Been with FPL home repair services for years and called yesterday due to needing a new water heater. They sent a company within hours and was told the new replacement would cost more than $2300, seriously! My plan covered up to 1k so with insurance it’s going to cost me an additional $1300+ without insurance I can have one installed by Home Depot for less than 1k. What’s the point of having insurance. Total price gouge! Fraud! I’d give zero stars if I could.

Recommendation: Due to my experience I cannot recommend this company/policy!
