I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

You should have read the terms and condition carefully. I gave also Acai Berry a try a month ago and canceled just in time for the 14-day trial period. Better call this no. [protected]) because I believe there would be a great chance that they'll give you a refund.

My story is the same as everyone else's. The question is what do we do about it? Can't the attorney general in Florida help. What about my attorney general in California. Griping about this isn't helping me. Obviously we were all swindled and I'm going to have to cancel my bank account too. In the meantime, they have roughly $150 of my money. Anyone had any luck getting their money back?

This is the worst scam I've ever seen. They are not only charging your account after you have cancellation, they are changing the name of the product and dollar amount. If you bought this product, the only way out of continuous charge is to cancel the card. I too was told there were no charges when I was looking at the charge on my statement.

I ALSO CALLED AND ORDERED. I CALLED AND CANCELLED AND WAS TOLD BY ONE CALL CENTER THAT I HAD A REFDUND COMING TO ME. NOT... A SUPERVISOR AT THE CALL CENTER IN GOD ONLY KNOWS WHERE TOLD ME I HAD 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY I PLACED MY ORDER TO CANCEL.? NO PRODUCT AND I'M GOING TO PAY FOR IT. I WILL CONTACT THE ATT'Y GEN. OFFICE IN FLA. WHAT A RIP OFF. BUYER BEWARE... HOPEFVULLY THEY DON'T DO WELL. SHAME ON YOU FWM RIPOFF... ALSO WILL NOT GIVE ADDRESS OF COMPANY. WHAT ARE THEY SELLING? TOTALLY PISSED OFF.

That's a good idea - file a complaint with BBB. I had not thought of that. They have us somewhat over a barrel with the small print. However, I had a family emergency and had to leave town. I sent them verification of death and travel - no refund! Fraudulent way to do business. I'd like to find a way to hurt their business but so far I think it's just an expensive lesson for me.

Sure you can get a refund by calling [protected]. I also ordered Acai Berry products last month but did not continue with my order after a week. I got this contact detail online and my money was returned after a week. This line has very accommodating CSR.

Like all of you, I too have been the unfortunate victim of this company's unscrupulous business practices. Also, like you I too agree that this is most unfortunate for all of us, and yes, I am sure we have all learned our lesson. It does not have to stop there. I fully intend to copy and paste all of these comments made here, and then to include my complaint and send the whole thing to my State Attorney General's Office. When a state sees this sort of crap going on, they are going to want to investigate. I am from Minnesota and have other dealing similar to this sort of thing and when I filed with the Attorney General's office they handled the situation by preventing the company to do any further business in the State of Minnesota. I suggest you all do the same. The other thing I intend to do is to forward all of this information to Oprah Winfrey who has been endorsing this product. I think she needs to know what kind of firestorm she has created here. I don't know what she is likely to do with the information, but one think I would think is for sure; there will be no further endorsement of the product, and therefore, hopefully, the number of individuals financially hurt by this situation will decrease over time. I clearly plan to do what I have stated and will be happy to format a letter that others can use for filing complaints with their State Attorney General's office as well. In the meantime, I did just speak with Wellsfargo, who informs me that they are receiving exponential calls from their banking customers regarding this issue, and their recommendation is to cancel the card you used to make the purchase otherwise these charges can legally continue based on the fine print contractual agreements we all made when we innocently ordered these products. Thanks, and I wish you all well.

Here's a Complaint I did find on this website even tho' it was last year... but it continues...
by fairgame

Take your time and look at all the bogus Companies on here:

First off call your bank and cancel your credit card, also immediately file a Chargeback. If they recive enough chargebacks it will screw up their merchant account and get them blacklisted. Don't bother calling the numbers or live chat it is totally useless. Anyways here's some info on these people:

The people who run this whole scam operation are:

JUAN ZUETTA (Runs the whole show, tells everyone what to do)
ANTHONY PELLEGRINO (Designs the scam websites, graphics, etc.)
VLADISLAV SKORO (Programmer who maintains entire scam e-commerce system, domains, server, etc.)
SERGIO PADRON (Funds the whole operation and has already been blacklisted by VISA/MasterCard for chargebacks)
DIEGO D. RODRIGUEZ

They operate under many different businesses to mask their shady operations but Aton Solutions is the office they work out of (they tend to relocate):

I was charged six different international assesment charges for my colon cleanser sample, I'm getting in touch with the FDA, FWM must be peddling illegal products, they 're operating off shore, there wasn't even a return address on my package. They should be raided.

