Went for an appointment was supposed to be an EKG for upcoming surgery. Was told no and NO ONE can do it because it is through Lehigh Valley Health Care and I need to make a new appointment to have the EKG. Before they will do it. I was there for that reason! They said they were only going to ‘check the loop recorder’ but they didn’t even do that! Then added to my chart that they did! Scam! Said I told them I had palpitations-NEVER SAID THAT. Added a list of false medications, and fake readings of loop recorder. Now already sending me a bill for co-pay!

Claimed loss: $35 plus time off work

Desired outcome: Remove the false entry from my chart and the co-pay. They should pay me for the list time from work too.
