Alpha Recovery Corp sent me a bill for a SHOP HQ account that I didn't own. The Alpha Recovery Corp rep was nice and told me to contact ShopHQ. They even gave me an ID number from ShopHQ. ShopHQ confirmed that I didn't have an account with the last four digits on the bill and connected me with Oliphant Financial, LLC to resolve it. Both Alpha Recovery Corp and the ShopHQ rep didn't want to consider the possibility that it could be a scam from Oliphant Financial, LLC, especially the ShopHQ rep. The ShopHQ rep kept telling me to make sure Oliphant Financial took care of it. When the ShopHQ rep called Oliphant Financial for me, they answered quickly. I started explaining my situation, but the rep was rude and abrupt. After I gave them my name, they said they didn't know what I was talking about. I tried to clarify if there was no account or if it was a scam, but they wouldn't give me a straight answer. I told them I definitely wouldn't pay the bill, and they dismissively repeated that they didn't know what I was talking about.

I aint responsible for this debt with 12 *** and dont got no contract with Oliphant *** LLC. They aint give me the original application like i asked.

I got a letter from *** saying it's from Oliphant Financial, LLC. But this ain't my debt, you know? I need the Creditor to show me some proof that this debt is actually mine. If not, they better stop bugging me right away!

My best frend got a letter from Oliphant Financial in my name and she's a famous person. They're a debt collector and they broke the law called The State Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Federal fair debt Collection Practices Act. These Acts say that collectors can't tell anyone else, except my lawyer or husband, about my debt. I have a good account with Oliphant and I don't know how or why they got my friend's address and sent her a letter in my name to her secret address.

Oliphant Financial, LLC has put garnishments on my paycheck from Gordon, aylsworth and Tami PC. They did it more than once, you know? The case number is cXX-XXXX. I don't even know who the original Creditor is, and I don't see any collection stuff on my credit report that says it's been paid. Plus, they didn't even bother telling me about these garnishments. How can they file a judgement without showing any kind of proof that they served me? They said I owe a total of $4109.11, but they took out $4317.09 altogether. The first time was on 11/2, and they took $3469.69. Then, on 5/3, they took $847.40. I want to know who the original Creditor is and when they'll settle this and take it off my credit report because I paid it. And I also want to see proof that they served me.

I got some court papers in my mailbox, which is weird 'cause they shoulda given 'em to me in person and made me sign for 'em. Oliphant Financial LLC says there's already a judgment against me in Dallas County Texas, Cause No. ***. This is the first time I'm hearin' 'bout this judgment. They don't say who the original creditor is or how much I owe. I just don't get why I'm gettin' Post Judgment papers when I never got anythin' before. I reckon this company's gonna try to take money from my bank account 'cause they can't legally take it from my wages. What I wanna know is who the Original Creditor is, how much I owe, and why didn't they give me a chance to make payment arrangements if this debt is legit.

This is 2nd/3rd collection agency for *** for acct # ending in *** Original complaint about this same bill to ComplaintsBoard.com was resolved 2/14 with *** Credit Inc. for this same bill for $21.18. Which was paid in Dec. 2019, to *** and refunded to me. I then called *** which acct is own by Synchrony bank, who said I did not owe anything. Obviously when this was resolved with one collection agency, it was sold to another. The letter I just received from *** says my acct with the original creditor *** is now owned by their client OLIPHANT FINANCIAL,LLC. On two times, a civilian Process Server with the First Judicial Circuit Court in Santa Rosa Cty, Fl.- Dawn Young, Badge #*** expiry 8/12- tried to serve "*** supposed court documents to appear in the Milton, Fl court ZOOM mtg. I didn't accept cuz I ain't *** However, this "person" is usin' my address. I took a pic of the front page n' the last page of the papers n' a pic of her badge. I told her not to come back. She told me she will if she's told to by the court n' will come with 2 officers of the law. I told her that'd be fine n' I'd be callin' the Sheriff's office of South Santa Rosa to report this incident, the minute she leaves my home. *** gave me the contact info of the Lawyer's office, which is *** & *** hired to collect this apparent debt taken with Oliphant Financial at *** Box *** Sarasota, Fl XXXXX. Police officer *** came to my home after I reported the incident.

Ok, so I got this weird bill from a company called SHOP HQ saying I owe them $16.67. The thing is, I never even knew about this bill. When I called them up to ask what's going on, they couldn't tell me anything about when I supposedly bought whatever they're talking about. They kept sending me back and forth between oliphant financial llc and monarch recovery management. Finally, they said it was for some boots I apparently ordered in 2018. But here's the thing, I never ordered any boots, and I always pay my bills on time. I've been making call after call, and I even wrote them a letter asking where this bill came from and how they connected it to me. But guess what? No response, no call, nothing. I just want everyone to know that oliphant is trying to stick bills on innocent people like me. I'm telling you, I dispute this bill because it's not mine! OLIPHANT FINANCIAL ARE TOTAL CROOKS!

I got a call on 08/01 from someone named Linda who said she works at Oliphant Financial LLC. When I called back, I spoke to a guy whose name I can't remember. I told him they had the wrong person, but instead of checking, he asked for my personal info like my full name, current address, and past address. I stopped him and said I won't give my personal info over the phone. I also told him I couldn't owe the amount they claimed because I never borrowed from that agency, especially not during the time he mentioned. I couldn't have taken a loan or made a payment later for reasons I won't discuss here. I don't have any debts. I tried explaining this to the guy, but he insisted I pay right away over the phone. I won't pay money I don't owe.
