Geek Squad review: Mac book air

Sept 17th 10mam clackamas oregon Best Buy. I called because your website says you replace batteries. I was told to bring it in. I canceled my appointment with the Apple Store Bridgeport village and did as told. I brought my computer in. He told me to make appointment. I said ok but that's not what was said. He then said you don't do battery replacements that your web site says. I also was told that the cost would be an extra 350 dollars to send it out. You say you match price and your help in India really didn't care. Remade appointment with apple next week. Will not use you again.
