I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

This just happened to me also and my credit card company said there are a few people who have called in. My problem is they charged me $87.13 for my trial bottle when it was supposed to be only $3.95.

I just got off the phone with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) to file a complaint against this horrible company. I ordered a 30-day 'free trial' of a supplement, was charged the $3.95 which I had agreed to, then saw a charge of $87.13--I called immediately to find out what this was for--a future shipment that I did not want at that time--I cancelled this while I was on the phone--everything seemed fine--they would refund my money--11 days later only $40 had been refunded to my account--I called again and was told that only $40 had ever been charged to my account in the first place--I did the math on my account and was indeed charged the $87.13 with only $40 refunded--but they would 'look into it'--I waited to see if the difference was refunded, it was not--I called again to be told the same thing--that only $40 has ever been charged--I asked to be transferred to the accounting department or a supervisor--she could not do that--I asked for something in writing--can't do that either! I had it today--called the FTC, filed a complaint, which I hope will lead to a class action suit against this miserable lab--I also called my state's consumer affairs department and am waiting for a form in the mail so that I can file another complaint. Don't do nothing people! It's your money! The FTC agent told me that when they got enough calls to see a pattern, that's when things will start happening. I don't usually do this type of thing, but, like you, I was hoping for a reputable product from a good company--unfortunately, there are still a lot of creeps out there. Please call the FTC: [protected]. Buyer Beware!

Ugh! same thing as everyone else. I got the "free" trial bottle on around Feb 9. I hadn't opened it. Feb 19 my card was charged 83.12 + 2.00. I still hadn't opened the bottle. I told them I will send the bottle back and that I want a refund. "They don't do that" the csr said. I am furious! I called my bank and they said once I let the charge go through they will dispute the charge on my behalf. (fingers crossed) I hope that all these complaints will go against them so we can get our money back!

I too ordered Acai Berry & Life Cleanse for shipping charge only. The bill came, I paid, then called & got the berry but not the cleanse. I have called 12 times but it never comes. Don't know who else to call or talk to about getting this. Judy jbubbalou@gmail.com

I had the same problem but before i received the "free" trial i called and canceled they never canceled it and i received the trial then i called again to cancel my account and they said ok they will. They then called me twice while i was in school and i answered and i told them to take me off the call list and to cancel my order they said they did. then they charged my account $87.13 and then a $ 2.18 international fee. So i called again 2 times to get my money refunded and they said they cant do anything

I am so happy I found this, I have been calling fwm repeatdly for days, who just tell me you cancelled too late. No I never, I cancelled well withing the 14 days.
I am so sad over this. They have $174 of my money. I am a widow, 2 children and asked a freind for money for food this month!. I feel so stupid with myself for doing this free trail, I should have known better.
I spoke with a Grace Williams, (if this is her real name) said she was the supervisor, but didnt have the phone number of the refunds dept!, just theis gmail.com email address.
I will continue to try and get my money.
Thanks again for those of you who posted on here, at least I feel not alone.

I'm so glad for others who have put there information regarding this company! I have filed a complaint with BBB, attorney's general's office, which they said they have a open case against this company! Please cancel all credit cards and debit cards linking this company-Ouch!

I will not let this continue. Everyone needs to make a complaint! This business needs to be shut down!

I'm awaiting a refund-It hasn't even been 14 days since I have received my so called sample and they charged my account 88.00 even- DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL!

The same thing happened to me. When I was able to reach someone about the money billed, I was told that I had agreed to contact them in 15 days, and since I hadn't, I was billed. I did not read or check mark this authorization. I was given a cancellation number that I hope will actually be valid. I was also told that the charges would have to be reviewed by a refund office and I would be notified by email at a later time.
It seems like the tv personalities who are mentioned, like Oprah and Rachel Ray, should be made aware that these companies are using their trusted personas as a lure for these deceptive practices.

Add me with to rest of the victims. I orderd both Acai and Life Cleanse which means I had the charge debited my acct. 2x. I called FWM Lab. and the CSR basically said to bad so sad. He gave me an email to request for refund. I asked him what kind of business they run there and he hung up on me. FWMcancellations5@gmail.com. Now what kind of laboratory has a gmail account. That alone tells me what kind of company they are. If someone does file a suit or takes this any further please let us know.

