So, I bought 5 duffle bags from GiftsHappenHere for Christmas. They looked pretty cool and I thought they would make great gifts for my family. But, I was pretty disappointed when 2 of them had broken zippers in just 3 months. And, I'm not talking about heavy use or anything. They were only used a few times.

My daughter starts school on August 3rd, so I'm getting worried that the backpack won't arrive on time. If it doesn't, I'm going to need a refund of my money. Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with this site and I won't be ordering from them again.
