GiftRocket review: gift card for shaking crab not received

Gift card not received. I was given a gift card email for $50.00, to be used at the Shaking Crab. I downloaded the information and was given a confirmation number (#DQ7KXGBZVCYT). I have not received the gift card yet. It has been almost month (3/21/2019) since I've downloaded the information and I would like your help in resolving this issue.
