I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

If nothing else, WE NEED TO PUT THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS! I filed complaints with the BBB and the Florida Attorney General. BBB is still checking it out, but the attorney general's office recommended contacting the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Service, Division of Consumer Services, 2005 Apalachee Parkway, Talahassee 32399. Web sit is www.800helpfla.com. They also suggested contacting the Internet Crime Complaint Center at 800/251-7581 or www.ic3.gov. In addition, they provided this Web site, www.ftc/bep/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre28.shtm (Federal Trade Commission "Billed For Merchandise You Never Received?" And more . . . Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov and the Broward County Consumer Protection Office at www.broward.org/consumer. My bank is still working on it as well. Liars and cheaters shouldn't be allowed to get away with this kind of activity. LET'S PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!

Ok here is my story, in December I ordered the free trial of the Acaiberry product and only paid the $5.95 shipping and handling, that was all I was asked to pay (because well, it's a free trial product, duh). I got my bank statement for January and they had charged $87.13 to my account without my knowledge because supposedly I signed up for a membership when I ordered the free trial product, that makes no sense to me, the purpose of the free trial product was to test out the product and see if I liked it, that makes sense, right?

So anyway, I called the Acaiberry company/FWM laboratories [protected]) to tell them I did not not want to receive the product any more, so they canceled my membership which I was unaware of having, and did not agree to sign up for and told me they would refund me for the that charge of $87.13, I also sent back the free bottle I received and never received any product from them again. It is now the middle of February and I still haven't received my money back for that product they charged me for that I did not receive.

When they charged me the $87.13 it caused my bank account to go negative because I was unaware that they would be charging me monthly and I was not prepared for it and if I had known they were going to do that I would have never even tried the free trial.

I also ordered the free trial of the herbal pills that came with it from another company all I paid was the $3.95 shipping and handling that was asked, they granted me my refund of $99.86 that was charged to my bank account the same way Acaiberry charged me, but how come the Acaiberry company won't refund my money? I have called the FMW laboratories several times and they said the refund was given back to me on the 29th of January and that it is my bank that is holding on to the refund, it is now February 11th and my bank has NEVER taken this long to process a refund. I also asked the FWM laboratories the last time I called about this (which was less than an hour ago) if they could send me a hard copy letter stating that they have processed my refund on their part but this is what I was told by the FMW/Acaiberry representative named Alex "It is not in my interest to so, I can not do that for you, but I assure your refunded has been processed on our part."

So, from what I am hearing, I'm getting a told a big fat lie by this company and I'm really pissed. If they issued the refund then they should have no problem sending me a letter stating they did so, and proving to me that they did give me my refund.

If anyone else is having this problem or any trouble related this this company

please email me at: tabitha018@yahoo.com

I am pretty positive that I am not the only person who is going through this with this company.

I would really like to talk and I need to find out how to go about this situation, because I'm about ready to file a lawsuit on this company. Also, I can never find anyone in that company that speaks good English, it's very frustrating, no offense to people with poor English language, but as far as this company goes, it seems like they do it on purpose so they can turn my words around on me. They are keeping my money illegally, and I want my money back now, they don't deserve to keep my money and I'm am NOT going to pay for anything I didn't receive.

This company is definatley not operating above board. They give you the option of cancelling within 14 days via phone or email - but emailing them at the email address they provide in their Terms & conditions will only get you an "undeliverable" error and they don't answer their phones or return phone calls when (after waiting 20 minutes you finally get forwarded to voice mail). THEIR SCAM IS THAT YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CANCEL YOUR ODER! Do not do business with them. I am in the process of obtaining a refund. We'll see how long it takes - if ever. I also am filing a dispute form and have cancelled my credit card and ordered a new one to prevent future charges. What a hassle because of these con artists!

There is NO, I mean NO trial period for this product, and when you do recieve the Acai Berry product it's to late to cancel. I was then charged the $87.13 and even after canceling the account, (it took many calls sometimes up to 20 minutes to get a responds and no email confirmations to what they agreed to). I called my credit card company after the first charge, disputed the charge and canceled my credit card. Guess what? I recieved another shipment! I read the fine line, but they didn't say it would take four weeks to ship the product! I have contacted the BBB and made a complaint. What has this taught me...not to ever order anything on-line. Their definition of TRIAL period: you DON'T get to try it!

