Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They billed be for Nov to Jan but on Nov 21 they stopped carrying NBC universal. I’ve tried to cancel my service cause I need CNBC for work, no Sunday night football, & no Boston Celtics games (NBC Sports Boston channel gone). Customer Service said they can’t refund money cause prepaid period started in Nov. If Fubo changed the channel lineup and takes away important channels to me, that violates the contact and they should refund my money for Dec & Jan. Can’t talk to anyone in customer service. They hide behind email which you only receive every few days.
