Frontier Airlines got stranded in Orlando Florida because Frontier canceled a flight to Nashville for no reason.

On Saturday August 5, 2023 flight 1159 from ORF to MCO took off and landed on time non problems there. the connecting flight 1031 from MCO to BNA was canceled just before 1159 landed. there was no explanation given as to why, no help to get any other flight to Nashville the best they might be able to do was a flight the next morning through Denver and 14 hours of flight and wait time. ended up having to find a hotel as there were no other available flights that night to get home on. During this whole ordeal there was no one from Frontier willing or able to help me find a hotel another flight (there was one available in the morning on their sister company Spirit) Nothing. it was as if they were just saying HaHa we have your money and are not responsible for getting you where you paid to go. I was able to book the flight on Spirt the next morning and that went well. However, this lack of responsibility on Frontiers part cost me over 300- dollars and they sent me an email offering me a 100-dollar travel voucher. Who is responsible for reimbursing me for that? I can assure you that I will never fly Frontier again, so the voucher is a useless jester.

Desired outcome: refund me for the flight and fees from this flight and possibly the hotel room. the hotel was $126.00 the flight and bag fees was around $200.00 for the original flight from Norfolk to Nashville.

Frontier Airlines Service for outgoing flight from Islip, NY to Ocala, Fl

7/24/23 I was booked on flight 1095 leaving @3:49 with Frontier Airlines, from Islip, NY to Orlando, FL. I arrived at the airport 2 hours early, as required. I arrived to find no one at the check in counter. I finally found someone, who advised that I would not be allowed to board, as I was late? Eight other people were sent back from the gate, also not able to board... They weren't late either! The airline double booked this flight, and penalized people who booked ahead of time. I lost two days, and valuable time with my visiting family in ocala. Sounds like a scam to me!

Desired outcome: Apology, and monetary compensation for ALL of my inconvenience.This was totally unacceptable !!!

Frontier Airlines Go wild pass

This has been a complete rip off. I have not been able to use the pass. I was told that I cannot cancel. I have tried my credit card company and the BBB. I am creating a petition to start a class action lawsuit against Frontier for misleading advertising regarding the Go Wild Pass. There are so many disgruntled people who have been ripped off by this company. I'm going to try to do something about it.

Frontier Airlines Flight F9 81

Flight canceled after delayed 6 times due to flight attendant not wanting to do another flight. Was approaching her 16 hours. Airline lied had us boarding and un unboarding knowing the situation but to avoid angry passengers.

They then had us deboard the plane brought in sketchy buses to take us to hotels 1-2 hours away. This occurred at 12:30 in the morning when new flight was supposedly to leave at 10 am. Original flight was at 3:30 pm 7/18.

This airline is unethical and have sketchy practices.

I have asked for a FULL refund, plus my new ticket I had to purchase. I also lost two days of work due to the inconvenience that was not caused by natural disaster.

for my inconvenience and lies. I have been given the run around by the company and wrong numbers.

No one to talk to live. I have videos to show how inhumane and disrespectful they treated his.

Frontier Airlines Flight changes and refunds

We had a flight and they changed it to a 13 hour layover in LV which did not work for our schedule. I received email stating that we could cancel it did not have any information about a credit or charging me half the cost of ticket to cancel. There are no customer service people to call and only on line chat which is virtual. This is absolutely not acceptable and should be illegal. If a company is taking your money and then changing what you agreed upon then they do not have the right to penalize for their mistakes and changes without me agreeing to it first. The government needs to start regulating the airlines they are OUT OF CONTROL! I do not want a credit from Frontier because I never intend to use them again. I knew better because I have heard nothing but bad things about them.

Frontier Airlines Continuous delayed/ cancelled flight

In the last 30 days my family has been devalued and inconvenienced by Frontier on several different flights in 30 days. This airline is able to strand families in airports delay arrivals which is more than an extreme financial burden with no accountability. It is easy for them to send apology emails as they are never held accountable and can justify and cancellations with saying it is an uncontrollable event. My last flight 582 July 14 was cancelled and I am requesting an inconvenience/ refund due to continual cancellations and Frontier is denying this request. How many times does a consumer have to be stuck for days in an airport.

