Went to buy car, got credit checked, no loan approved yet. Then, dealership sold car when we were still interested. They need to take our credit check off and stop saying cars are available when they're not.

I'm just going to say I'm really disappointed with Frontier Motors. I bought two cars from them before and the people there were really nice and helpful, but the car my granddaughter got from them just keeps breaking down. It's been less than a year and the car has left her stranded in the middle of the night multiple times. The service department told me to have her turn the steering wheel to fix it, but that didn't work. Last weekend, the car wouldn't start again and we had to tow it to Frontier Motors. They put it in the wrong place and it took them forever to move it to the service department, even though I called them multiple times. When they finally looked at it, they told me the key had broken off in the steering column and they had glued it back together. But the key wasn't broken when we gave them the car! And now the glued part broke off at 2am. So disappointed. We paid over $200 for all this trouble.
