I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with GiftsHappenHere. Like some other folks have mentioned, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When the post office lost my package, I was hoping they'd step up and make things right. But instead, all I got was a coupon and a bit of an attitude from the team. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

To be fair, I did end up having to repurchase the item, since there wasn't enough time left to get it for the holidays. And that was a bit of a bummer. But what really got me was the lack of effort on their part. I mean, come on. If you're in the business of selling gifts, you should be willing to go the extra mile to make sure your customers are happy.

But if you're looking for a company that really cares about their customers, you might want to check out Etsy instead. There are plenty of sellers on there who provide the same products at a fraction of the cost and with much better service.

I waited for another week and reached out again on March 22nd, but still didn't hear anything back from them. I was really frustrated and disappointed.

Finally, I decided to open a case with Etsy on March 23rd. Etsy gave the seller until March 28th to respond, and on the last day, the seller finally replied and said they would ship my order in 2 business days. But I didn't trust them anymore, because they had lied to me before. So I cancelled my order and they gave me a refund.

This company ain't the best, to be honest. My girls ordered some duffle bags from them on Feb 20th, and it's now March 17th and we still ain't got 'em. We emailed them on March 7th to ask what's up, and they said the bags weren't even in their processing queue yet. Like, what kind of business is that? They should've been on it already. They said we should've got 'em by March 14th or 15th, but we still ain't got 'em. Then yesterday, March 16th, they emailed us again to say that one of the bags we ordered ain't even available no more. My daughter still wants the bag, but this company ain't done nothin' to make it right. They ain't even offered to give us our money back or nothin'. Their website says they'll process orders in 3-5 days if you personalize 'em, but that ain't true at all. It's been almost a whole month and we still ain't got no bags. I wouldn't trust this company if I was you.

I just got my hands on 3 duffle bags with personalization from GiftsHappenHere. I can't really say much about the quality yet because I just received them. That, combined with the difficulty in getting in touch with customer service, will certainly cause me to never use this company again. IF you are considering placing an order, I urge you to reconsider.