I went through the order process but thought better of entering my credit care expiration information and did not hit the submit button. I was surprised that I received the free sample anyway with the $3.95 charge on my credit card. A couple weeks later, I received an additional bottle of acai berry that I did not order complete with a charge of $87.13 against my credit card. Called for two days straight with no response from the company. Finally about 10 minutes ago (2/16/2009), someone answered the phone and then put me on hold and left me there. I called back again and reached someone who I couldn't really understand, but with the threat of coming to Florida and dealing with this fraud in their court system, I was given a confirmation number for cancellation of the order. I was also told that somepne from their refund department would be crediting my credit card. I too learned a valuable lesson...nothing is free and a scam is a scam is a scam... This company should be put out of business.

I agree 100% about UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. I decided it was "Free Trial" what was wrong with that? Everything is wrong, I order my supposedly Free Trial on January 2, 2009...much to surprise my account was charged not only the $3.95 shipping charge, a $2.18 surplus handling charge and then the $87.13 for the product. It was a horrifying eye opener as I had not even received any product but yet paid "WHERE IS THE FREE TRIAL". I finally received the items in the mail on January 9, 2009. On January 9th I called [protected] and spoke with a Customer Service Rep by the name of Todd and he confirmed I cancelled my account and stated I would received written notification to my email address stating the same. Well as of today February 15th I now have another $2.18 surplus charged to my account as well as the deduction of $87.18 and now when I call the same number no ones anserws I have tried over 2o attempts for the last six days and have been on hold for up to 35 minutes at a time (yet when you call they say the wait time is three to five minutes). I am looking into futher steps of action. This company needs to be stopped from raping innocent people as I now know this is a full out SCAM. I fell sorry for anyone that falls for it ...please don't be stupid like I was.

I was able to get ahold of someone, but it was at 5:30am CST to cancel future shipments. They did, I haven't yet received anything else. My credit card company is disputing the first charge and all I need to do is return the product and have a proof of the return. They said they will take care of it completely and not let FWM charge anything more to my account.

I also have gotten two charges on my credit card account from COMPLETEMASS LABS for 89.31 each. The first of which, I received about 3 months ago and the charge was removed after I called and spoke to a "service representative", who supposedly canceled whatever I had allegedly signed up for. There's just one problem. I never signed up for this product online. I had never heard of it until it arrived in the mail one day, and have no idea how they got a hold of my information and credit card number. The only other person in my household is my husband and he's never heard of this product either. Now I have to call and dispute yet another charge on my credit card for a product I have never heard of. If you see this product advertised anywhere, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. I'm not sure how to avoid my situation since I've never been in contact with them before it arrived in my mail, but if you have the choice, please KEEP AWAY and save yourself a huge headache.

I didnt order anything from FWM Laboroties and i was charged a fee withdrawn frommy checking account. I had to cancel my ATM card and have a new one re issue. My question is how did this company get a hold of my ATM Card. I have been on hold trying to cancel and mail box is full.

I received more shipments every month and was not aware when I ordered the trial offer that they would automatically send me more every month and debit my account. I wish to discontinue this monthly automatic shipment and billing to my account. I am shipping back all of the unwanted shipments today with a request that they stop shipping to me and billing me.

The trial bottle made me sick. This product is crap.

I fell victim to this scam as well! My checkcard was charged twice for $87.13 each! Before I even received the *free* samples! I was able to reach someone at [protected] and my *membership* was cancelled on 2/4/09. I have yet to receive my refund. I call everyday and was lucky enough to obtain an email address to their cancellation department (for what it's worth...haven't received a response from this either!): fwmcancellations@gmail.com. I email 10+ times a day. I will be filing complaints at every location I can find!

Okay girls,
Yes, it is frustrating that these crooks are taking advantage of us. File charges! With your bank, your credit card Company, ic3.gov who deals with internet crime such as Ours, Federal Trade Commission who sues these butheads for taking advantage of us and they do win! Mostly, the case is stronger when We all file charges and put these buttheads in jail and out of their crooked business!

