Bake Me A Wish! did not get shipment of keyboard and mouse but you charged my credit card

Track #LN754995914CN - delivery date was to be between 7-28-19 and 8-9-19 and we have not gotten the merchandise ordered. What was ordered was a keyboard and mouse and we have not receive it but you have charged my credit card.

Either get me the merchandise or refund the amount of $21.18 to my credit card ending in 1705.

I want a reply ASAP. This is unacceptable.

Bake Me A Wish! Bad service

They ship their cakes by shipping companies and charge you for each item they deliver. And it's not $5 or $10, it's twenty dollars! They will not provide you any guarantee after you receive it, which means they don't stand behind their stuff. Oh, and if you order something earlier you'll have to pay as well. Pay for everything. I think their cakes are overpriced and not tasty enough to pay so much money.

Bake Me A Wish! My cake never arrived

I haven't received a notice that my order for my mom's birthday had come, even though I was told that I would. I made numerous calls, but no one picked the phone up and no one called me back. I remember they said that my order has to be confirmed to get it the next day, but it didn't happen. I am so frustrated. I want my mom to see her cake in time, but after her birthday, and it looks like it will be just late. If it actually arrives... cause I'm not sure.
Thank you for your "help"...

I placed an order this morning and was charged for fuel.

Fuel prices have dropped considerably, yet this company still charges a fuel surcharge for it's orders. This company is taking advantage of it's customers and I am sure there are other companies that have products that are just as good or better.
