Buyer beware! I called for a price, got a quote. Called back 'cause I didn't get the email quote. They said sorry, those ain't our prices no more and nobody here remembers that talk... What? Really? WOW!

I've been dealing with termites for 2 years. Hired Budget *** and they haven't done anything to fix my termite problem. I've called them out every 3-6 months for the past 2 years with no improvement. I had to find other companies for estimates and all of them said Budget *** did the bare minimum treatment and my termites were still a problem. Do yourself a favor and find another place.

Zero stars! Don't hire Budget Brothers for termites! They don't do anything to get rid of termites! When you call for retreat, they'll tell you to knock down the tubes and wait to see if they come back. What? Look at the reviews, you pay for a service and you still have termites months and years later! I've hired another termite control company and bam, termites are gone! Don't listen to Budget Brothers' excuses and read the reviews! The common theme is that termites still thrive even after the supposed treatment! Don't hire Budget Brothers!

This company has terrible customer service and only cares about your money. If you have the choice, avoid using them. While some of their technicians seem to care about you as a customer, the owner doesn't. After many unsuccessful attempts to speak over the phone, I finally contacted them through email and texts to express my dissatisfaction with the original service. Everything was ultimately blamed on my water leak, which I admit I had, but I was told that my warranty was void because of it. After exchanging many angry texts and emails, I was then warned not to email him again or he would void my warranty. Don't use them. Jeff, the owner, is dishonest and unprofessional.

Don't use this company for termite control. My experience was like others who left reviews. They didn't use Termidor, like I asked. They said it wasn't available anymore. But it is, and I found another company that used it and treated the area where the termites got into my house. I had a 2-year warranty with Budget Brothers, but they kept retreating without success. After 2 years of their "treatments," the kitchen was so damaged that I had to replace the cabinets. Check out their responses to other complaints, they're rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend using a different company.

This company is awful. They just randomly canceled my appointment without telling me. They lied or gave me wrong information about the payment. They won't even prioritize another appointment for me after canceling without letting me know. The manager, Billy, hasn't called me back in over a week. I've been trying to reach her, but no luck. The technicians don't know anything about billing and they straight up lied or gave me wrong info. The people who schedule appointments, Amy and Ronda, are not helpful at all. Amy was the worst. Even though I clearly explained the billing situation, she still either lied or got it completely wrong. And Billy, the manager, is not doing anything to fix everything. She won't even return my call.

I hired Budget Brothers to get rid of termites, but for two years, termites kept appearing all over my house. They never managed to eradicate or control the termites. They would come and retreat, but days and weeks later, more termites would show up. Each time, a new technician would come with new excuses and promises to solve the problem. But the termites never went away!

So, I called them again to retreat an area, but they told me my warranty had expired. They refused to let me pay for it because I never received a notice about the expiration. The representative said they would have to charge me more now because I had active termites. I agreed because their company never controlled the termites as promised, and they never informed me about the warranty expiration.

Believe me when I tell you, do not hire Budget Brothers to control termites. They will not keep their promises.

I made an appointment with Budget Brothers Termite and Pest for ant extermination. On September 3, a Budget Brothers technician treated my property for the ant infestation. The next week, there were still a lot of ants on my property, so I called Budget Brothers again. They sent another technician, under my warranty coverage, so they didn't charge me again for the ant extermination service. Yesterday, October 31, my wife was attacked by ants inside our house, near the kitchen sink. She killed the ants by using bleach on the infested area. My wife got bitten multiple times and her hands and wrists swelled up. We treated her wounds with ice and antibiotic ointment, which helped with the pain and swelling. We also noticed a lot of crickets on our property, more than we've ever seen in our 12 years at this house. We suspect that Budget Brothers technicians put the crickets there to attract scorpions, so we would hire them to exterminate the scorpions. I don't trust Budget Brothers anymore, even though I can't prove they put the crickets on our property. However, they were not effective in exterminating the ant infestation, and that alone convinces me that Budget Brothers doesn't do a good job of getting rid of pests, despite their low prices. I still question their business ethics and whether they engage in dishonest (and dangerous) practices to get more customers. AVOID BUDGET BROTHERS TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL SERVICE!

Had Budget Brothers come out to do a termite inspection and give me an estimate. Called them back to do the treatment after they had given me a written estimate. They then tell me the cost will be $300 more. I told them I had a written estimate from them and they said they wouldn't honor it! They were already paid to do the inspection.

I hired Budget Brothers Termite & Pest to treat the termites I found in my home in Oct 2021. They did the treatment, but I didn't see the activity go away at all. They told me I had to wait 90 days. I called and had them treat the same areas again in Feb 2022. The termite activity is worse than ever and spreading. I called to ask for my money back so I can hire another company, but they said I won't get a refund. They were the rudest and most disrespectful people I've ever heard from a company. I called today to cancel the 2nd year warranty I bought, and they said it's okay, but I won't get a refund. My friend also used them, and they still have termites too. They're a total fraud.

