I got a new ride from I Envision Keys Auto Brokerage, LLC a couple of weeks ago, but there are problems with it. The car has been in the shop for two weeks now, and Velynncia was supposed to pay for the repairs. But when the mechanic got in touch with Yalisa to find out when the money would come in, she said she had no idea. I tried calling them, but they were super rude on the phone and even hung up on me. I'm stuck with a car loan for a ride that I can't even drive, and they're not doing anything to help out. It's like they conned me into buying a car that's not even roadworthy. They won't even give me my cash back if I bring it back. It looks like they've done this kind of thing before, too. Not a good company to deal with - stay away!

On November 30th I bought a 2009 Dodge Journey from I Envision Keys Auto Brokerage, LLC. I was told the car only needed an oil change and that it had a 100-point inspection and a six-month warranty for major repairs. However, on December 1st, I got an oil change and approximately two weeks later, I still hadn't received my license plates. I let the owner know and she said she failed to complete paperwork with the DMV. I had to pay $20 for the plates even though it was supposed to be included in the purchase price.
Around February 10th, the car started to have acceleration issues. I informed the owner who told me to notify the warranty company and keep her updated. After taking the car to a mechanic, I found out that the engine needed replacing due to prior damage that was not disclosed to me. The warranty company would only cover up to $2000 of repairs, and I had to pay the rest out of my own pocket. I asked for information about the mechanic who did the inspection and a copy of the report, but the owner refused. When I mentioned making a complaint, she hung up on me.
I hope the car can be repaired properly since it still isn't running properly and has been in and out of the repair shop. This whole experience has been frustrating, especially with the poor customer service from the owner.
