If there was a 0 star I would have used it. I placed an order for a gift 0n 12-12, it stated a 3-5 day window for delivery. I waited for an update until the end of the day for a delivery date, none ever populated. I checked again first thing this morning, it now says Jan 8th is the expected delivery. I attempted to cancel or return the order that is still processing, and have been told that is not possible. Please explain how in todays age of technology they cannot simply push a cancel button? One of the worst possible customer service experiences that I have ever had. When I asked Ryan to send me a review link he would not. Wonder what that would be?
Recommendation: Do not order if you have any type of deadline
