This site is one of two of the biggest "scam sites" that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. First of all, there numbers are not real, they are padded, they leave old accounts that have been frozen up to keep their numbers up, my account was closed to me almost a year ago, and yet it still stands in the numbers, why is that allowed? They locked me completely out taking priceless memories with no notice given to me by email or by messaging me telling me to get them out. I couldn't get back in to change the settings, so even if I were to make a phantom account to try and see my own account from the outside that has my family in it, I cant see it because my settings when they locked me out were set to, "profile only viewable with a salute" naturally with a phantom account I wouldnt have a salute, but I do feel like I have the right to make that phantom account being that my memories are still locked in that page, and even I (who made the damn thing and spent thousands on the site) can't see my own page. I feel that they owe me my memories which I wont ever see again, because of this site which is unforgivable. I was a level 45 Cyborg Jesus 10 months ago, and my page (when I added it up) had a worth value of about 36, 000 dollars) and yet they think that they can do whatever they want, and take whatever they want, whenever they feel like doing it.This is site # 2 in my reviews that I would give a negative 100 to, on the grounds of being very unfair, and for taking money that they were not entitled to. I don't recommend anyone going to this site, if nobody goes then nobody pays for anything, if nobody pays for anything, then the site dies.:)
I was member in fu for 1 year now cos one of my friend introduce aout this site, @ first i find its fun site and i do like there alot but this past few days i found out that they delete my account without any warning nor message from the admin. Im really pissed off cos i dont break their rules but they delete my account without warning. My friend spend money for my vip and some are buy me some bling.. its really unfair to my side that they never spoke with me regarding my offensive.. They should check all the ### happening in their site, i mean wats the point of advertising their site if all they do is ### like deleting members without reason. they are more guys worst doing on cam than me but they are really unfair.. Fubar is a racist site i can tell cos they dont like asian so f*** it..
well I was a member in fubar for one year now and i notice few days ago they delete my account without warning nor giving me some sign that they will going to banned me, any of the bouncer never spoke with me about my offensive but i dont think i broke their rules. Im really pissed off cos some friends of mine give me VIP nor buy some blings using their credit card but all i got is nothing.. They delete my account no confirmation no message no nothing.. I try to email them regarding my complaint but no reply from the admit.. Im really pissed off cos they can do whatever they wanted if they dont like the member.. I mean whats the use of advertising their site if they just ###ting their member without giving some warning regarding their offensive all ### i can say...
The original complaint was posted on aug 29th. Funny to see that there were no comments on it until sept 9th. Then they flooded in.
Fubar.com is run like a facist regime. If you spend lots of money on there anything is possible. I know of a high ranked person who has 2 accounts. Both of them high ranked. And I once complained about another high ranked person who had 48 referrals. All of those accounts was made up by herself and it was very obvious. The admins told me there was no proof. It's pathetic to see their followers commenting here and there on the net whenever people who have been scammed and cheated on complain.
You should NEVER give them your credit card info! They are cooks and cheaters!

You say that you got locked out, and mentioned "phantom" accounts. Did you have one of these phantoms when your main account was terminated? If so, that was a violation of TOS.
lol i see alot of fubar staff trying to make the place sound good.. Trust me if you don't kiss there ###.. continuously.. you'll get banned from the website.. even you volunteer staff.. trust me.. i was once one of you.. quit ad was banned from the website.. they think everyone an ###.. and there just ###..