I ordered this product on a whim and got charged from the begining shipping charges twice. I called when I saw that duplicate charge and cancelled the account. Of course they have no record of that call and charged me 87.85 two different times since then. what a scam... they say they will contact me by e-mail... should I hold my breath

FWM Laboratories has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau - how ironic! I ordered my trial offer and beleive me this product is a JOKE ! By no means did it "cleanse" my body - it did the opposite. DO NOT ORDER!
Yes, I cancelled my order thru the [protected] # - got my cancellation # and cancelled my credit card as well.. They will get NOTHING else from me or my account!

All of the above has happended to me as well. Very frustrating that they put such fine print on this with no notice of cancellation options in shipping the goods, no sales calls asking if we are happy with the product and would like more. Service was very rude when I finally got through. They said they are cancalling my account and put in a request for a refund, but I am not holding any hope - I most likely have a battle on my hands in the near future.

I too purchased the free product and it did not look like the one in the add. I cancelled in the given amount of time and received a call from my credit card company saying that someone was trying to charge 87. 13 to my account and asked if I had authorized that charge. I had not. I called FWM Labs and received a cancellation number and was told that the charges could not be removed since I had ordered the sample. All together I have called them 4 times and finally received a email confirmation that my refund request has been received, ha, 13 days after I cancelled the first time. Hopefully this time I will indeed receive a refund. Will keep you posted.

GOTCHA! I have been a victim of this scam. FWM Labortatories is only interested in charging your credit card and not providing a quality product. Stay away from ALL companies that offer a "free" product where you only pay for shipping & handling.

When I called this company, I was put on hold for 45 minutes and finally hung up. Imagine my surprise when my credit card company called them and immediately got through to a live person. Obviously, this was a call center in India. The Customer Service Rep agreed to cancel my "membership" and stop billing my credit card and issue a credit. Yeah right! I still canceled my credit card.

PS: My credit card company told me they have received dozens of complaints about this company.

I wish I had, had this website before I was stupid and ordered there free Acai berry crap. I agree with the one lady that said it was as effective as an M&M. I have called my bank filed a dispute and closed the account, so no more could be taken out. These people lie on their website. I say we hunt them down and force all the fake pills down their throat.

I was shocked to so many people with the same problem. This charge caused my account to go into a negative balance asi was not prepared for the unauthorized charge the company made to my account! i of course could not contact a human being with any of the numbers listed that i found online. I never received the "free trial sample" to even decide if the product was right for me. I recommend you save your energy of trying to reach someone at the company and contact your bank or credit card company. I have closed my account to protect any further charges. GOOD LUCK! Lesson learned for all of us.

WARNING ! This company is a fraud!

I, too, receive my free trial of product. After the fourteen days I tried to cancel my order with FWM Laboratories. Since then, they have charged me four times now. I finally had to go to my bank and cancel my credit card. I didn't even receive the product that I was billed for and that was on January 20, 2009 and was billed twice for $87.13 (for a total of $174.26). I went to look at my bank account transactions to find out that I was indeed charged AGAIN on February 2 and again billed twice! I am now out over $350 plus and I'm quite angry about this. Even though I canceled my order on January 30th. I did speak with someone but it was very difficult to understand her. I also got a confirmation number to confirm my cancellation. But I was still charged anyways... I've NEVER left negative feedback about anything before but I thought that I should at least get my $350 worth of negative on products that didn't even work and that I didn't receive. Hopefully I will get my money back. I will never be ordering anything else like this again.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB in FLorida and will be filing a complaint with the Atty General in Minnesota. The way this company does business is deceiving. First of all my CC was charged for the 3.95 trial on the 8th of January. The product wasn't even shipped until the 17th of January and not delivered until the 21st. I traced it through USPS. Then they charged my CC for 87.13 on the 23rd of January. How can someone do a 14 day trial in 2 days in beyond me. They then shipped another bottle on the 28th of January, again only 11 days since receipt of the trial bottle. I have filed a dispute with the CC company and have all the backup paperwork. So keep your envelopes as they have tracking numbers and with them you have a better chance of disputing these fraudulant charges.