I have yet to receive by baggage and everytime I "chat" with someone at Frontier (since you have no customer service rep to actually talk to), I'm told there's no update. Where is my baggage?! I have my expensive equipment in there and I think someone in your company stole it and that's why you can't provide me information.

Desired outcome: Get my baggage delivered to me as soon as possible. Have a manager contact me at [protected] to let me know what's going on. Reimburse me for the job I was unable to perform due lack of my equipment. This was business trip.

Frontier Airlines Booking a flight several months ahead of time including a car rental for a week.

I booked a flight which I had to cancel months ahead of time and Frontier has no way of speaking to a live customer svc person to resolve the loss of $100 in “fees”. They refunded the cost of my ticket minus $100 despite my early cancellation. As I had them reserve a car for me I now have lost over $300 as their site says not refundable! What kind of airline are they running?!

Frontier Airlines Delayed flight with miscommunication

We were scheduled for a flight on 7.12.23 from MDW to SFO, at 3:29pm cst. We were sent a message at 1:32pm saying our flight was delayed until 4:44pm cst. at 2:59pm cst we were then sent another text message saying we were moving gates to C1 from C3. We then boarded at 4:49pm cst and were delayed on the plane for over one hour. at 5:44pm cst, we were then able to get off the plane and were moved to gate A1. We were then sent a sent a message at 7:21pm that the flight was changed but were not given a departure time. Nothing was communicated to us and we were waiting at the gate and later told the flight departed at 7:45pm CST. We have been waiting at the airport, tried calling the 800 numbers but were hung up on because there is no customer service. Every gate we walked to, we were told no one could help us.

We are now unable to find a flight, we were denied using the restroom for over an hour while we were stuck on the airplane and not refunded for the money wasted while waiting for our flight. We would like a refund.

The communication is all discombobulated and the whole staff is rude.

Frontier Airlines Trying to reach customer service

I need to add a child to an existing reservation. The website advised chat was the best way because this isn't something the customer can do on their own. I have chatted with them 5 times today. No one has replied to any of the chatted. It's just me asking if their there. I spent over 2 hours waiting in the one chat. I called 4 times and the phone system told me to chat or go to the website then hung up on me. I've Facebook'd them and the chatbot couldn't help so it was getting an agent. That was at 7:04pm. It's 10:21 and I'm still waiting. I tweeted and haven't gotten a reply. I've wasted the better part of 5+ hours and haven't gotten anywhere with frontier. I have screen shots with time stamps proving my claims. This is officially beyond ridiculous.

Desired outcome: I'd like to get the child added to my reservation before we leave in 5 days and at this point I think Frontier should let this child fly for free.

Frontier Airlines Lost baggage

My partner and I checked in two bags for our flight from Orlando to San Diego. Only one bag arrived. They cannot explain how they got separated. They stated they do not actually scan bags on and off the plane after checkin. The agent who checked us in was not friendly or thorough in his communication and did not advise us how to properly tag our bags from the kiosk (or pay and Agent Assist fee) so we did not grab the sticker off the tag with the number. Fortunately, the other arrived so we have a reference number from that bag. They had us wait stating another flight from Orlando was coming in and maybe our bag was on that plane. Not the case. It was a flight from Denver. We are staying in Tijuana because we were headed to Baja, Mexico. They do not deliver over the border so we have to stay in case we need to retrieve the bag from the airport. No one can seem to help. No compensation has been offered to buy new clothes. My bag was filled with new clothes, makeup, shoes, bathing suits, supplements, medical equipment. Everyone seems helpless. We only have one contact at the San Diego Airport who we have to call regularly because I'm not always able to receive US calls in Mexico. We have a claim from corporate stating they are searching and a ticket is open. You can only chat and typically cannot reach a live person. They have incorrect phone numbers on their website and only want to direct you to AI, Automated systems, and chat bots stating they keep their fares low due to the efficient way they run their company. Checkin and boarding were chaoes too.

