FPL Home Services review: Fraudulent company

I've been paying for insurance with this company for many years. When they sell you the insurance, they tell you it's the best, they ask how many devices you have and what type they are, of course; at the moment of the sale, they tell you it covers everything. Now my 12 BTU window air conditioner broke, and I have to buy a new one because they simply tell me now that it's not covered. It's a total scam, and the agent calmly tells you that they're very sorry, but unfortunately, it's not covered. This payment really doesn't make any sense, so I don't recommend it to anyone.
