I was contacted by get clicked on all sounded very good, got home checked reviews, very bad! Contacted them told I was in a 12 month contract! Issue I didn't want there services, had approx 30 missed calls of them the next day, felt totally harassed, then checking my bank statements noticed they have taken 2payments of £46.80, emailed them and had no reply, they told me the poor reviews were there competitors, trust me I'm a small business and I need my money to live let alone let the scammers at get clicked on steal it! This company prays on people and really should be shut down, all that I say is true so please please beware, , !

I found your email, you posted online about scammers 'Get clicked on'. My account was 1 MTh trial and I have email evidence that I did & paid 1 extra MTh notice and closed account 'Sept 2014!

Today (March 12th '18), I received a call [protected]) from someone from 'Get clicked on' team threatening to take legal action and telling me I owe money. When I said I have evidence and I can forward the email, he got more threatening! I asked him to send me a formal email which he also didn't like.

Having looked at the above messages, I know I need to report them to Action Fraud & record any future calls. I am starting by blocking that number.

If you have further advise or want to work together to bring a change if not a name and shame, so more people are not affected! (mehrettg@hotmail.co.uk)

We aim to help as many companies as possible not only claim the money owed to them but also in some situations help them claim for compensation through missed opportunities due to mis-sold/mismanaged Pay Per Click advertising campaigns.

Well they are still at it. I did a verbal agreement Nov 2014 (why oh why did I not do a scam search) for 1 off payment for 1 month advertising on Facebook, and as all the other people have said, they ignore you cancelling their so called contract and continue to still keep harassing with emails, debt recovery, nasty phone calls. So do not use 'GET CLICKED ON'. I will be contacting trading standards and perhaps Watch Dog might be interested.

They tried a similar trick on me last year. Fortunately, I blocked my card before any funds could be withdrawn.
Now, I ve suddenly received an invoice for £1152!
I won't be paying this. I won't be responding to their threats of court action or the intervention of a debt recovery agency.

I own and run a remedial company, Olympic Construction Ltd based in Oldham Manchester, I have been working with Getclickedon for at least 10 years, they have designed a number of websites for me and been very helpful when dealing with other issues. They have never once rang me with any demands, they don't take money by standing order, they send invoices as agreed. I don't hide behind forums writing crap

I would like to personally meet a few of these guys gave to face and batter them to a pulp, I was phoned a few years ago by a so called agent and was promised that I would be on the first page of Google by 5pm that evening... Come 6pm nothing... The next day nothing so I phone them and tell them that they breached the contract and I want to cancel to be told " you can not cancel for 12 months and no matter what you do we will keep taking your money" which they did straight away I had to explain to my bank that they miss sold me and I cancelled with them... The b**tards got away with 2 payments of £150 but the bank refunded me any further payments which I had to keep going to my branch and explain each time, in the end I had to cancel my 15 year bank account as I couldn't deal with popping into the bank every month. Then they had the cheek to not just phone me but they were nasty... Swearing at me the one Irish guy got so wound up as I explained to him that they broke the contract and I had no services off them he said " Hohhot for f**k sake just pay me" I wish I recorded some of the calls... Since then I had a girl ring me I explained and FairPlay to her she said that the account is no more and I will not hear from them again... Since then I have blocked 5 calls from them and accidentally answered today not knowing it was them and guess what it was the Irish guy again shouting threats down the phone and screaming like a child.
Every time I spoke to someone there the so called balance on my account has gone from £750 to £200 to £1500 then back to £300 this so called company is still in operation and I don't know why after reading all these complaints on them, what the hell is wrong with this country the owners should be on death row never mind locking up. I'm tempted to find third office myself and deal with whoever has been shouting and trying to intimidate me face to face after dragging the c**t from his so called office into the nearest car park.

They stole my clients Google+ Page and did not respond to any contact. We then cancelled the service and had to get Google to intervene in order to regain control of the page, it was a lot of effort. Once we had control of the page they continued to invoice but there is no way they could be doing the work they had said because they had no control of the page. Even prior to that it was obvious that they had not been doing any work. My client is my friend and I had set up his Google Analytics in a very advanced way to track any action from this campaign. THIS IS A SCAM. 2 years after stopping work they still intermittently invoice us for £450+ pounds. We intend to ignore it.

