Frank's Car Wash - I thought I had signed up for a one month car wash, but it turned out to be a recurring charge
I thought I had signed up for a one month car wash, but it turned out to be a recurring charge. I called them in February and they said they have sent me a refund of $105. I've called them back multiple times, but I haven't received a check or any answers. The phone keeps breaking up when I call them now.