Ramelle I'm sure if I were on the fubar staff or a close friend, I too would get all sorts of free stuff from baby j. All I ask is is the respect and courtesy of a reply for the reason my account was deleted. I have not broken any of their TOS or the rules posted in the fubar bible. If they were a reputable business they wouldn't be so quick to hit the delete button on member accounts with out taking the time to do a proper investigation. I work on a Social Network site of a different kind and my co-staff and I investigate all claims and question or warn every member before any action is taken against the account (or IP in the event of multiple accounts on the same IP).
But in all actuality I guess we can't say Fubar is a scam. Its actually a pretty decent social considering the owner and partners of Social Concepts/FUBAR or crooks and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for all the past members they have ripped off. Be it directly through purchases made by members that never received their goods or services or indirectly through deleting accounts where hundreds or thousands of dollars have been spent on the members who's accounts were deleted and not recovered.
There is nothing on the site or otherwise that states real currency spent on FUBAR/Social Concepts for goods or services are considered Gift or Donation to the site, so therefore they are bound by the same laws any other business is bound by. It does not matter whether its an online business or walk in store, the laws still apply.
And as a final foot note: after reading the many posts on here praising fubar support and namely Scrapper, My guess is many of the posts here are from the staff of fubar. And I would also go as far to guess that "Iodine" is Scrapper himself. I have seen similar praise on other sites that seek to expose FUBAR for what it really is. I have (or had) many friends on FUBAR and every person I know that has had any interaction with Scrapper, never had anything good to say about the event. In fact most everyone I've talked to about him, says he is an a$$hole. And given my observation to his actions in FUBAR and the way he handles even the smallest or simplest of requests, I tend to agree.
I have not spent a dime on Fubar. I have been spoiled with gifts and I absolutely adore babyjesus.
Yes Fubar.com (Social Concepts) is a scam. I have been a member for over 2 years and have always been wary of spending real money on web sites for phantom products or membership services that can vanish in the blink of an eye with out notice. Regardless of not spending my own money on the site, they have also ripped off myself and my friends that have spent money gifting me credits and cyber gift items that I no longer have access to since they deleted my account with out cause or notification to me. Also I have or had numerous friends whose accounts have also been deleted over the past year for no reason what so ever.
For those of you that praise the service and response you've gotten from baby j or scrapper, Congrats to you! I have sent numerous mail and chat messages to baby j as well as other key staff which have never been given the consideration of a reply for any of them. I am also still waiting for a reply to my email message to them asking why they deleted my account. My next stop is the Online BBB and FCC to file a formal complaint with them as well.
I don't expect to get an email reply from the staff at Social Concepts/FUBAR, but until I do I will dedicate as much of my time as possible to warn others not to waste money on the site, or better yet, to avoid the site at all cost. They are proven criminals that have yet to face the firm arm of the law to get the site shut down.
I have been a standing member of fubar.com for over 3 years now. I too have spent money there. (more than I wish to share) I have also lost money and it quickly corrected by admin. Admin of the site are quite awesome. They are willing to help in any way they can. Before you sign up for fubar you are prompted to read the TOS (terms of service) As long as you are not abusing the site or the members in any way you will have a wonderful experience. I have referred over 90 people to the site. I will continue to refer more. Most of the people who complain have tried to scam fubar in some way.
The complaints mostly come from butt hurt peeps who have tried cheating the system to what ? benefit themselves and the bad part ? they got caught at it. fubar is a social working network for mature adults to meet, greet have fun . As always there are some who think they are better and smarter.. think being the key word here. the best way to know is to find out for your self

Part 1 - How Long I've been on Fubar
I have been on fubar for almost 5 years and they've been the best social site and they have about everything for anyone no matter who they are to go to that site :). I have never been SCAMMED by any member on the site, no member of the staff, and have never had a bad run in with Ryan (Scrapper) or Mike (Babyj) they both have been very helpful towards me when ever I needed help with something and a Bouncer couldn't help me Support was there to fix the issue. To this date I am nothing but amazed at how the site goes.
Part 2 - My Experience with the site

With all the other social networking sites I have joined You are treated like a number to the staff and support. However with fubar when you contact support Or you contact Scrapper, or Babyj directly they talk to you like your a person and not just a member to their site. They go on and beyond means to make sure your issue is resolved and that you are not having the issue again.
Features on Fubar
The Features on fubar are like non other they have features for everything that you are looking for, You can always see them adding more and more to the site to keep adding to the great features, The Mafia on the site "fuMafia" is like no other Mafiawars I hated Mafia wars until I played it on fubar now I'm addicted to the game (fumafia)
Lounges
Great way to get your designs out there and music styles to get members to interact with you directly from your lounge and you work as a community sharing things music and more
Blogs
Your able to blog about your life and read others blogs and find out just how many people feel just the same way as you about a subject and along the way you meet some wonderful people.
Relationships
You can spark a fling with someone and flirt and fu-marry them and take it to a new level as well fubar is a social networking site and thats just what we do we network our social life together with millions around the world that with out fubar we none would really ever meet or know about. Some people like my brother met their wives on fubar and like my brother have been happily married ever since my bother is going on Year 6 with his wife and now has 3 kids all thanks to fubar.com.
Part 3 - Your Complaint
Lets break this down into sections and review/reply to it this way

Reply: Okay so Lets get this right, your account was closed on you almost a year ago, and you've now decided "hey let me complain about this on this site now" Okay, so the site is two of the biggest "Scam sites" you ever had the pleasure of dealing with okay so by this statement, you take pleasure in being scammed, Now you've given 0% of proof to how you was "Scammed" from this site and no other site is related or like fubar.com so you can't put the site into a category of other sites as its one of a kind and original in aspects of Social networking.

"they leave old accounts that have been frozen up to keep their numbers up" Now Now, How do you know exactly that they are counting the frozen accounts in the numbers they give? See your assuming to know but really don't know now do you come on admit it you don't actually know how they take in how many members/numbers they have. So before stating these facts you should have exactly that "FACTS" to back up your claims. - lets move on to other parts of your complaint shall we

Simply put its allowed because they are the owners of the site and make the policies not the users, it shows members who are active and actually not "violating" any TOS of the site see that they do take actions against violations and people who are harmful for the site.