I strongley agree the complaints made about FWM Laboratories it is nothing but a big rip off. They charged me $3.95 for shipping for a 14 day trial period which was fine but then 4 days later they charged me $87.13. When I called customers service all they do is give me the run around when I ask to speak to a supervisor they put in to a que which I held on for and hour. I called back again and they gave me an e-mail address and told me someone would get back to me what a joke that was day five and still have not heard any response back. All I can say is buyer beware if you buy this product you will definately be getting ripped off.

Same thing happened to me. I think these slime balls have found a way to legally screw people, and get away with it. They are legally allowed to do this, since there is a disclaimer...though few people even notice, and thats the whole point! They intentionally hide the info, so its there, but you won't notice. Hiding a contract is decietful. If they were to leagally be required to make you check a box before completing the transaction, then it would be fair. They should make laws that protect people online.

CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY! Don't even bother returning the bogus product... I'm so glad I found this site.

I had purchased the free trial weeks ago. I got concerned and checked my card a couple of weeks ago and found that I had been charged the two shipping charges, so i decided to give it a little more time to arrive. I finIally received colon cleanser yesterday and the acai berry today. They were in envelopes with no order form or any other information, so I got suspicious about ingesting the product and came online to research FWM Laboratories. After reading these complaints IN HORROR I immediately pulled up my credit card account online and found that these crooks charged an additional $120 LAST WEEK, before I had even RECEIVED the trial product. I just reported the card number stolen and the fraudulent charges to block the account from any further bogus charges.

This is a pretty elaborate hoax, considering the professional looking bottle labels and advertisements. It also seems that the products are sold through various entity names...probably to make them harder to find. I have no intention of even trying the product now, because for all I know its just sugar or something potentially harmful, because no legitimate company would operate this way.

Can't believe this company continues to get away with this. My bank is being less than helpful saying that I ordered the free trial and received the initial shipment, and since I didn't cancel within the 14 days, I have to pay for the shipment. It's not a free trial if you have to pay for it! In any event, I've filed complaints with my bank, the Southeast Florida Better Business Bureau and the Florida State Attorney General's Office. I've also notified fwm that I've taken those steps. Don't know if it will do any good, but I truly don't want to see them get away with steeling all our money. Let fwm know what you've done by e-mailing fwmcancellation@vmail.com.

By the way, you can buy acai berry at nutrition centers for less than $15. Truly a rip-off.

I now see that I am not alone. I sure wished I had gone to this website before falling prey to this company.
I order the "free" trial package and agreed to pay the $3.95 for S&H. I understood that the "free" package
was mine to keep. Then I received another package. I don't know why. I didn't order it. Then I discovered
that my credit card was charged $87.13, plus they charged an ATM fee of $2.61. I called and spoke with
a customer service rep. He assured me and gave me a confirmation number that the account would be
canceled and I would not received any more product. However, I could not get him to confirm that I would
receive my money back. Something needs to be done about this company. I'm sure they have made millions.

I can not believe I FELL for this shinola! I am usually so very, very cautious and careful about ordering free trials since typically one gets caught up in this whole mess as there is right now. Oy!

On 1/20 ordered the product and it was delivered in a reasonable time period. On 2/3 a payment was initiated against my account for the $87.13. That was ON the 15th day of the 15 day free trial period, not upon expiration of the trial period per the terms and conditions. I have contacted the bank and cancelled my card. Not sure if I'm thankful it's a check-card/debit card or not since it comes right out of my bank account but it's cancelled and will be filing complaint papers against FWM.

Of course, did try to call them at the 866 number shown for Customer Service today to no avail. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes to only get the box not available ploy and left a message. Also tried to call the 954 number...got no where. Tried sending an email to the address on the website. Came back as undeliverable with an error message of
"Host fwnlabs.com not found".

Shame on me...fighting two battles though as also ordered the partner product from another company.

I was also a victim of FWB Lab... and they first charged me the 87.13 at on 1/1/09 and that same day i called and cancelled the charge since i never recieved anything from them, and i was told i would have a refund at the most 10 business days. when i never got that i called everyday demanding my refund, finally on 1/26/09 i recieved a refund, but it was only for 40.00. now when i call for the other half the people on the phone tell me that my account was credited in full, when clearly from a bank statment it was not, and when i ask to speak with a supervisor they leave me on hold anywhere from 45 min. to an hour before i hang up and try again the next day. This is a SCAM...lesson learned

