On 19.10.2018, I registered with KontoFX, a financial service provider with similar problems. Approximately 2 hours later, I received a call from a Mrs. Klara Hauber of Get Financial. After a lot of back and forth, she convinced me to register and transfer $500.

Unfortunately, it was only after I transferred the money that I started learning about Get Financial and realized that my money was not safe. On 25/10/2018, I applied for a repayment for the first time, but the account was not traded. I tried reaching out to their support multiple times, but all my attempts were unsuccessful.

Around 06.11.2018, I received a call from an employee who initially wanted me to pay more money. After a long and heated discussion, I was promised that my money would be refunded. However, even after several attempts to contact their support, I had to send an email to Mrs. Klara Hauber on 14.12.2018, stating that I wanted my money back.

She actually called me and we had yet another long discussion about why I wanted my money back. Finally, she asked me to confirm my bank account details. Reluctantly, I provided my personal login details to my bank account. When I hesitated, she threatened that I wouldn't get my money back unless I complied.

So, I gave her my data and she promised to transfer the money. However, I immediately called my bank to change my login details after that phone call. To my surprise, a colleague of Mrs. Hauber called me shortly after, begging me to reconsider and keep my money with Get Financial.

Not even an hour later, Mrs. Hauber started annoying me on WhatsApp, begging me to leave my money with Get Financial. Eventually, she promised to transfer the money.

Today, 20/12/2018, my money is still in the Get Financial account. Overall, I consider the behavior of Get Financial and Mrs. Klara Hauber to be criminal.

Since I signed up with a total of 3 financial service providers, all of which had similar problems, and have since received countless annoying phone calls (even from New York), I can conclude the following:

1. Before transferring money, always check if the company is registered with a European Financial Supervisory Authority. And I strongly advise against choosing companies registered in Cyprus.

2. If you have registered with one financial service provider and receive a call from another person, take note that there are companies that are not registered and have their business address in a tax haven (a criminal paradise). Try to get your money back from the financial service provider where you initially signed up. They probably passed on your phone number, which shows their unreliability.

Overall, Forex and CFD trading can be interesting, but be aware that you may experience losses. So, don't play with your hard-earned holiday fund.

These people at Get Financial are nothing but thieves, and I hope one day I will come across some of their staff members who will be grinning from ear to ear. They try to convince you that they have your best interests at heart, but once you've paid them, your account suddenly gets closed and you're left unable to contact anyone, with your money vanished into thin air! No one is willing to assist in resolving this issue or getting your money back; all they say is that you should have chosen a more secure trader! Well, now it's going to be my turn to mess them up!
