In October , I had home repairs done by a local home improvement inspector

In October , I had home repairs done by a local home improvement inspector. Later, I found squeaks in a room and felt cold drafts on the floor. Recently, I saw corner boards had dropped, exposing rotten wood and cracks. Despite assurances of repair, the work was subpar. Initially quoted at $11,000, the final cost exceeded $12,000. I'm considering seeking legal advice for potential action.