Hi. The same thing happened to me. I contacted the company and told them that I never signed up for any service and did not authorize charges...blah blah blah. What you basically have to do is contact your bank or credit card company and cancel that particular card. Ask to have another card reissued. Fortunately I used my debit card to pay for the 'free trial' so it was relatively easy to cancel my debit card and have the bank reisssue another one. Next, write down everything! Get the name of the rep that 'cancels" your account. Make sure you get the cancellation confirmation code. If/when you get future product, return it to sender using confirmation delivery. (It only costs like $2.00 to have the product sent via US mail using confirmation delivery. )You can track online with the post office when the company has received their product back. Contact your bank/credit card company and ask for an investigation to dispute the charges. you will need to make a written statement verifying your attempts to cancel the account. i went to the company's online site and made a print out of the terms and conditions reflecting that according to them, they are NOT authorized to bill you for any future product NOT received. I sent a copy of the confirmation delivery receipt, the terms and conditions of the company's policy and my statement to my bank. I finally got all of the money back that was debited from my account. It took about 3 months of being VERY proactive. You have to be a pain in THEIR butt and fight back! Good luck!

I am disheartened to read these reviews because I too have had the same experience. I have been charged $87.13 twice on my credit card and never received the pills. I have tried 5 times now to impress upon these people that I want a refund and am told each time that I will receive a confirmation e-mail. Of course, none has ever come. Also. the phone operators are nearly impossible to understand and I find myself repeating the problem over and over. I will continue to call but it's extremely frustrating at this point.

I think Oprah and Rachel Ray should be responsible for advertising this product. I too, have been charged for two bottles of a product but from a different names company in Fla. It was acai cleansing and a diet capsule. I did not order this . I don't know how they got my acct. no. because I never give it out and especially on the internet. I am 75 and I sure am not interested in this product.
Today, I received a bottle of ACAIBERRY and again I didn't order this. I didn't know what was in the envelope because the return address was not familiar to me. Now I am being charged for postage for something I did not order. I called, got someone I could not understand, after waiting l2 min. She said if I had read the contract I would know that the postage would not be returned. I told her but I didn't order anything and had looked up FWM on the internet and read about all the scams within the company. I never heard of this company and surely hope as some of you I won't be charged for the 87.00. I told here I was going to file a complaint but then she hung up on me. If Oprah has endorsed this product and used it she would look a lot better and so would Rachel Ray. I think I will e-mail them and have them re-tract there endorsement. Thanks, Lil

I fell into this trap, suckered by their Free Trial ad, and ordered the Acai Berry Detox on 1/14/09. The terms stated a Free Trial for 15 days FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT, and you could cancel within that time. I received it on 1/26/09, with the UPS package showing it was shipped on 1/22/09. I called to cancel on 1/29/09. They told me the charge had already been authorized and they could not stop it, but that I could ask for a refund. I asked to speak with a Supervisor. They placed me on hold for over an hour before I finally gave up and hung up.
I even had my bank then place a block on the account, but this charge came through on 2/1/09 anyway - because they immediately received a charge authorization when the trial order was placed on 1/14, and that date WAS NOT AUTHORIZED by me. So a complaint is being filed.
The charge for $88 on my bank account showed ACAI BERRY and a phone number that is disconnected.
There should be a major class action suit against these criminals.

I got screwed out of $87.13 2 days after ordering the free trial offer. I called and cancelled everything with this company and since then, I've received 2 more orders and had 2 more charges to my card. This is all within the past 10 days! Now, I can't get anyone to answer at any of the numbers I have. I ordered the 3.95 product on december 20th. I just received the acai berry today. my bank has notified me there are fradulent charges on my account. fmw has charged my account 88.00 on 1/12/09 and additional 88.00 on 1/27/09 for products I did not receive. I am contacting state of florida agriculture and consumer services. myflorida.org to complain about this company and since kadie provided the address they will be paid a visit for this activity. what a scam.

The same thing happened to me! I didn't even get the product until the day they shipped it. Then the man I spoke with gave me a false e-mail address. Now I have no way of getting a hold of these people. I am going to talk to my bank to see what I can do about this because this is crazy! I am also going to see what legal action I can take because he tried telling me that no matter if I got the product or not it was still part of my 14 day trial period... lets just say I told him where he could put the 14 day free trail period crap! Please someone tell me how to get intouch with them. My email spring7_2_9_92@yahoo.com
