Game Store in Bloed Mall Pretoria — Earrings
I bought earrings. The cashier did not bother to explain that they are not exchanged, she did not even open them. She gave me and I decided to bring them back. That's when I was told that they don't return the earing and it is worse cause those earing has a dent. The staff need to explain us about their services. When we buy phone, they will explain to you that it is covered for what and what until this certain period. I never knew that earring are like underwear we don't return them until I got to the shop then they explain it to me. I tried to explain to the manager and she told me that they are on business I was supposed to bring them back as soon as possible.
I am a regular game customer, 1 day I bought laptop which was on special when you buy it you get printer for free. I got that printer after a long time. They never made a follow up with me. I was the one who was calling frequently. Until I go straight to the shop that is when I got my printer. That time I was a student so my business has to suffer because of the game store but they want their business not to suffer according to the response I got from the manager yesterday
