I had a bait and switch experience. I sent an iPhone 13 that had been in a case its entire life with a screen saver. I had been using the iPhone with no battery issues. The quote was $167. They came back that the phone had scratches (it did not - I have pictures of what it looked like before I sent it), was not the phone I told them - it was- and the battery would not hold a charge - again I had no such issue up to two weeks before I sent it. The new quote was $99.