I think this company should be shut down for the biggest scam in history. I agree with everyone on this board. I was charged 3.95 for the trial. When I called an tried to cancel I heard the message the mailbox was full. How could a 800 number mailbox be full? Then found another number to call after a little research. I was able to get through and cancelled, but it was after the 14 days when I found this information. I was charged another 87.13 twice. Looking back over my statements I found this and called the company again. They said I would receive an email confirmation, never did. I just got off the phone again and they told me the same thing. Every question I asked they said they did not have that information. What a load of crap! My suggestion never do any trial of any product and just because it's on OPRAH doesn't mean it's legitimate.

HOLY CRAP! I did same thing as the rest of you and didn't even know until I read these complaints! I ordered the "FREE" sample yesterday and was later declined on a purchase at Target because these CROOKS charged my cc TWICE in a matter of hours...creating a situation where I did NOT have enough available credit for my legit purchase! I called my cc company, reported these charges as FRAUD and they canncelled my card immediately! WOW I had no idea! I thought someone, somewhere else had falsely obtain my cc info and was using it!

Several months ago, I also ordered Acai Berry products but decided to cancel my order. This was the contact number I used.

I agree with the guy who said to crap in a box and send it. I have 2 dogs and think this is a great idea. Poop day one and then a rotting fish the next day. Anybody seen any old road kill on the side of the road? Hey, I can get my 87.13 worth of revenge in postage and feel good about it. I'm not sending it to the processing address though, I'm sending it to Brian J Weiss and Robert W Harris at 491 Leeward Lane, Ft Lauderdail, FL 33312. I found this address as the registered business owners/operators on the SEFloridabbb.org web site. Anyone else interested in feeding these guys the crap they dished out along with me?

This has been the biggest scam I have ever run into! I am thoroughly pissed at the b.s. service I have recieved from this company. They have taken so much money without permission. I have cancelled my card, and am waiting for my last refund of $80.00. I have had to call them 3 times now and they claim that my refund is pending. They have refunded a total of about 300.00, but they still owe me 80! Best of luck to yall!

I agree with every statement above. Any company that refuses to issue a refund on a product that has 100% money back guarantee is fraudulent. When I finally convinced the CSR that I was due a refund, I request a manager or a billing person to verify that I would in fact be getting a refund, I was put on hold for 100 minutes and 33 seconds. While on hold I called them from another phone 4 additional times, by the 5th call they were furious, but continued with their lies and deceptive practices. I encourage everyone to call the FTC and to report them to the BBB online. Group complaints are far more acknowledged than individuals.

Wow - I wish I found all this before I got charged for the $87.13! It took me awhile to track down this website. I could not remember the website I actually ordered from - there are so many and I am sure now after reading everyone's comments, they are probably all scams. I did not cancel within the 14 days but I swear I never saw anything that said it would cost $87! Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. They would not refund my money but I got a confirmation number to "supposedly" cancel. I will be watching my account very close for the next month. Thaniks for everyone's comments. I guess I don't feel as stupid as I did before - I'm definitely not alone!

I am also being charged for Acai Berry in which i cancelled in the 14 days . They say i have not, i returned the product delivery confirmation with theUSPS. i have proof, but you get the same run around every time you call. I cancelled on 1/9/09 and i received a bottle and called back on 1/26/09 because they charged my account. Then i was charged again on2/7/09. I called back 3 more times and Just again on 2/23/09. I have received one credit and they still owe me for the returned item on 1/26/09. this is a fraudulent company and they need to be put out of business. If anyone knows anyone we can call or write to put them out, i would glady help...

