My friend bought a Dallas cowboys snack helmet he ordered it December 2020 and the item didn't arrive and my friend rather want to have the item but if the item my friend would want his money back on his credit card and you guys can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com and the email that was on the order was my friend email [protected]@gmail.com that email [protected]@gmail doesn't work anymore so you guys can contact at [protected]@gmail.com my friend bought the item in December 2020

I purchased a decal. Shipping for something that could have been mailed for less than a dollar was $12.95. They sent the wrong item but didn't refund the shipping. If it had been an error on my part, then ok. I would just accept it. But THEY sent the wrong item. No offer to correct it or anything. I chatted online with someone about returning the item, and she told me I would be refunded the shipping cost as well. She made it sound like she was doing me a favor by not making me pay to send it back. Worst customer service and worst online purchase ever.

DO NOT BUY FROM KATERNO.com --I searched for price comparison for a fire/rescue tool called a spanner wrench multi tool. I found a listing for this product on Katerno.com. I then saw the item picture and the description and it all seemed good. There were no options to select for the product just a good old fashioned Buy Now button. I bought the item and it was delivered in just a few days. However, it was a much different item than I ordered and not the item in the picture. It was a window punch made by the same manufacturer. Assuming that it was just an order fulfillment mistake I informed Katerno customer service. The response was that i received exactly what I ordered and they referred to a cryptic product name Res-Q-Me - RST1BR. They then explained that deeper in the description the description refers to the product I received and by connection of this reference to the name, I ordered. This is the description: "Multi-Purpose Rescue Tools are a must-have for service techs and first responders. The Res-Q-Rench is five tools in one - universal spanner, pry tool, window punch, seat belt cutter, and gas shutoff. Smaller than the Res-Q-Rench but just as effective, the Res-Q-Me easily shatters tempered glass and cuts through safety belts in seconds." after sending them back their order and shipping confirm. emails with the spanner wrench (ResQ Rench) pictured. They still told me I ordered the wrong item, the ResQ Me. I then asked for them to at least acknowledge that it was a misleading product page and they still told me that I got what I ordered.
DO NOT buy anything from Katerno.com. They have horrible customer service and refuse to accept that the customer is right, even with proof.