Let you believe you pay a 1 month only trial, when in fact in the very small print your actually on a monthly D/D, the ad words they claim got 40000 views a day is a total lie I had 44 views in 1 month and then charged again the next month when the ad wasn't even there, they are total con artists, I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs

I started my own company last year and received a sales call from get clicked on. It sounded good although high pressured to accept. I accepted thinking I had taken the 30 day trial and didn't need to do anything at the end as it would stop automatically. Thankfully I paid on my company credit card. After 2 days I realised it was a con! I realised due to doing a couple of searches on the words I wanted to use. Nothing was there! I called them to cancel and was put on hold for 30 minutes, so I emailed them. I received no response.
I claimed the money back through my bank. I had a few emails saying I owed them money. I re sent my cancelling email. After I received a call in July or early August from a woman saying if I didn't pay the £1700 I now owed they would take me to court. The best line from her was " we always win as we are a bigger company than you, and the courts always go with the bigger company".
I say ok take me to court as she wouldn't accept I had canceled anything with them.
I received another email late August saying they need to speak to me urgently. I re sent my original email along with some extra bits about why I would not pay.
Today I received a letter saying I owed £2121 but under the circumstances they would accept £1000 to close the account. They will issue court proceedings if I do not pay within 7 days. We hope that you find our offer agreeable and pay them to save myself time and court costs.

Has anyone else had these?
What actually happened?

Is anyone willing to come to court with me?

Hi,
I agreed to a month of their services, and almost from day 1, the did not provide the service (SEO) that they promised. They continually ignored the actual questions and facts in emails I sent to them, just replying with the same old... we are providing the service.
Before the month was up, I clearly started that I did not want to continue using their (supposed) service and not to take any money from my card. Guess what, 4 days later, they took another payment.
These people are:
1: Cr*p at what they do
2: Make false claims
3: Do not respond to emails
4: Take money from you account without permission (that, I believe is called stealing)
I've only just discovered the money being taken, and I will pursue this. If anyone else wants any information, or to present a joint case at the Small Claims Court, let me know.

We have also experienced issues with this company as money has been taken - without warning - out of our account after they agreed to terminate the monthly payment. We now are taking the issue to court and would appreciate e-mail addressed from anyone who have also experienced issues with this company as we can use this as evidence in court. Please send your email address and issue to gemconsultant@btinternet.com as we can then use your problems, as well as our own, as evidence against the company in court.

Argh! So annoyed with myself for not googling this better before - they sounded so plausible, I agreed to one advert, now they are threatening debt collection & court action. I've had to cancel my business debit card to stop them - taken nearly £400 so far & the bank won't do anything. Asked for copy recordings invoices & they refuse, won't put anything in writing to me surprise surprise...

I was cold called by get clicked on and they asked if I wanted to be on the first page of Google. I thought I would but no way can I afford to do this, the rep said that for 1 month the cost would be £120.00 a one off fee for one month I thought this would be a good idea as no way would I have any funds to complete an animal account. So I stated that this would be for only one month and I agree to this . The next day my bank contacted me about a transaction that I had no idea about and I asked them to stop all payments from the account, I had to set up a new account due to this company using my details to buy other devices. The rep said after a month a rep would call and give me details on the amount of traffic that was generated during the term. That never happened so I thought no way would I advertise like this again. Then get clicked on called me saying that my bank has stopped a payment, a payment for what I ask, next months fee was the reply well no way did I say iveSnted a roll on month contract it was just one month alone they said you cannot council as you have not sent in a conciliation letter. I did not know I had to council something that wasn't even ordered. They said that I had to pay. I said I'm not paying anything. Be aware of this law breaking, scamming, cheating, bunch of criminals

I verbally agreed ON A PHONE CALL to a one off ad campaign over one month, advertising my services for £118.80 including vat.
I was promised to receive an email with the breakdown of the services I had purchased just after the call
NO EMAIL WAS SENT TO ME.
I tried to call the guy who spoke to me on the phone and he did not pick the phone (I TRIED TO CALL 10 TIMES).
Then I called the telephone of the company fulcrummedia. Someone answered, and as soon as I said : Yesterday, I purchased some of your services" they hang up the phone. After, I tried to call again and THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER SO I COULD NOT CALL THEM.
Get clicked on TOOK £118 FROM MY ACCOUNT and I got nothing in exchange.
I was naive to trust this company but we should not be expecting that there are people out there trying to get your money.

