Do not send your phones to this company. I prepared and shipped my +$100 valued used phone using Gazelle instructions and materials. On August 25, I received notice from USPS that it had been delivered. On September 6, two weeks later, not having heard anything from Gazelle, I emailed that it had been delivered and asked what the results were. This is the reply:
“After reviewing your order, we found that the shipment was received as an empty box”
Not having been informed of this supposed failure, I could not use USPS insurance, nor would I have known anything was wrong if I had not contacted Gazelle. Not once in any exchange did Gazelle ever contact me.
My guess is that someone in Gazelle took the phone and then reported it as an “empty box.” Whatever happened, Gazelle made no effort to even inform me of the problem. Repeated efforts to get a resolution got repeated AI responses asking for this information or that information.
