I keep getting letters of past due filings with huge amounts of fines and when I try and reach anyone I wait an hour or more or never get calls back. The few times I talked to people they were of little help at all. This has been going on for some time now and my fine is like $89,000 even though my tax rate was ,06 a quarter. They used to allow you to file by paper, but now it is online, and you have to download a spreadsheet. It would be much easier if you could just do it online and fill out the form there versus a spreadsheet.

Desired outcome: I would like this resoved and to go back to my original rate with no fines
