Fastest response ever. Always there to help. Quick to fix issues and even reinstate your acct when you continually forget to reload funds. Yup that's me. I do that a lot. And he's always there to help.

I have been with this company over a year now and have had exemplary service and help whenever needed for any issue. Any know issues are promptly addressed and customers kept in the loop during the process. Highly recommend.

Greg from Freedomnth has always been extremely responsive to any inquiries. Resolutions are quick and Greg is very patient with us as we are not super tech people. I highly recommend Freedomnth as a four year, very satisfied customer.

Sent message asking for another two months and he called me while extremely intoxicated. Swearing and yelling on the phone for no reason and texting on sense. All I was trying to do was get another two months like I've been doing for years

I've been with Greg now for over 4 years. 4 actually with Tv. But finally got his internet back in February. And haven't been more happy. Great incentives he offers. And is always helping you when need too. Would definitely recommend his services. Top Notch.

I have been with NTH for about 5 years. I have had great response in customer service and he keeps us informed when service is going to be down or if there are any changes. I have not had any problems with the internet either. Even when our power came back on after Fiona, our internet was there.

Been a customer for over 3 years, never once had any complaints. Queries felt with in a timely and professional manner. Customer service has been exceptional. Internet is quick and even in exceptional circumstances have always been updated and kept in the loop. I highly recommend and will continue to do so

I have been a customer for close to a year I cannot say one bad thing about this company great customer service the one time I had to contact them the price can't be beat.. they also offer great incentives for customers and again you can't beat the price my last two bills that I received from one of the big companies were both over $300 unreal. Give freedom a try you won't be sorry.

You can't go wrong with freedom NTH… Great Internet service… Consistently run 5+ devices at once… No lag time… No buffering… Just great overall Internet… And the customer service is fantastic… The response time to any questions I've ever had is almost immediate… If you want great Internet cheap then go with freedom NTH… I'm so glad I switched from the big guys over five years ago now

I have been with the company since Freedom NTH Telecom was new, I have his live TV subscription. I just contacted them to ask why it suddenly went down and the representative called me. He asked my name and I told him. He then proceeded to express his frustration and use inappropriate language towards me, not knowing who I was. I have all the text messages documenting his rude and ignorant behavior towards me, speaking to me disrespectfully. Do not go with this company, as they claim to prioritize customer service but clearly do not. This is not the first time he has been rude to me, but this incident was particularly unforgivable, as he screamed at me. If you want to see the text messages, please ask and I will show you. I provided him with my name, email, and address, so he should have looked me up before contacting me. I am utterly disgusted.
