Wrongful deferred
I'm a long time plasma Donner on and I wasn't told my portine was low then they did a protein test then had my doctor to one my doctor test came back good freedom plasma did another test when I went back they said they want to do another test now they say there first test says low protein my doctor test good there third test low but there forth test good but there defeard me .this place just opened and everyone was new and in training and they said they made a mistake doing the forth test that they say was good there all new and in training and I feel they made a mistake when I lived in Chicago I been donating since the 90's never had any problems I'm 57 years old and my doctor says I'm in great shape please I live month month on a monthly check

They shouldn't be able to defer someone because of their mistakes. He asked for a certain nurse to stick him. His hydration is always good. The particular nurse he ask about sticks him one time and everything goes smoothly. We need answers. He couldn't get his money because they do not know how to properly stick someone. That isn't professional at all.
