Highly unprofessional. I had placed an order from Kuwait for order in Mumbai for my sister birthday . they took the money and Order did not reach at all. order number [protected] . Many emails sent to '[protected]@gujaratgifts.com'; '[protected]@gujgifts.com' to check for order however no response at all.

FRAUD - Take the money and don't send gifts . Don't respond on emails. Birthday surprise got spoiled as gifts and Cake didn't reach at all . MONEY ALSO GONE.

Such sites should be banned or taken to task .

Their site customer review is all fake as customer doesn't have an option to write directly on their page . all post updated by the company themselves.

I ordered packet(Dry Fruits) for diwali for a very special friend. She lives on 3rd floor and just came from her job. Their delivery boy calls her and says I cannot deliver on 3rd floor, come and pick up your order downstairs else you can collect from office, I have many other deliveries to make.

Is that the reason we pay them premium price in dollars and is that even professionalism and customer service they deliver? I am shocked to hear something like this when they are charging so much and are in customer service industry.

I have demanded the name of the delivery boy, his handwritten apology letter and assurance from your top management that it will not be repeated else consider this my last order.

I placed the order on 31 st March from UK to amritsar for my friend, flowers bouquet and chocolate, cosmetics and few more things I put on delivery date on 6th April that people ordered the flowers from local citi from amritsar to my friends' home, flowers bouquet was looking very cheap and worst quality and she has not got any cosmetic gifts from that company she still waiting for parcel, I called them yesterday and they told me don't worry delivery will be very soon there, I thought might be they will deliver today but she has not got yet any delivery from them worst experience with these peoples

One of the worst service and commitment from GujaratGift. I order Rakhi to sent Rakhi on Rakshabandan days and this people cannot deliver on time and then giving me excusses he cannot sent food nor rakhi and finally he cancelled my order and I have to suffer since I got charge for currency difference. Infact I have to go with other route and my Rakhi was delayed just b'cas of him. My friend gave me his reference and they also suffered very badly. They ordered Diwali gift and it was Horrible food and spoiled Almonds and gift...and they declined to do replacement. Gujurat Gifts says we are not responsible if the product is spoiled in while postal. I would suggest please be careful if you buy from them. I and many of friends in USA got very very bad experience and we directly deal with the owner and spoke to him couple of times and this guy is very rude.