I suggest that you call this no. [protected]) and tell the FWM representative that you had really canceled your order before the 14 day trial period ends. This was the exact no. I used when I decided stop availing this product. Very accommodating and helpful operator they have on that line.

Some credit card companies/banks give you the ability to generate virtual card numbers some from their website, some from a dedicated program that runs on your computer or others via a browser plug-in/add-on. I would recommend to everyone to look into if your credit card has one. If so I suggest you learn to use it for all online transaction.

For example the card I use online lets me designate how many transactions and/or how long a card number will be valid. I always use single use numbers just to avoid the issues so many folks here have had...the peace of mind such an option provides is very worth it for sure.

I had the same thing happen to me so my free trial has cost me over $200 now. I am in the process of trying to get a refund and I asked who their CEO or President of the company is but for secruity reason they can not give out that information. I wonder why! I am waiting to talk to Nancy the supervisor for the second time and I sure would hate to have her job! I thank God that my credit union alerted me of these charges and it was only because they had seen this before. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! There is NO such thing as a free trial offer with these people. I didn't even tell them who I was but they knew because of my phone number. Let's shut these people down!

My problem is that they refuse to issue me a refund. I had to file a claim through my bank, cancel the card that I used when I ordered the product. I also filed a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau of South Florida, I suggest you do the same. This company is not going to stop until we all file claims against them and shut them down.

I order the REZVMAX, very stupid on my part and they took the $87.13 out of my acct. Like all of you I tried contacting them, and only after they debited my account did they answer my call.
Well folks, I was furious and decided I would try everything to get my money back. I FINALLY HAD MY ACCOUNT CREDITED YESTERDAY. I will tell you the things that helped me.
1. Contact the legal dept. City of Hollywood, FL and file a complaint. Go to the City of Hollywood, FL website.
2. File a complaint with the BBB - [protected]
3. Complaint to Facebook where the product was advertised.
4. Everytime you talk with this company FWM, and all others you contact refer to this as a scam, which it is!
Email them everyday demanding your money. This is where I went www.lipaphen.com - go to member login at bottom of page, give your email addres and they will email you your id #. AGAIN, CONTACT THEM EVERYDAY.
I hope this helps those of you still waiting for your refund. It's a scam and should be reported to everyone that can help you.
GOOD LUCK !
Connie

I agree, this company needs to be shut down. I am forced to cancel my card and get a new one because these sneaky, underhanded people are still stealing from me. I too ordered a stupid product from them under the guise that it was a free trial, and was charged sneaky little charges like at first it was 12 cents, then one for $2.61, and eventually a charge of $87.13 for the product that i called and canceled, and was told by the customer service rep that i would not be charged. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau out of South Florida against these people and would like to tell other customers that have been SCAMMED to do the same. The more people that file complaints with the Better Business Bureau against FWM Laboratories, the better chance we have of stopping these criminals and shut them down.
I urge everyone to file a complaint.

I received my credit card bill today and saw the $87.13 and called the number indicated on the charge statement [protected]. I spoke with a C/S rep Aleks, and stated my complaint. She said she would process a cancellation (#343104) for "future charges"; however she was not able to cancel the current $87.13 because I did not cancel within the "14 days". I asked to speak with a supervisor and was on HOLD for 25 minutes. At that time I hung-up and called the other # indicated on the charge bill and was told to send an email to FWMcancellation8@gmail.com

I next called my credit card company to dispute the charge and to alert them of the problem only to learn I am not the first victim.

It is a sad state of affairs when you are offered a FREE sample and end up paying $87.13 for nothing. I guess this is the only way this company can make money on trusting individuals, who thought they understand the terms, because the product actually made me sick.

I plan on addressing this issue with the BBB of FL. Lesson learned...I guess you can not trust anything that is advertised as FREE SAMPLE. What a world we live in!
