GearLaunch Gearlaunch.com's Flagrant Disregard for Intellectual Property Rights

Gearlaunch.com has allowed multiple instances of the sale of products featuring our logo without authorization, essentially providing a haven for intellectual property theft to thrive on their platform. Their audacity lies in their expectation that it should be the responsibility of the rightful owners of intellectual property to police and remove these violations from their platform.

Their lack of accountability and disregard for intellectual property rights showcases a clear disregard for both ethical and legal standards.

Recommendation: Don't sell on gearlaunch and don't support the gearlaunch.com by purchasing anything off of their platform

GearLaunch Should be a ZERO rating...

I ordered a school tee shirt from an ad on our Facebook website. After waiting almost a month, I received a half printed shirt. I immediately took pictures and contacted the company. After several emails they concluded that they couldn't replace the shirt. However they would refund me the cost of the shirt, but not the cost of shipping and insurance. I questioned them about giving me a shirt that I can't wear (and the knew it when they shipped it) but they wouldn't refund the remaining $14. This is a sham company you DO NOT want to do business with. I will never use them again.

The owner wrote back letting me know that everything but the unusable shirt is non refundable. Its another example of a BS answer from a BS owner from a BS company. They are what makes America bad, nothing but excuses...

Recommendation: DO NOT SHOP WITH GearLaunch SCAM

GearLaunch Disappointing Experience with GearLaunch: A Warning for Personalized Merchandise Shoppers

As a customer, I recently had an unfortunate experience with GearLaunch, the online marketplace for personalized merchandise.

I was excited to surprise my daughter with a unique Mother's Day onsie and placed my order on April 15th with a promised delivery date of 5/1. Unfortunately, that date came and went without a sign of the onsie, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.

When I tried to inquire about the delay, GearLaunch pointed fingers at their vendor, EWPeople, who in turn pointed fingers back at Gear Launch. It was a vicious cycle of blame-shifting that ultimately left me with no concrete answers or solutions.

To add insult to injury, I finally received a notice that my order would be delivered on 5/15, long after Mother's Day had already passed. It was my daughter's first Mother's Day, and I felt like I had let her down.

When I contacted GearLaunch customer service to request a refund for the delay and poor service, I was met with resistance and refusal. I felt like my concerns were dismissed and my loyalty as a customer was not valued.

In hindsight, I wish I had done my research and checked with the Better Business Bureau beforehand. Unfortunately, GearLaunch is unaccredited, and my experience confirmed why.

To resolve the issue, I had to take matters into my own hands and involve PayPal. It was a hassle that I never anticipated and could have been avoided altogether if GearLaunch had upheld their end of the bargain.

In conclusion, I do not recommend using GearLaunch for any of your personalized merchandise needs. The unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced were not worth the hassle or the money. As consumers, we deserve better than that.

GearLaunch Mixed Reviews: Is GearLaunch Worth Your Time and Money for eCommerce?

There are plenty of online marketplaces that offer a platform for entrepreneurs to sell merchandise, but when it comes to GearLaunch, there's a lot of mixed sentiment among consumers. While some have had positive experiences using this eCommerce website to sell their products, others have had negative interactions with the company.

One customer's recent encounter with GearLaunch's social media marketer left a sour taste in their mouth. After realizing that the t-shirts being promoted were from GearLaunch, the customer received a derogatory message from the marketer. The CEO, Thatcher Spring, should be called out for condoning this type of behavior in his employees.

But aside from the company's unsavory social media tactics, the jury is still out on the quality of their services. While the website itself is user-friendly and easy to navigate, some customers have complained about receiving poor quality products or shipping delays.

GearLaunch Disappointing Experience with GearLaunch: Delayed Order and Non-Existent Customer Support

My recent experience with GearLaunch has left me extremely disappointed. I placed an order on their website, which was supposed to be delivered almost a month ago. However, to my dismay, I am yet to receive it. Moreover, when I tried contacting their customer service, I was disappointed to find that there was no option to speak to a human being. The phone number merely had an automated system which didn't cater to any of my queries.

With no other options left, I tried sending them an email to enquire about the order status, but again, to no avail. The lack of communication from their end has left me feeling utterly disenchanted. It is quite unacceptable to not respond to customer complaints, especially when they are regarding fulfilment of an order placed on their website.

To make matters worse, I had paid extra for an expedited delivery, and the estimated delivery time has already lapsed. Even if I had chosen not to pay for earlier delivery, I would have expected to receive the order by now. The delay, coupled with the non-existent customer support, has me on the brink of losing my patience.

At this point, I am willing to give them just one more week before reporting the issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I should not have to go through such lengths simply to receive an order that I rightfully paid for. Needless to say, this experience with GearLaunch has irrevocably soured my outlook towards ordering from them again.

GearLaunch GearLaunch Review: Terrible Experience and Poor Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with GearLaunch and would strongly advise against doing business with them. After placing an order for a custom shirt, the item that arrived was not only poorly made, but it was also far too small to fit even a small child. Upon reaching out to their customer service team to request a replacement in a larger size, I was initially hopeful that the issue would be resolved quickly and easily. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

Instead of providing a resolution to the issue, GearLaunch sent me the exact same size shirt as before, leaving me with the impression that they either didn't care about the situation or that they believed I was lying about the size of the initial shirt. Their treatment of me as a customer was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive, and I would say that I was quite offended by the way I was treated.

Despite my repeated attempts to contact them about the issue, GearLaunch continued to ignore my messages and requests, leaving me feeling incredibly frustrated and helpless when it came to resolving the situation. As someone who values good customer service and timely communication, I was incredibly disappointed by the way GearLaunch handled this situation.

Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with GearLaunch to steer clear. Their exceptionally poor customer service, subpar product quality, and lack of accountability all add up to a company that simply cannot be trusted. As for me, I plan to contact my credit card company in order to dispute the transaction and obtain a refund for the significant inconvenience that GearLaunch has caused me.

The e-commerce platform was to fulfill their customers' orders, but instead, not just one or two, but numerous orders since May remained unfulfilled. Naturally, this resulted in irritated and upset shoppers who did not receive their purchases despite already paying for them.

The inquiry to GearLaunch’s customer service unfortunately did not yield any better news, as they reportedly said that the account was terminated due to fraudulent transactions. The most frustrating part was that there was no prior communication or warning about the account's termination, leaving the business owner completely in the dark as to what was happening with the orders.

This unfortunate situation could have been avoided if GearLaunch had communicated with the business owner about the fraudulent transactions and suspended the account while conducting an investigation before terminating it haphazardly. The business owner is now left with unhappy customers, angry vendors, and a loss of revenue.

The business owner is now seeking a prompt solution from GearLaunch, emphasizing the importance of promptly refunding their customers' money and fulfilling their orders. The customer-centric priority of any e-commerce platform should be to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers, which may need extra measures to establish trust and confidence in the platform. GearLaunch Beware of Scammers on GearLaunch: A Warning for Online Store Owners and Consumers

When it comes to setting up online stores, GearLaunch is one platform that has gained a lot of popularity. While it may seem like a good option for individuals looking to create their own online store, we have come across a concerning issue with the platform that we feel others should be aware of.

Through our own experience, we have noticed that GearLaunch does not seem to have enough checks in place to ensure that the stores and products being sold are legitimate. This has allowed scammers to steal logos from small businesses and clubs and create their own shops that are only up for a short period of one to three days.

What's more concerning is that these scammers are then posting links to their fake merchandise on our Facebook page, hoping to entice our fans to buy their products. Even when we try to delete these posts and ban the individuals responsible, it's all in vain as they simply create another store under a different URL via the GearLaunch platform.

Ultimately, the scammers make their money and move on while the "legal team" at GearLaunch seems to not take much notice or action, leaving authentic businesses and consumers to suffer the loss.

We therefore urge potential users of the GearLaunch platform to be wary and vigilant of this issue and to ensure that they thoroughly research any stores they come across. While GearLaunch may seem like a quick and easy solution, it's important to ensure that they have the necessary measures in place to protect your business and customers against fraud.

GearLaunch GearLaunch Review: Trendy Products, Poor Communication & Shipping Delays

When I stumbled upon GearLaunch (gearlaunch.com) and their vast selection of trendy and unique merchandise, I was thrilled to make a purchase. I ordered a shirt on June 4th, and according to their website, I was supposed to receive it between June 18th and 22nd. However, the following day, I received an email stating that my shirt was currently being printed and that I would receive shipping information soon.

Days went by, and no shipping confirmation was ever received, which made me a little uneasy. On June 22nd, I decided to give them a call, but no answer. I then chose to send an email, hoping to get an update. Unfortunately, the response I received was a generic email stating that the delays in processing and shipping were due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that I should expect shipping confirmation within ten business days.

As I entered July, I still had not received any further updates or shipping information, despite sending an email on July 6th requesting one. This lack of communication felt unacceptable, and I felt I needed to pursue this matter further.

On June 11th, I took the matter up with my credit card company and chose to dispute the transaction. Although I was disappointed with the experience, I can only assume that this delay in shipping and communication is an unfortunate consequence of the pandemic, which has made it difficult for many businesses to operate at their usual level of efficiency. Nonetheless, it is essential that GearLaunch work on their communication and shipping processes, especially during these challenging times, to keep their customers informed and satisfied.

GearLaunch Poor customer service experience with GearLaunch: no follow-up, inadequate response, and wrong product received

I recently had an experience with GearLaunch that left a lot to be desired. I ordered a long sleeve T-Shirt, however, to my surprise, I received a short sleeve T-Shirt instead. Naturally, I was disappointed and immediately contacted the email address provided on the website, ***@gearlaunch.com. I sent two emails, but unfortunately, the response I received from Elena at GearLaunch Seller Support did not adequately address my concerns. In the email correspondence, she simply stated that she would forward my message to another email address, ***@gearlaunch.com, and that they would get back to me soon. I was hoping for a more personal response addressing my issue specifically.

To make matters worse, I received no follow-up communication from GearLaunch. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Needless to say, my overall experience with GearLaunch has left me feeling very dissatisfied. While I recognize that oversights and mistakes can happen, it's how a business addresses and rectifies the issue that speaks volumes about their customer service. In this case, GearLaunch failed to meet my expectations, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them to others.

GearLaunch Disappointing Experience with GearLaunch: Unreliable Service and Poor Quality Products

I was very disappointed with my experience with GearLaunch. I ordered several items from their website and was shocked to find out it took 6 long weeks to process my order. I was eagerly waiting to receive my items, but what I received was far from what I had ordered. I received 2 shirts of the same kind but was missing one item that I had actually ordered. What's worse is that another item still hadn't even been shipped yet, leaving me in the dark as to when I would receive it.

I have tried reaching out to customer service, but so far, I have received no response. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling their customer service phone number, only to get an automated response. I wasn't even able to leave a message, making me feel ignored and unheard.

Frankly speaking, I feel as though I have been ripped off. The amount of money and time wasted is unacceptable. I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like this as a customer. My suggestion to you and anyone else is to not buy from GearLaunch or any company affiliated with them. You are much better off finding another reliable and reputable company that values their customers and offers quality products.