Desired outcome: My bag. If not, reimbursement. Compensation to buy new items while waiting. Baggage fees reimbursed, possibly our flight. Unexpected hotel stay.

Frontier Airlines Check in agents acting like a gang

Simply put frontier staff can deny service if they don't like your attitude all the while giving the worst attitude and being unhelpful to paid customers. From the get go when I attempted to raise a concern I was told to immediately talk to supervisor without listening and within less than 30 secs escalate to go get another airline. I spent from 8:45 am to almost 1 pm trying to get a resolution and escalating to upper management only to be met with open hostilities and national guards being called. All the while no supervisor and manager was called and no attempts to resolve the matter was provided except that I delete any documentation of the incident and to comply with them fully and correct my attitude. Even after showing surrender to their unwarranted demands and pleading for sake of decency and humanity that the same manager who was part of the whole instigation denied the flight and continued to file complaint against me to security apparatus. They eventually just gave up and asked me to leave without any written documentation and vsrbally citing that they don't like how I talk. If that is the process than the agent and het manager should be arrested for how they acted. It was the most gross and ugly encounter of my life with an airline. I have traveled to over 37 countries and over 115+ cities and never expected this treatment without reason and open hostilities toward a paying customer.

Btw this is the second time I'm having an issue with Frontier. Last time they just canceled the flight and basically told us too bad there is nothing else they can do and to take whatever they gave us the next day. This time it was a similar issue. You can't board the flight because it is overbooked anyways. And then after waiting 45 mins in line only to be met with open hostilities. This insane attitude and behavior must be challenged. You can't deny service to customers simply by saying that they have an attitude. I never said anything and stood for my dignity and rights when Miriama just told me to go to anothe4 flight if you don't like standing in line. The gall after such blatant disrespect and failure to help a customer makes me sick. What happend to humanity?

The 6 swc video that has been added when I had to start recording what was being said and immediately marianna was hiding behind the manager and speaking in Spanish even though she could speak English and instigating the situation and constantly saying untrue things and being completely out of line and down right nasty. Right before the video I was told to talk to the supervisor by the agent and when I did just that she came over and started to fill in with Spanish. I have several large videos of Mariana continuing to tell lies and escalate the situation at every encounter despite security presence. I can't believe I experience this type of humiliation at an international Airport and denied flight to attend religious services the next day. Shameful behavior by Frontier and the lack of professionalism and upper management presence.

I respectfully demand that Frontier airline formally investigate the matter and do written reprimand of the two instigating employees namely, Mariana Cruz and her supervisor, supposedly a senior manager named Salvador Sanchez. Provide me a flight with the best seat next time I fly to USA from Cancun and also provide a written apology to me for violating my rights and denying me service based on personal ego and exerting authority and threats that are baseless. Airline employee especially frontlinr agents shouldn't be allowed to do whatever they want in the guise of some made up concern and start escalating with international passengers.

Frontier Airlines Travel disruption

On Saturday, June 17, 5 of us were traveling from Chicago, non-stop to Orlando. We were to arrive in Orlando around 10:00 pm est.

There was a storm and Orlando’s airport closed, so we were re-routed to Atanta. We were told a manager would meet us at baggage claim with more information.

No manager showed up at baggage claim, but a lady was taking email addresses and told us corporate was going to email us a code for a free hotel for the night.

Our luggage finally showed up at 2:30 am Sunday morning. We had 2 children with us and still saw no manager - so we booked our own hotel at Holiday Inn.

The hotel charge is $165.89 plus $20 for shuttle there and back.

I get weather happens - but extremity frustrated by how it was handled by Frontier.

We also received a text at 11:00 Sunday morning saying they were loading our flight for take off at 12:15 (we were told the night before that the flight was loading at 1:30 with 2:40 departure). We were totally stressed because of this as well - plane did leave at the later time.