Really? They locked you out of your priceless memories? So fubar came to your house and put you under and cut out your brain and erased YOU memories? Now that isn't possible now realistically you still have your memories and still have contact with the people outside of the site, if not that isn't fubars fault now is it :)
Reply to "no notice given to me by email or by messaging me telling me ": Well I can some this answer up with a snip from the fubar TOS (Terms of Services) that YOU agreed to when you joined, regardless if YOU read or did not read them that is on you, but you STILL did AGREE to them.(see below)
"fubar.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including email) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website and/or Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability." - They gave you a reason/notice with this section of the TOS when you signed up so take that as your one and ONLY warning/NOTICE.

I feel that they owe me my memories which I wont ever see again, because of this site which is unforgivable.": Honestly You don't own your page :) as you don't "Own" fubar you only own what you've copyrighted, and with out a copyright then its not your property now is it? your Real Name is not on the site, and you pretty much don't own anything you have uploaded I am sure you have uploaded "bomb/rate photos" you have googled :) like everyone else has. Now about spending money on the site, They don't make you or put a gun to your head and say "HEY SPEND MONEY NOW OR YOUR ELSE" Free will/feedom of choice not to spend money on the site is still and has always been your choice, so :) don't blame the site for you spending money on it because your the one who spent it not them.

See now you just admitted that you actually have stolen 36, 000.00 from fubar I bet you don't think it has a dollar value now do you? just because you bought blings, VIP, HH, Blast and other things with money does not put a "Value" to your profile so stop trying to be an "accountant" when your not, you just make your self look like you want money from the site. Okay this is your Second Review that you would give a negative 100 to, so your stating that your review should be given a negative points to because that is exactly what this is a user being upset he/she didn't get their way and when they got caught they wanted to cry wolf to a complaints forum to get someone to agree with them. Now you have stated that on the grounds of being "unfair, and for taking money that they were not entitled to" Okay so lets get this straight YOU bought items from fubar.com YOU own your Credit Card, Paypal account and such which ever means you paid for things on fubar for with, Fubar can NOT take money from a USER with out said USER giving fubar PERMISSION ie: You finalize the payment and click "PAY NOW" so how did they steal/take money from you they was not entitled to? You paid for services rendered and unless they didn't give you what you paid for then they are in fact entitled to the money they got. Also IF they DID which I highly doubt they did take money from you why is it that you have not filed a paypal claim, or a credit card fraudulent charge with your hard holder, or bank for unauthorized transfer. See YOU think by using big words and adding in some meaningful text behind your claims would make them valid to mean you can get some kind of entitlement from fubar.com YOU are the SCAMMER!

Part 4 - Final Thoughts/Comments
Before you go on claiming a site/company is a SCAM you should have actual proof hard evidence and not just what you have claimed here in this posting please note that if you were ACTUALLY Scammed out of money YOU would of CONTACTED a LAWYER and taken ACTIONS I highly doubt you did everything you say here is Libel and if spoken would be SLANDER :) so how about you just breath and move on and stop trying to make your self look like you are not the bad guy and plain out blaming fubar.com for you breaking a rule.
Almost 1 year has past since your account was locked out by fubar admins (Support) if you was not worried when it happened why worry now attempting to harm a great site and company name is childish and in some cases can be against the law. Just move on and get on with your life just remember you have stated a value on the fubar level 45 account you had and stated you do not own it but fubar does own the site there for openly admitted to everyone here you have stolen 36, 000.00 from the site because of your value that YOU put on the profile account :) remember to rethink your words before posting them as they can come and bite you in the behind later down the road
LOL I was a FU loyal member until recently . I want nothing to do with that site now. Support lounge took ages to get back to me and same with email. So you must be in the I kiss scrappers [censored] group
I've been a member of fubar since 07' and have yet to have a problem with being scammed. You agree to the rules when you FIRST join the site. If you choose to not follow them after, that is your choice. Crying about it after actions have been taken isn't going to do much. I'm fairly certain if you were the level you say you were, then you have contact with fubar "friends" off the site. It would be so simple to ask them to grab things from your old page and send it to you. Fubar admin does NOT lock members out of their accounts for nothing... keep that in mind.

I would like to just say that I've been with fubar for 4 years and I've had no problems with the site, it is because of fubar that I've met great friends and family members. I've never had any trouble from anyone on there NEVER scammed by the site. The Site does not REQUIRE you to BUY anything if you DON'T Want too. I've spent spent a lot of money on this site with out 0% issues or anything that would tell me this site is a scam site. I had a few questions about the site that I at first didn't understand and I went directly to them and they helped me and resolved all my questions.
I would and have recommended many of my friends, and family to join me on fubar and will continue to bring them over as fubar is a great site and their is no other site like it

I have been a member of Fubar for almost 5 years now an I have not had any trouble. I have NEVER been scammed by the site. I have spent more money there than I care to mention without issue. I have made many friends and had tons of fun on the site.
I have recommended many of my friends to join me on Fubar and will continue to do so.
