No decent map of where to meet the bus. No phone number to call. Albert street exists on both sides of the motorway. I would avoid this tour at all costs! We never made the bus as we couldn’t find it and walked at least 5 miles looking for it. Should have used the parking lot on Albert street by the Grand Central train station. Based on directions and lack of phone number i would rank it a -10 out of 1 to 10! We were not the only ones that couldn’t find it there was at least 4 more folks who walked further than us looking for it!

Recommendation: Don’t book it!!
