Untrustworthy and they lied to me! I bought a used car with a busted passenger rear tail light. They said they'd fix it, but after months of texting Diego, he kept saying he was too busy and forgot! Two months later, I had to spend $2100 on repairs! They initially said all cars came with a three-month warranty, but that's not true! I wouldn't recommend Antony or buy from them again! I feel so dumb for trusting them.

I bought a 2010 Ford Explorer from Fort Myers Motors at 3001 Fowler St, Fort Myers. I paid $2500 in cash and was told that I would receive my tag and title within 45 days. It's now December and I still haven't received them because my ex-boyfriend owes them money for something unrelated to me or my car. He refuses to give me my title and tag. I have a receipt showing that I paid in full and a text message informing me about my ex's issue with the dealer. This should not affect me. I was threatened that my truck would be reported stolen, but I just want my tag and title. I can't help them find my ex, as I no longer talk to him. I hope this isn't what I'm thinking because my ex has a criminal record and has spent most of his life in prison for drugs and guns. Fort Myers Motors should handle their dealings with my ex and not punish me. I work hard for my money and have bought two cars from them in the past three years without any problems. They have always done right by me in the past. Please give me what I paid for - my title and tag. If not the tag, at least my title. It has been since November and my paper tag is expired. It's now January.

I went in for a first car for our son. I told Diego that his budget was $2000. Not a dime more. He pointed me towards a car on the lot and said he is sure he can do $2000 on that one. I made it clear that we would not do a dime over $2000 and please don't waste our time. He explained that the TT&L would add $205 to the price and I agreed that was reasonable. My wife met me there with our son, she took off work, I took off work. We test drove the car to our mechanic. The mechanic said it would be a good deal. We went back to the dealer. My wife and son went in and told Diego they would take the car. Diego told them he would fix the leaky headlight and put on 2 tires for the 2 that were looking poor. My wife gave him a $200 deposit because he said he would have the car ready tomorrow. She had the financing ready to pay for the entire price but Diego said only $200 and the balance tomorrow. She asked for the contract and Diego said tomorrow. I had gone back to work and they started driving home. Our son was super excited to finally buy his first car. While they were driving home, Diego texted my wife and said "the owner said he has to have $2500. I can refund the $200 if you don't want it." So we had the $200 refunded. Terrible day. I lost time at work. My wife lost time at work. Our son got let down. Terrible business practice to agree on a price, accept money, and then raise the price. Such a shady way to do business. I am sure he figured we would just pay the extra $500 to keep the car. But there is no way we can trust them. No way. Ever. If they debate this in any way, we have text message proof of what I am typing from Diego.
