Georgia Department Of Labor review: Veterans preference

When I first went in center I was seen immediately seen and they started helpful. When it was time file unemployment on the computer I waited over hour before I was seen to discuss my application with a representative. When I address information with front desk because I got in front of the line because of veteran preference the lady said that's not how it works she said they move me in front on the computer system I get priority over the other people that was there. The staff come across as rude and not helpful. Even after addressing front desk about veteran preference they ignored me had me wait another hour when I came back bring documentation for my claim.
