We decided to give them a try because they advertise nfl game coverage.

We tried to get the seahawk game and were unable to do so because we live in the area, well thats the entire reason we wanted it! We also tried a dolphin game, but had difficulty as well so we decided not to go ahead and get this service. 2 days later we got an email stating we needed to go in and complete the account information. With that I assumed that meant I didnt actually have an account so I didnt worry about it. Now I see a $97 charge on my card that they refuse to refund even tho we have never watched a single game or program. To me thats taking my money for a service I didnt give permission for ~ beware they will take your money without hesitation, horrible customer service highly recommend staying away from this company!