Frontier Airlines Frontier Airlines' Unfair Baggage Policy: A Cautionary Tale

Frontier Airlines is a budget airline that offers affordable flights to various destinations. Recently, I purchased round-trip tickets from San Diego to Las Vegas for only $38. However, I was disappointed to learn that the airline does not allow checked luggage and only permits a personal carry-on bag that meets specific size requirements. Despite this, I decided to purchase two tickets and pack accordingly.

On the day of my flight, I arrived at the airport with my personal carry-on bag, which was only half an inch larger than the specified dimensions. Although it could still fit under my seat, I was rudely denied boarding by the airport staff. They informed me that I would have to pay $189 to check each of my personal items. I was outraged and requested a refund, but the staff informed me that their policy was clearly stated on their website and that they could not fulfill my request.

I found this policy to be unfair and a complete rip-off. If my bag fits, it should be allowed on the flight. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and the inflexibility of the airline's policy. I would caution anyone considering flying with Frontier Airlines to carefully read their terms and conditions before booking a flight.

Frontier Airlines Disappointing Experience on Frontier Airlines: Uncomfortable Seats and Tiny Tray Tables

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on Frontier Airlines. I had heard some rumors about their customer service being less than stellar, so I made sure to avoid any unnecessary interactions with the ground crew. I just wanted to get on my flight and go to sleep. But let me tell you, sleeping on a Frontier flight is no easy feat.

The seats are something else entirely. They're basically just curved metal slabs with a little bit of fabric thrown over them. I mean, I'm no princess, but I like to at least have a little bit of cushioning when I'm sitting for hours on end. And don't even get me started on the tray tables. They're literally half the size of a normal tray table! I couldn't even fit my laptop on there if I tried. I mean, I guess it's big enough to hold a cup, but that's about it. Maybe my hand, if I'm feeling generous.

But you know what they say, every cloud has a silver lining. And in this case, the silver lining was that my terrible flight provided some pretty entertaining content for my social media followers. I mean, who wouldn't want to see pictures of me squished into a tiny seat with my knees up to my chin? It's the stuff viral posts are made of.

It's a shame, really. From what I've heard, Frontier used to be a pretty decent airline before they went bankrupt. But now, it seems like they're just cutting corners wherever they can. I wouldn't recommend flying with them unless you're really desperate.

Frontier Airlines Frontier Airlines Review: Bare Bone Booking, Helpful Crew, and a Cancellation

I was looking for a flight from SDQ to MCO and Frontier Airlines popped up on my search. I decided to book through SmartFares and went for the bare bone booking with only a personal item and no bags. It was all I needed for this trip and I saved some cash. However, on Jan 28th, the flight got cancelled due to mechanical issues. I was a bit disappointed, but these things happen and I was glad that we didn't fall down.

The lady at the check-in counter was very helpful and offered me either a refund or a seat on the Jan 30th flight. I decided to take the Jan 30th offer and was pleasantly surprised when Frontier Airlines handed me a 50 USD credit to be used on a future flight. I give Frontier four stars for this experience. I can't give them five stars because of the cancellation, but four stars is still a good rating.

Overall, the crew at SDQ were very helpful and did a great job sorting things out. This was in stark contrast to a previous attempted flight from SDQ to MIA where I was incorrectly denied boarding due to Covid 19 restrictions that were not fully understood by the check-in crew. It was frustrating, but I understand that these are challenging times and mistakes can happen.

For a pure bare bone flight, Frontier Airlines works. If you're looking for a no-frills flight and don't mind bringing your own snacks and entertainment, then Frontier Airlines is a good choice. Just be aware that cancellations can happen and it's always good to have a backup plan.

Frontier Airlines Terrible Experience with Frontier Airlines: Refundable Tickets and Customer Service Fail

So, I had a pretty bad experience with Frontier Airlines. I showed up to check in my baggage, but they said they needed at least 45 minutes to process it. I waited for 10 minutes before they got back to me with the next steps, which was to rebook for the next day for an additional change fee. I had bought their refundable tickets, which were marketed exactly for situations like these, but they still charged me. I asked them to do the booking, but they couldn't because they couldn't charge the fee. It was a mess.

