FreshCo review: Shopping basket

While shopping at freschco today I found out that they stopped using the basket. However, if a basket is required you will need to purchase it. Are you kidding me? I don't have a car and so I need to take the stroller with me whenever I go shopping with my 4 month old baby. How do they expect someone who has a stroller to be using a shopping cart too? Why are they charging for baskets? Is frescho doing that poorly? It doesn't make sense. Do not discriminate against mothers.
