Furniture Row review: Zero customer service

I purchased a very expensive sectional with matching recliners. The motors went out on the recliners within a couple of years. Upon trying to replace them through the store where I purchased them, first they ordered the wrong ones that took 6 months to come in, so they finally ordered the correct ones which never came in after four months. Had to cancel that order and ordered them from a second party.
