Pony Express Car Wash

I went to Pony Express Car Wash and it was the best car wash I ever had. They did a great job cleaning my car and it was shiny like a diamond. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back there again.

Went to Pony Express Car Wash once and got a solo wash. But now they're taking money outta my account every month. They didn't give me no ID or nothing to show I'm a member, 'cause I didn't buy one. I called a bunch of times, but all I get is voicemail. I left a message, but they ain't called me back. They even sent me a text, but I replied and still no answer.

i went to pony express car wash and it was so cool! the people who work there are super nice and the wash made my car look brand new. i was really impressed with how clean it was. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a good car wash.

Been goin' to Pony Express Car Wash a lot since they opened up and it was all good until I brought my new truck. Went through a few times and everything seemed fine until the last time when they put me way too close to the car in front of me. The equipment didn't have enough space to work and I heard somethin' snap. When I checked it out, I saw that it broke my license plate holder and there were hairline scratches on the paint job and some pretty noticeable ones on the fender flares. The employee I talked to when I canceled my subscription was nice, but I didn't feel like they really took care of me or that they were gonna do anything about it.

Now, it's not like the equipment scratched up the whole truck, but seein' those scratches on a 24-day-old truck is pretty upsetting! I talked to some guys named *** and Nate and they're not really helpin' me out. They won't let me talk to the owner and they're sayin' that only the back of the truck got damaged by their equipment. But the scratches are all over the sides and top of the truck, goin' from front to back. Nate even lied to me about the condition of the truck and then changed his story. I'm glad they're willin' to fix some of the problem and they admitted they caused it, but I still gotta pay for 80% of the damage.

I went to Pony Express Car Wash and it was not so good. We put our truck on the track and had some problems. First, the track kept pushing us into the car in front of us. We did everything the guy told us to do, but we still hit the car in front of us like 2 or 3 times. Second, we paid for the most expensive wash, but there was still soap on our car at the end. Third, the running boards were still dirty. They didn't clean them at all. And lastly, they had a skeleton flipping people off at the entrance. That's not cool.

The owner said that the track moves at a constant speed and that we must have been in drive. But we followed all the rules and our car was definitely in neutral. The owner didn't explain why the two cars collided. Maybe the car in front of us did something wrong? Maybe their equipment is messed up? But instead of being helpful, the owner was rude and sarcastic. They don't care about their customers, so we won't be going back.