After waiting for 30 minutes, they just told me to call their customer care, which asked for an additional $25 agent fee if I booked through their system. I was so frustrated. They wouldn't even refund my add-on to the flight, which was to convert the ticket to a refundable one. It was like they didn't care about my experience at all.

And the worst part was that I only needed to rebook in the first place because they wouldn't let me board the flight. They said my bag needed more time to clear TSA, but other airlines have never fussed about this before. It was just ridiculous.

In the end, I went with a different airline and vowed to never use Frontier again. Their service was just terrible, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Frontier Airlines Disappointing Experience Flying with Frontier Airlines as a Person with a Disability

I recently had the chance to fly with Frontier Airlines for the first time, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. As a person who uses a wheelchair, I needed some assistance, but the flight crew was not very helpful at all. Let me tell you what happened.

Firstly, they tried to take my walker away from me, even though the website clearly states that all medical devices get priority storage. Then, as I was boarding the plane, there was a footstep to climb up, and no one offered to help me. When I finally got on the plane, the flight crew blocked me, and I can only stand for a minute before my body gives out. I asked them to move, but they didn't listen. Instead, they sat me in the wrong seat and told me to move.

To make matters worse, my sister and I were having a private conversation, and one of the flight crew members was listening in. She started yelling at me, saying that she wanted me off the plane and that she didn't have to listen to me. All I was doing was expressing my disappointment with the airline. And if that wasn't enough, one of the male flight crew members stood in the aisle with his private parts in my face. It was a horrible experience overall.

But that's not all. On the return flight, they misplaced my wheelchair, and it took forever to find it. So, if you're disabled, I would not recommend using Frontier Airlines. The crew is not helpful, and they can be quite mean.

Frontier Airlines Frontier Airlines: A Total Rip-Off During COVID-19 Pandemic

Frontier Airlines is a total rip-off! They took advantage of people during the COVID-19 pandemic by forcing them to reschedule their flights at almost double the price of their original ticket. It's like they don't care about the struggles of their customers during a national crisis. Shame on Frontier executives for being so selfish and greedy!

And don't even get me started on the terrible seats and high prices for low-quality service. You'll be lucky if you can even fit in your seat without paying triple the fees for your ticket. Seriously, any other airline is better than Frontier. Don't waste your time or money on this scam of an airline.

To make matters worse, their customer service department is a complete joke. I had to wait on hold for over an hour on three separate occasions just to talk to a representative. And when I finally did get through, they were unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful.

I'm going to make sure that all of my friends, family, and even the media know about Frontier Airlines' terrible practices and failing policies. It's just not right to take advantage of people during a national crisis. I will never fly Frontier again, and I urge you to do the same.

Frontier Airlines Frontier Airlines: A Nightmare Experience with No Customer Support or Refunds

So, I wanted to book a flight with Frontier Airlines, but I couldn't find any booking desk. I had to use an agent to book my flight in January 2023 for a flight in May 2023 through Expedia. I received a confirmation from Expedia, but I never heard anything from Frontier. When I tried to confirm my flight in May, I couldn't do it. I was so worried about my flight, so I went to BWI airport a bit early to ensure I could get checked in. But to my surprise, there were no humans in the entire airport who worked for Frontier. I was so frustrated that I had to ask the Maryland Transportation Police to help me, but unfortunately, not even one person could help me. I was so disappointed that I had to book a flight with Southwest to get home. But the worst part is that Frontier doesn't offer any refund for flights that they have cancelled, and they will never tell you that your flight has been cancelled. So, they have your money, and you have no way home.

Frontier Airlines doesn't have any chat for help, and if you try it, you'll see that it doesn't work. They don't even have any telephones, and all the links connect only to some Indian who will try to force you to buy an upgraded ticket on flights that may or may not even exist. It seems like they don't have any employees, and you are utterly screwed if you buy a ticket from them.

I have to say that there are bad airlines out there, but Frontier Airlines is the model for an incompetent, uncaring, idiotically managed fake business. I would strongly advise you to stay away from Frontier Airlines, or you will regret it.
