfer the mater to Sofia. Sofia react the same for the initial 5 mins with no reply to me and later just informed me they will do the refund with 4 to 5 working days. I feel that is really unprofessional. I have being a regular customer of giftsnidea for many years and I could not believe this is the way problems was handle. To me, it reflected all the empty promise and unprofessional ways of handling problem. I try to be understanding, but it is very hard to convince myself. Even if the gift I chose was not available, why nobody contact me? They just simply replace with others? The replacement was a guy's perfume. Do you think my wife will be happy? Is out wedding anniversary and giftsnidea just screwed up our day. I have all the live chats records reflecting how giftsnidea agent handle cases and empty promises given. I really wish the top management of giftsnidea to look into this and reply me with an explanation.

GiftsnIdeas No refund

They stopped answering me. I don't understand what's going on.
How it started: I ordered a gift one month before a birthday date. I never received anything. I also have no idea why. I called them, they apologized and offered to deliver my package. But I didn't need it at all so I requested a refund. I guess they preferred to ignore it because I didn't get any calls back and they simply stopped answering.
What am I to do?

GiftsnIdeas Avoid them like the plague

What they did is way beyond infuriating. Will I ever order from them? Never. They sent me a wrong item, plus I didn;t get it on time. Called their customer service for nothing, because nobody knew where it was. They promised me it would be delivered and didn't keep their fake promises. You know, it's irritating when you're treated that way by people who took your money and decided not to do anything instead.

I placed order [protected] last month.This order was cancelled as the truck had an incident, I have still not got my refund, I am fed up following up.
After this i placed another order [protected], this was delivered successfully.
But I need refund for my [protected].
I am fed up contacting the support team, they just keep saying wait for two to three days.

I had ordered for a bouquet of roses and a chocolate gift basket to be delivered to my cousin today, but they haven't recd it till now and the live chat is not responding at all.I want a refund pls!already I was not given the 10%discount that they promised.the whole trust on online shopping goes for a toss if this is the case.please address our issues as these fraudulent websites cannot keep taking customers for a ride time n again

GiftsnIdeas refund not received

My order no. was [protected], placed on 7th July'17. Due to the worst customer service from team giftsnideas, they spoiled the surprise and hence i asked to cancel the order.
The agent Ms. Sheryl M confirmed that the refund would be processed within 9 working days, its already the 10th day and i have not received the refund yet.
Now when i am trying to contact them, they are least bothered to revert to my query, the India no. provided on the website is switched off.

I think its more kind of fraud to cheat people, I request you to kindly take this ahead legally.