This company is totally bogus, within 10 days I received 348.72 worth of charges against my credit card. I attempted to contact them within the 14 day trial period and was left in their holding cue for over 4 hours and was cut off before reaching an associate. After the first round of charges began I again tried to contact the company, after waiting for almost an hour on hold I finally was able to speak to some one about the charges. They were only able to tell me that they could cancel my order, and would forward a refund request to their refund department. The associate advised me I would be receiving an e-mail regarding my requsest. When I requested to speak to the refund department regarding my request I was told they only respond to emails and there was no way to contact them by phone. Needless to say after this runaround scam I more than frustrated. Demanding to speak to a supervisor is almost a futile effort, however I was transferred and left on hold for over three hours. When their offices closed my call was cut off without having this issue resolved. I called the company back the next morning and without wasting time with their "customer service associate" I again demanded to speak to a supervisor. I was told they only had one supervisor working with their complaints. With that I was transferred to the supervisor's hold cue. After over 5 hours on hold I was finally able to speak to a so-called "supervisor", and within 5 minutes was assured I would be receiving a refund within 3-5 business days. During this phone battle I contacted my bank and began a Credit Card fraud grievance for the whole amount and any service charges and interest accrued against my account. My bank has been more than stellar going to bat for me with this company. The associate in the grievance department told me this company has been nothing short of a headache for his department about the phony charges they are racking on peoples accounts. To make this long story longer after almost 2 months this issue is finally being handled by the people with the real power, the Fraud department at my bank. They have already credited my account the full amount plus interest and service charges, and will be going after this company for fraudulent credit card charges.

I to have the same story as shared above. I would like to make a point here. They tell you that you have a 14 day trial and if your not satisified you can cancel. I have a problem when I get charged $88.00 within 5-7 days of getting the product and then 2 weeks later get charged a second $88.00 and the numbers they provide are useless numbers where you can't get someone on the phone. Even tried to e-mail them, got a response and they needed a transaction tracking number. When the second bottle came in e-mailed them the information so that I can return it and I haven't gotten an e-mail back. Just found out by the bank a third $88.00 is due to taken out tomorrow and there is no way to stop it. The point I would like to make is even reading the fine print and understanding that I will be charged after the 14 day trial of 88.00 and that it gets automatically sent out and I will be charged $88.00 at least provide me with a legitimate phone # where I can call and say I would like to cancel. In my opinion by not providing me with a legitimate # to call they nullify what is in the fine print. They know they are misrespresenting the product and company and may be able to fall back on the "fine print" but they also falsely declared you can call that number and cancel at anytime.

for those who purchase this product, think twice before you do. they are crooks! I am going to complain to the Florida County Attorney General, thanks for that info. More people should do this, so that we can get this company booted. This is unfair to cheat us when we trust them with our money. I received the product, returned it unopened and I have never received the refund in 4 months now. Pathetic! Frustrating!

The addresses I have had for FWM Laboritories are: 3007 Greene Street, Hollywood, FL [protected] and
SFL Nutrition, LLC, 127NW 13th Street Suite 4, Boca Raton, FL [protected]. The latter is also the address for Return Dept. Now, they tell me to return the bottle to:1630 NW 82nd Ave, Miami, FL 33126. These people are all over the place. Wish I had known about this site before I hooked up with them. I am really too tired and too preoccupied with other things to have to put up with crooks and liars like this. I haven't had the time to read to the end, but would somebody please let me know if the authorities are on this yet. Thanks.

I too have been made a fool of by this outfit. I am now trying to call the Consumer Division of my state Attorney General's office to file a complaint. Everytime I call any of the numerous numbers I have for
FWM Laboratories or SFL Nutrition, LLC, I get a different person. One hung up on me. The next time I called the automaton connected and delivered the message that it was not a working number. Never, until today, has anyone assisted me on the live chat at MyTrialSupport.com. Earlier today one FWM agent informed me
that I could not get my money back, which like all of you was taken out of my account long before the trial
period ended. I let him know flatly and firmly that as soon as I got off the phone with him I was contacting the above Consumer Complaints and my lawyer, because this was nothing but fraud. Never one time in the ad did it say anything about how much this would cost, or I would never have ordered it. That's a scam, pure and simple. Together, maybe we could all file a class action lawsuit, or at least contact the BetterBusinessBureau in
Florida.