On July 12th, *** from Budget Brothers came out and quoted $450 for some screenin-related issues due to birds. Budget Brothers came out on July 15th, and did some of the work but not all that was agreed upon in the contract. They left nail materials from the roof upright causin a family dog to step on top of the nail causin an injury. Also, they failed to screen the chimney which caused a bird to fly into the house and cause damage to the property. They refused to come out and fix the issue within a reasonable time (the earliest they said was July 23rd). The manager became very argumentive and hun up the phone durin the conversation to resolve the issue. Myself, and the family we bought the house from, have been customers of Budget Brothers for years without any issues.

This company came out as part of a pre-sale home inspection. They did an hour long inspection of the main house and guest house and found one cone in the guesthouse. Because I wanted to move the sale forward, I paid for treatment and warranty. The contract fell through and about a week later, we got another contract. Guess who shows up again? This time, we have termites in the main house, and the warranty from the guest house don't apply to the main house. So either the first inspector missed it, or there were no termites in the second inspection. They didn't just magically appear in a couple weeks after living here for 17 years. We tried to resolve it with the company but they told my realtor they weren't gonna fix this issue and with me, they threatened to destroy any future sales by contacting the buyers. You can't get any less ethical.

Budget Brothers company has been no good at controlling the termites in our house. They treated the house in Nov. 2014. Nine months later I called to report that termites were still there. They told me to just knock down the tubes and see if they came back. After a few calls and being insistent with them, they retreated in Dec. 2015. Since then they have retreated six more times but there are still termites, worse than ever. The retreatments were only in the walls and ceiling even though Budget Brothers company was aware that the real problem was in the soil. I renewed my warranty last month before I knew the termites were back. (My handicapped grandson lives in the house and had not told me about the termites.) On October 26, Jeff M at Budget Brothers said he would refund my last renewal payment of $135. I have not received that refund.

I signed up with Budget Brothers on 9/17 for a service deal that costs $100 per year and can be renewed for a lifetime. Around 3 years ago, they sent me a bill for more than the agreed $100. But after I explained the contract, they agreed to charge me the correct amount. They continued to do so for the following years as well. However, this year, they didn't send me a renewal bill. So, on Friday 9/24, I called their office and they told me they canceled the agreement because I didn't want to pay more than $100. I asked to talk to the manager, but they said he wasn't available and suggested I send an Email instead. I sent an Email asking for a renewal bill at the $100 rate, but I haven't received a response yet. I've attached a copy of the service agreement and Email. I expect the company to honor the agreement.

Budget bros was contracted to provide a service for us. When we purchased a service plan from them, we were given several follow-up appointments as part of this package. On one of their follow-up calls, they sent out a technician who couldn't do his job properly because of his age and body size. He had to go into an attic space where he couldn't fit. As a result, he couldn't finish his job, and they had to send a different technician the next day to complete the task. They never told me that I would be charged an extra fee for sending a capable technician the following day. Now, 2 months later, the business calls me and says I owe them money for an additional service call because they had to send two technicians to complete one job due to his limitations. They threatened to send me to collections, so I reluctantly paid. I'm filing this complaint because I believe it's completely unethical and a scam, and I want to prevent others from experiencing the same thing.

I been a client of Budget Brothers Pest Control for over 7 years. I use their termite control service at the property located in Tempe AZ 85281 and I am usually happy with it. Last summer we seen a rodent on the place. I called Budget Brothers and asked if they had a service for rodents. They explained that they offered a package with a cost of $199 that included installing traps on the place and there visits. I agreed for the package of 3 visits. At the end they contacted me to ask if I was interested to schedule more visits. I called them and decided not to review the service. I also asked what was really done after the initial lay off traps. I was sent a report with pictures corresponding to the first visit. I called several times to request a report of the three visits I had paid for with would include: (1) the sate of the visit, (2) what was observed on site (was a rodent captured? Were there remains of rodents observed?), (3) what was done. I never received such detailed reports and only the date of visits. I was not happy and planned to use another company if the issue of a rodent would rise again. What I did not know is that the company did not stop the visits (or so do they claim) despite my call in September to let them know that I was not interested in following up with additional visits. Now they want me to pay for these unwanted visits claiming that they have no records of my calls. This is upsetting as I never signed for any other service that the one I ordered and paid for which was $199 for 3 visits. I am feeling that I was enrolled in a scam where the company enrolls you without your knowledge in a service that you have no way to stop. I did not order the additional visits. I did not agree to additional visits. For these reasons I should not be charged for a service that I did not request.
