I have ordered a pair of boots from this website & paid through PayPal however I have never received any correspondence from them despite attempts to contact RE: where my boots are. I have completed their contact us form twice And I have had confirmation on the website that the form was sent successfully but I have had no response.
They appear to be a fraudulent site & have duped many people. I have not received the goods which are showing as "pending" and the money has been deducted from my account.

Have never received shoes
I ordered shoes from FootWearArk.com but have never received and paid through PayPal but they won't help because it's past the 45 day limit. I'm out of the money. They don’t respond and I can only assume that they are a fraudulent site since they have not returned my money.
It is a scam. PayPal got onto them and the money was back in a flash. I thought it was just too good to be true, and it was the first time I did not fully research because the site looked so good. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
On sept.30th 2016 through paypal $294.40 was charged to my visa for 2 pair of shoes, this is a fake site! after 7 emails no response. Paypal should do better with looking into site charges with so many complaints! .Footwearark/Shoezen should be taken down! do not order anything from this site! IT IS NOT REAL!.
I ordered a pair of Clark's on August 25, 2016 and paid $96.00. I also have never received my shoes. I emailed them 3 times and never got an answer. I wish they had a phone number I could call. I would think that PayPal would catch on by now and refuse payment to this website. What a sucker I am! Geesh!

Agree, I just sent away for some shoes 4 days ago, then suddenly got suspicious...when I received no communication, I googled the site and came across this information. What a sucker I am.

I had the same thing happen. I ordered shoes 2 months ago and have not received them though I got a confirmation email and they did get my money through paypal. When I try to contact them, like everyone else, the email comes back as undeliverable. We need to find a way to shut this site down before more people lose their money.
Ordered shoes used my credit card and e-mail confirmation says processing, no answer from several e-mails asking where shoes are. I definitely will be contacting credit card and closing account and do a fraud report on this so called business, What a shame they show lovely shoes and was looking forward to ordering more shoes. I also wonder why is this site still running
I ordered a pair of shoes on Dec. 2nd thru FootWearArk.com and paid through paypal. Unfortunately they have my money and I have no shoes. I emailed the contact person too and it came back as undeliverable. What a sham! How is it with so many complaints over a long period of time is this fraudulent website still up and running? Shame on them~!
I too ordered a pair of shoes but used my credit card. No shoes, no charge on my card yet. Tried to contact them via 'Contact' on their site and it did not work. Emailed the person's address provided and it came back and 'Undeliverable'. Someone should be responsible to take down the website as it obviously fraudulent. I will need to keep checking my Credit card as they may put through a charge with a different name.
I ordered from Footwareark last week. No email acknowledgement so I tried emailing the contact person ... came back as undeliverable. I did NOT use paypal but did enter by credit card. So far I have not seen a charge but will have to keep checking. This is obviously a fraudulent site. Someone should be responsible for taking down the website... appears they do not exist.