This company are the biggest con artist going. They induce you by telling you that your sales will rocket. They also try and lock you into a contract although I said that i'll just see how things go for the first month and if its any good maybe we can do another ad. The company tried to take money from my account again but to my luck I had lost my bank account so they were unable to do so. Now they are harassing me for the second months payment as they were unable to collect it. They claim i owe them money as I did not cancel the deal with them, in fact i owe them nothing as they did not run the second ad due to non payment. How can they expect a person to pay for a service they did not provide. This company is a con DO NOT USE! BEWARE!

I was taken in by getclickedon.com after they told me they was calling from Facebook marketing. I assumed they must be who they said they were as I didnt think at the time anyone else would know that I had just started paying for Facebook advertising. I got home and checked the number I was called from and it was not from Facebook, it was getclickedon.com. I tried to dispute the transaction but it looks like the bank are going to come down on their side. Its absolutely infuriating as I worked hard for that money, I am just starting my roofing business I am my only employee and I do my jobs for peanuts to hopefully gain a good reputation as I have been out the building game for 8 yrs while serving in the Marines, so I need to build a customer base.
Now I must somehow find the time to escalate this with the small claims court and financial ombudsman, so far the people I have spoken to do not really seem to worried about how this company operates. They seem to target very small businesses as they think we are just tadpoles in the ocean. We Must come together to get these b******ds closed down. https://www.facebook.com/helpmestopfulcrum

This company rely on people like you falling for their promises.
They also rely on you giving up on trying to reclaim your money after believing their lies.

If you have been cheated by this company. DO NOT GIVE UP, escalate your claim to the highest level including The Small Claims Court.
The company know and expect most people will give up after they have fobbed you off a couple of times...KEEP GOING!

I honestly don't understand how this 'company' haven't been shut down and prosecuted with the amount of scams they've managed to con people into, including myself.
In September of last year they rang me, obtaining my number from my gumtree advert, (I'm a Piano teacher). I usually just ignore these types of calls, but for some reason I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was sold by 'Andrew Webb' at Getclickedon, a Google optimisation 'plan' for 12 months, for the price of £118.80, to get my website noticed on the first page of google when words such as 'Piano teacher Leeds' are typed into the search engine. Andrew explained everything on the phone to me, and that I'd be sent an email with the 'contract', and also that someone would be in touch shortly after our phone call to finalise everything and put things into action.
Someone called me back 20 minutes later, trying to sell me Facebook-related. I repeatedly said that I wasn't interested and couldn't afford to buy anything else from them. The man asked me when I'd be able to afford this, and I said I wasn't sure. He then laughed and said 'Wow, really?'. I was shocked and explained to him that I thought this phone call was to set up my search optimisation plan, and he said that I'd receive a code in the post to verify my business - NOT what Andrew Webb had initially explained to me.
Very annoyed, suspicious and confused, tried to email and ring the company. No response. I had also NOT received the contract from them, or any other contact from them. I then looked online at the complaints and really started to panic. I rang my bank immediately to cancel my debit card incase they tried to take more money, like other complaints have explained. The £118.80 had already been debited from my account, and I haven't received any service. My bank (TSB) explained that I had to wait 15 working days to give Getclickedon chance to provide me with a service. I rang, emailed in that time, to no success, and STILL hadn't received anything from them, via email or the post.
The 15 days were up and I disputed this with TSB. They debited me the money back I'd been scammed of and I thought everything was settled.
TSB's debit collection team had tried to reclaim the £118.80 they debited to me from Getclickedon. Getclickedon CONVENIENTLY replied to my bank, insisting that they had provided me with the service I had paid for. This is obviously not the case, as my website (www.fmurraymusic.co.uk) doesn't appear ANYWHERE on the first (or second, third, fourth...) when you type in 'Piano Lessons / Teacher Leeds'. My bank then re-debited the money from my account and I've gone back to being £118.80 out of pocket. TSB have been awful regarding this matter and I've since switched to Yorkshire Bank - a more reputable banking company, as at least I'll be given £150 for switching to them and I'll have gained my money back in some way.
Absolutely disgusted, and I'm sorry for everyone else who has also experienced being scammed by these low-life ###. I realise now that I payed Getclickedon £118.80 to set up a Google Business account, which anyone can do themselves for free.