I too had the same problem. I ordered Acai Berry Detox on 1/27/09, rec'd on 2/6/09 and my acct. was charged $87.13 yesterday. I called and canceled what I found to be a monthly charge, but they would not refund my money nor transfer me to someone else to speak to. I saw no terms and conditions on the site, contrary to what their rep said. I went to my bank, cancelled this payment and filed a report. If you are in this situation, I suggest you cancel your card as well as this company goes by many different names.

I am extremely pissed. I fell for this "sample" scam an have been charged $261.39 for 3 shipments (I only received 2 plus the samples). Shame on me for not cancelling within the 14 day window...it was actually 32 days. But reading all of the grievances above I don't think it would have mattered. Timeline: I ordered the sample of each Acai Berry and Life Cleanse on 1/3. Charged $87.13 each on 1/19, 1/29, and 2/4! How can they charge me every 5-10 days? When I called on 2/5/09 I was told no more shipments would arrive and it was a couple days later when I received another bottle in the mail. Calling the 866# again today and demanding to speak to a manager only left me on hold for 10 minutes and then it switched to a voice mail...which I left demanding that someone call me back today. Then I tried calling the 954# posted above and also got a voice mail for "customer service". I am absolutely and thoroughly pissed off! Next step is to call my credit card company to see if they can help.

The reason why you can't get a hold of anyone it's because you are not dealing with a Company. They sound foreign because they are calling from their foreign country. That's why most of them can't be caught.

It is not a Company. Just a group of Scam Artist working together with a bogus address and a bogus product.

The best thing to do is go to ic3.gov and file charges. You can do it on their website. They let all the other Agencies nationwide aware of what's going on. The more people that file, the stronger the case.

Someone did post the ingredient to this bogus product and one of the ingredients said "NOT DIGESTIBLE BY HUMANS."

I must say this is a scam. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks. I did cancel my credit card so that they would not get another penny. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold forever. No one picked up. Each time I call about my refund, I have been told that the request was not completed and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. I would have to wait another 7-10 days. I will continue to call until I get results. I may never get my money, but they will get tied of me calling.

I too, fell into the same trap of ordering this free sample product before reading all the little details that tell you they will send follow up orders at $86.13 a mo. I believe. I was amazed when I called my Visa credit card and was told they could not stop the payments unless the company billing me agreed to stop billing me.
My Visa account told me they would CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and issue me a new account and transfer everything from my old account. True I will have to pay for what I received, but I will not see future charges from them.
A hard lesson to learn to read everything before we order anything. There are no free lunches!

I am absolutely FURIOUS with these people. I have tried to contact the number that was in the box and no one answered. I have tried to cancel (which is difficult when you can't speak with anyone) this as well. When I checked my bank account this morning there were two pending charges for $87.13 EACH. After speaking with an individual whom I couldn't understand at this FWM Laboratories place, I was put on hold for a supervisor and waited on hold for an hour and twenty minutes. Finally, I had to hang up and I called back. I spoke with a "Carlene Rogers" at this SCAM of a company. I told her I wanted everything cancelled and that I wanted my money refunded immediately. She told me that she had to send an email to the cancellations department. I told her that OBVIOUSLY a human being had to read the email and I wanted to talk to that department immediately. She refused to forward me to anyone. She kept saying that she has forwarded my concerns to the cancellations department. I then asked her where they were located and she stated "Florida". Well, since I live in Florida, I asked her what city and she told me that she is not allowed to give me that information. I told her that if they felt that it was allowed to charge MY check card, then I felt that they should be allowed to tell me where they are located. She REFUSED.

I contacted my bank and I cancelled my check card so that they can no longer charge my checking account. I have filed a complaint to dispute the charges as well.

I have DEFINITELY learned my lesson. I will NO longer fall for this type of scam EVER again.

I had the same problem. They charged my account less than 14 days after the initial date, BEFORE the trial period was over. Luckily I had used a shop safe feature my bank offers for shopping online. It lets you chose a pre-set limit for a purchase and gives you a one time use credit card number. So when this company tried to charge my account again, the number was declined and my bank called me right away.

When I called the company to complain, all I got was the girl on the phone who kept repeating that it didn't happen and because her computer screen said it didn't happen, there was no possible way it could have. She wouldn't transfer me to anyone or help me in anyway.

I am filing a complaint with the BBB and I encourage you all to do the same.
