Over the past several years, I've contracted with Garfield 1-2323 on numerous home renovations, from windows, siding, and roof projects. I've not only reviewed through Google and other resources, including the ComplaintsBoard.com, I've also checked references of several competitors of Garfield 1-2323 for service, support, costs, and overall satisfaction. I am glad I have used their services over the years. The team is very quick to respond and follow-up. It's rare you see a team focus on customer service and exemplary services! We couldn't be happier with our new siding! Sam Garfield was fantastic from start to finish to be sure the project went well. After having a terrible contractor this summer, who did a horrible job on our deck and windows...What a relief to deal with a professional and responsible company. They checked on the newly installed windows and fixed them and now they look great! I highly recommend Garfield 12323! Funny little aside, I grew up seeing the commercial and the jingle. One day I was watching a show on the Pluto tv app and the commercial came on! Well that was an aha moment for me. I hadn't thought of Garfield in years and to me it was a sign to call them after what we had been through with our previous contractor. Best decision! Thanks to Sam and the hardworking crew!

I would like to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Garfield 12323 Home Improvement Company. They did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB on our Home. We had talked with over 4 different company's and Individuals regarding getting the work done on our Home. Either the company did not stick with the GUARANTEED PRICE for a year, Not showing up on time for the Job or just being plain RUDE, OVERCHARGING or Pressuring me to make the deal at that time, and not giving me a chance to look over the offer, or they were just DISRESPECTFUL. I spoke with my sister (who recently had work done) and she recommended Sam *** at Garfield 12323 because she had a new roof put on, vinyl siding on her Gable and she also had gutters put up. I saw them as they were working, and the work was Phenomenal. I was a little hesitant and called the company and guess who showed up? Sam, he was very professional, patient and welcomed all questions and didn't make me feel as though I was being rushed, or he had somewhere to be at that time. Sam looked at every square inch of our home and told us what was needed, and what his best recommendations would be for our home to look AESTHETICALLY correct and BEAUTIFUL. Sam was respectful, he did not PRESSURE us, he showed us the different types and styles of each product, went over each product with us and let us make the final decision on what WE WANTED. Let's talk about his UPSTANDING AND OUTSTANDING CREW, very professional, respectful of time and great conversations. Sam, Company and Crew, EXCEPTIONAL... I would RECOMMEND to anyone looking for PROFESSIONALISM when getting any home improvement done.

Very slow at putting the new siding on. The job is wonderful, but they get her late in the morning, take long lunches, then leave before 5:00. Great guys, but slow in getting the job done.

We had Garfield do our garage flat roof and the roof on our home. They did a great job. Cleaned up all the roof materials that were taken off and we had no problems with nails in our driveway. The workers were polite and professional. We would use them again and recommend them to friends!

Garfield 1-2323 put a new roof on our house this past summer. They arrived on the day and at the time that was agreed and went right to work. During the 2 or 3 days that they were on the job the roofers maintained a clean workplace. They had enough personnel to put someone just on clean-up. The roof looks great and I am very happy with the job. I would recommend Garfield 1-2323 to anyone. Excellent service provided!

Garfield 1-2323 installed vinyl siding on my house this past summer 2021. I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and materials. I was also VERY pleased with how the project was managed. I was kept informed of any issues regarding installation schedule changes, availability of materials, etc... I never felt I was "in the dark" about the status of the project. Their price was also very reasonable. I hope to have them perform additional work for me in the future.

When we were looking for a new roof, we heard from people who had a good experience with Garfield and decided to get a quote. Herb worked with us from the beginning of the process through the end. Having constant contact is a plus. The crew did a great job from tear off to replacement of decking to the final product. We are very happy to have had the opportunity to work with Garfield and would recommend them to anyone in NEO. Turn-around time was great, as they installed the new roof before the big snowstorms in January.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Garfield 1-2323 has performed at our home. We had a roof tear off and replacement along with new gutters and gutter guards. The sales and marketing manager, Bonder Carthen, provided a timely estimate that was very acceptable to us. The work began on time and was completed in the expected quoted time. The roofing crew was very competent and did a beautiful job. We have received so many compliments on how beautiful the roof looks. People walking past our home stop and comment on the difference it made in the appearance of our home. They asked who had done such beautiful work. We feel so much better knowing our home is protected from the elements and we don't have to worry. Garfield 1-2323 did an awesome job and we would highly recommend them. Top workmanship and customer satisfaction is their primary goal and we are certain you would be exceedingly pleased with any work that they perform at your home.

We hired Garfield 1-2323 to replace the siding and roof on a house we purchased to live in last July after interviewing 3 other contractors. Both the siding crew and the roofing crew were professional and well skilled. They showed up everyday at the same time, had lunch at the same time and left beyond what we would have thought was a standard work day. The crews were organized and worked cohesively. They cleaned as they worked, picking up nails and other debris as they went along. Our yard was checked to be sure it was clean and their tools secure before leaving each day. The siding crew alerted me of problems discovered during the process and most impressively were skilled and licensed to repair each carpentry problem found for minimal additional cost. The siding crew discovered and immediately informed us of a plumbing problem buried under old siding which we were able to have a plumber repair before covering it up again. We hired Garfield 1-2323 because they insured us that they would take care of our home as if it were their own. We can honestly say they did. Living a mile from the Lake we get lots of wind. We've had 1 piece of siding come loose and it was repaired within a reasonable amount of time. From a financial standpoint the Garfield bid was $300 more than the other best quote we received but was worth every penny. It's no wonder Garfield 1-2323 has been around for so many years. We highly recommend Bonder Construction and each person on the roofing, and siding crews. Thank you for a job well done, John and Jane Smith.
