I been buying from this dealer for like 18 years. I bought a 750i 2018 in Nov. 2020 and got an extended Maintenance agreement for 48 months or 50,000 miles. But when I took my car for service now they told me my warranty was up for maintenance. I told them it was still under warranty, but they didn't listen. So, I asked them how much was the extended warranty and they gave me the price. But when I went back they changed the number and increased the price of the new maintenance contract. I brought them my Original Contract which states that I had bought 48 mths or 50,000 mls, but they kept on telling me that it was 1 year. They are rip off artist. I will post the pic of the number they changed and my original Maintenance so you can see I am not lying. If you are to buy a BMW I would definitely go to another Dealer this one is untrust worthy.

They scamed me today. I bought a 228 coupe, 2016, one year ago. 2/1. Supposedly completely up to date and totally serviced. Supposedly the car was originally sold by this dealer. I called to schedule service that was due in one year, said oil change is all I knew of. Being a female, that's what I've come to expect from other cars I've had; Ford Miata LEXUS. Was told estimate of $100 by someone female in their service dept. Imagine my shock to be told I owe $301 today...they added a "brake line flush" at $189. No one came out to tell me this would be done. I was in and out in less than 45 mins. So I read and was told by a fast speaking "service advisor" who only wanted to collect my money and get me out, that this should be done every 2 years. Well, the car is a 2016, theoretically, it should have been done at 2yrs and at 4. $Per was when I bought it a year ago. The car only has 16,000 miles now, 12,400 when i bought it a year ago. I was ripped off and treated ignorantly. No more using this dealer for anything, and I will go out of my way to NOT refer people there. The doctor I work for referred me; I'll be letting her know what happened.

I went to Germain BMW on 09/30 to see a used car that caught my eye. I had an appointment with Bob D., a used car salesman, at 1:00 pm. I test drove the car and decided to buy it for my son who lives out of state. Bob asked for my son's driver's license and other info, and my son told him how much he was putting down. Bob explained all the options to my son over the phone and started drafting the paperwork for the sale. He was going to have my son sign it electronically.

But then Bob started stalling and said that someone else wanted to buy the same car. I told him that I was there first and that the car should be sold to me. I realized that they were trying to scam me, so I left and told the used car sales manager that they were scammers. The service manager made a rude comment about Italian-Americans and people who speak with a Brooklyn accent. I wanted to hurt him, but I knew it wasn't worth going to prison for. He's a punk!

I got charged for maintenance that the dealership said was overdue during my lease turn in. They told me that my oil change was past due on February 16 during turn in and if I didn't pay $453.10, then I would be charged $750 by the leasing company BMW financial. The readout on my car computer said it was due in 1700 miles, so I scheduled an appointment. But they told me it was overdue because it's February and they go by the month or mileage. They said that as of February 1, they consider it overdue. I checked when my last oil change was, and it was February 20. Karina in their service department gave me this information. Although it's close to 12 months, it's not. It seems they use 11 months and 1 day, which makes it February, and they can claim it's overdue. The service manual says oil change every 12 months or 10000 miles. It doesn't say 11 months and 1 day. If this is their practice, the manual should say 11 months and 1 day is close enough. When I purchased a car, the warranty was for 36 months or 36000 miles, and it was honored to the day, not 35 months and 1 day is close enough. When I made my payments, I didn't short them $10 or $15 each month with a note that it's close enough, that's how I do it. I imagine that wouldn't be accepted by them, so I shouldn't be expected to accept that I owe because we're in the month that it's due, which makes it overdue. I would like my $453.10 returned, and if that's how it's done, the manual should read overdue in 11 months and 1 day because that's close enough. I wonder how many people have fallen victim to this practice. That seems very deceiving, and I would think it's illegal.

I bought a used BMW 2020 230iCV from Germain BMW of Naples on October 23. Allen S. K., Finance Manager sold me three warranties: BMW Ultimate Care+ 2 for $1,695.00, Medallion Car Protection/Vehicle Protection Plan for $2,371.00, and Pinnacle Car Protection/Mechanical Failure Service Contract for $2,482.00. I paid 6% Sales Tax and 1% County Tax on all of the warranties. Total Amount of Warranties I purchased including the Sales Tax and County Tax is $7,006.36. After thinking about it, I decided to cancel all 3 warranties on October 27. I e-mailed Mr. K. and sent him back all the Cancellation Forms for the 3 warranties on October 29. Mr. K. told me that the dealership would have to get back the monies from the warranty companies and then the dealership will send a check with the sales taxes that I paid to Bank of America to be applied to the principal balance of my loan. After several e-mails going back and forth for over 2 months to Mr. K. and to Mr. Steven H., still no refund! On December 30, I was advised that $1,700.54 was sent to Bank of America as to the refund for the BMW Ultimate Care+2. This amount is incorrect, the warranty was $1,695.00 + $118.65 (sales tax)= $1,813.65. On January 5, 2022 I called Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. and spoke with Erica who informed me that Germain BMW has the monies as to their warranties! We tried to 3-way call with Germain BMW, but of course, no one was available. On January 5, 2022 I called Germain BMW and spoke with Paul C. and advised him of this issue and he assured me he would call me back. Still no phone call. I am beyond LIVID! Germain BMW needs to immediately send my $6,893.25 to Bank of America!
