For us this Gate 1 tour was an exceptional experience, from the moment we arrived at Guayaquil we were greeted by our tour director Giovanna Hermosa.
As we were driving to the hotel, she took time to give us information about the city and options for dinner. From that moment on she went above and beyond her duties making sure that we can just relax and enjoy our trip. She is extremely organized, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. She took care of every detail for us and everyone in the tour. The day we were leaving she accompanied us to the airport and made sure we had our boarding passes. She truly is an asset to your company.
Our driver Mauricio was also great. He was a true gentleman helping everyone in and out of the bus and taking care of everyone's luggage. He has excellent driving skills that made us feel safe.
This trip was full of beautiful things to see and experience. Your itinerary was very well organized.
In the Galapagos we had two very knowledgeable naturalist guides, Luis Miguel and Yanina.
At the amazon basis our naturalist guide was Alex who is a native to the Amazon making him extremely knowledgeable and allowing us to discover the Amazon in a very special way.
Kudos to gate 1 for an unforgettable trip and such professional and hard-working friendly staff.
