Geek Squad review: Pioneer car stereo
I brought my 3 month old Pioneer car stereo into the geek squad in Tulsa, Oklahoma a month ago. It stopped working all of a sudden.
The woman who helped me was by herself in the store and was absolutely clueless. She had us wait half an hour then spent 5 minutes telling me the Geek squad doesn’t work on car stereos and would have to send it for repair. It was sent to a small service center in Texas which had a disconnected phone. I called the Geek squad for help. I was told my stereo was shipped to Pioneer since there were no parts. I was told someone would call me the same day. Of course, never heard from anyone. So I have to take time once again from my work schedule to call the geek squad for status when I will receive a replacement since the unit has a one year manufacturing warranty. Absolutely the worse service I have dealt with.
Claimed loss: [protected]
Desired outcome: Replacement shipped out immediately and not a refurbished unit. I bought a new unit not a used unit. Or a full refund.