This company contacted me in July 2014. I advised that I had previously been involved in other similar facebook campaigns and had a poor response. After a number of calls from them I decided to agree to a '30 day only' campaign. They stated that the minimum contract was 60 days. After I refused this the agent agreed to a 30 day no renewable contract. He advised me that the calls were recorded etc. 3 days before the campaign was due to end I received a performance report, and the results were rubbish. I immediately replied to this email to clarify that this was not to be renewed. In my haste i did not realise this was a NO REPLY email box...so be careful and dont make the same mistake. 3 months down the line my account person put the statement under my nose questioning payments of £118.80. Basically, this company had been taking payments from my account to the total of £356.40. I contacted my bank and advised this was fraud but because I paid by with Debit Card and could not reclaim this. Again, please do not make my mistake. I subsequently called the company advised the situation, and they basically refused to accept what was agreed on the initial call. I asked for the call recording and they stated they no longer had it as it was over 90 days old. Since then I have asked for complaints procedures, details of MD, the regulator etc...no reply. I have also written a complaint letter to which is yet to be replied to. It is my intention to escalate this legally. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Don't believe a word they say. They lie continuously. The Google ad campaigns they run are useless. They tell you "leave the search terms to us we are the experts", and then run ads that will not achieve clicks so they are not spending any of the money they are taking from you. Yes, they are experts in conning hard working people trying to make a living running small businesses. £180 has been taken for the first month, which I was told was in the process of being refunded, following 2 calls and emails. I then received further emails responding to my complaints but not addressing them, and just not delivering at all, let alone what had been promised. There has been no refund, and they now say they do not refund.
AVOID GETCLICKEDON IT IS A SCAM!

GetClickedOn is a scam, a very clever scam, they got me, and I'm wise to companies like this.

I verbally agreed to a one off ad campaign over one month, advertising my on-line photography courses to 13, 000 people interested in photography on 'Facebook' for £118.80 including vat on July 23rd 2014. While I talked to the sales person I visited the companies website, where everything looked professional and established. I paid over the phone, sent off my ad which was confirmed, and built a bespoke page on my website. (So far, so good). www.qudosphotocourses.com/facebook-course-discount/

At the end of the month I was given stats claiming my facebook ad linked to my bespoke web page had received over 460 clicks, the reality was 0. I have no prove, or evidence that the campaign took place, and another £118.80 was deducted from my card, claiming they have a recording of my permission. In fact I made a point to two different people that this was an experimental one off with no ongoing commitment's, which was verbally confirmed. I haven't to date received a copy of the recordings promised by Jodie Hambleton, and after reading other peoples similar complaints instructed my bank to stop future payments and cancelled my non-existent account with GetClickOn.

This was the reply:
Dear Hugh,
If you wish to cancel your account, you are required to send a cancellation notice over to info@getclickedon.co.uk after the first month, a notice period of 30 days is required to close an account. Should you wish to email the MD, his email is mark@getclickedon.co.uk
If you have any questions or queries please, do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind Regards,
Jodie Hambleton

The second payment is taken without your consent or any notifications, and the third payment is taken before the 30 days cancellation period is up! Basically it's a scam, and you don't get to see the terms and conditions until the second payment has been taken.

I've been in contact with a number of people who have been scammed by this crowd of fraudsters. There is no cooling off period from a con, so don't expect them to refund you, you'll have to get your bank to do that! Do report them to Action Fraud and make sure to record your phone calls to and from them if you can so you can pass evidence of their lies on to the police. They do need to be shut down, so please lend a hand!

They should be shut down, they are bullies & totally unprofessional. When I realised my mistake I cancelled with them only to find they had taken my money within a couple of hours and produced nothing & lied about who they were, when I cancelled they refused to give me my money back. Surely there is a cooling off period where you have time to change your mind and receive a full refund
