Foot Locker Concerns with Foot Locker's Kids Website: Logo Discrepancy and Shipping Issues

I just gotta say, I ordered some shoes from Foot Locker's website for kids and I'm a little worried. I got a notification that my order shipped, but when I tried to track it, all it said was that the details will be available once the package arrives at the facility. What's up with that? It's making me a little nervous, you know?

But then I started reading some reviews and I gotta say, they're not making me feel any better. People are saying all kinds of things about this website, and it's got me wondering if I made a mistake. And then I noticed something weird. The logo on the kidsfootlocker.com website is totally different from the one on the actual Kids Foot Locker website! What's up with that? It's making me wonder if this website is even legit.

I'm really hoping that my shoes arrive soon and that they're the right size and everything. But I gotta say, I'm a little skeptical about this whole thing. I mean, just look at the screenshots I took. The logos are totally different! It's making me wonder if I should have just gone to the store instead of ordering online.

Foot Locker Foot Locker's Poor Customer Service and Shipping Practices: A Warning to Others

I placed an order for some shoes on July 1st, 2020 from kidsfootlocker.com. I was excited to receive my new kicks and eagerly awaited their arrival. On July 5th, 2020, I received an email from Foot Locker stating that my order had been processed and that my shoes were on their way to UPS to be shipped. The email also included a tracking number so I could keep an eye on my package.

However, when I checked the tracking number, I was disappointed to see that the shoes had not been dropped off by Foot Locker. I was supposed to receive my shoes on July 9th, 2020, but the shipping information had not been updated and my shoes had not been shipped. I was frustrated and upset that Foot Locker had given me a bogus tracking number and had not shipped my shoes.

I tried to contact Foot Locker via email, but I have not received a reply. I am extremely disappointed in Foot Locker's lack of customer service and their failure to deliver my shoes. I paid $90 for these shoes, and I expect to receive them. Now is not the time to be ripping people off for their hard-earned money, especially during a pandemic.

I plan to report Foot Locker to the Better Business Bureau and any other relevant authorities until I receive my money back. I urge others to be cautious when ordering from Foot Locker and to be aware of their poor customer service and shipping practices.

Foot Locker Refund

I made a purchase on footlocker.ca. It was for four winter jackets. Three of them had to be returned because they were too small and not as I expected when I send them back it took so long before I even got a reply after multiple emails and calls they kept telling me that it was in the warehouse and I had to wait for them to get them, finally I called again today and they told me that two will be refunded 5 to 10 business days and that one of them was used and dirty. This is impossible because as soon as I got them, we try them on and then pack them up to send them back, they have no pictures or anything to show me just that I used it and made it dirty. This is a lie. They are refusing to give me a refund and said they will send me the other jacket back. Please let me know how I can proceed with this to get my refund

Foot Locker Order was not received

Order # v4021072337. My packages were split into two order one was delivered on 07/27/2022 @12:34pm and the second package delivered on 07/28/2022 @ 12:07pm left at the front door. The packages were never received, placed a claim for my missing packages case # 0272835.

Esto es una tienda familiar como es posible.

Es increible como todavia tienen a este empleado de nombre carlos trabajando bajo esta compania con sus actitudes sus palabras soeces

Una empleado que ha esta cambiando codigos de tennis para darlos mas barato a sus amistades, lo se porque fui y eso era lo que el hacia con un empleado ayudandolo cuando ellos se dieron cuenta que yo los vi entonces se aguantaron hasta que yo me fui con mi familia de la tienda.

Los gerenciales no se dan cuenta de los actos qie estan cometiendo.

I called march 16 about my order they made a claim its march 30 i was informed that the investigation take 8 to 10 days still no resolution i call get the run around customer service is ruled and very un professional it should be a law how you guys rip off people in this time of our lives order no #v4018696019

Employee by the name of carlos works at shopping mall centro del sur has a attitude has been taking merchandise also with another employee pass other shoes with another code I notice the other day that I went they were doing some things unappaporiate I would discuus this with mr carlos sanchez your district manager because it look like the store manger is blind this is a family store the music that they play in the store bad words, you need to take actions. Foot Locker Poor management

This morning, March 21 2022 at around 10:45 am, I went to the footlocker at Crossiron Mills. I was returning 2 pairs kf shoes that didn't fit properly. The cashier asked me if u had the box for one of them, I said no I wasn't given the box, only for the one pair so they would both fit in the one bag. The manager happened to be there, Sandi, then interrupted and began to tell me that I can not return without the box. I said I wasn't aware of that, so Sandi then told me with an aggressive attitude that everyone is told when purchasing shoes that if there's no box it's final sale. She basically called me a liar, and quite loud for surrounding ppl to hear. Myself and my friend who was also with me both looked at each other is absolute shock at her attitude. She stormed off. I asked the cashier if I could exchange for something online. My friend went to get Sandi again to talk properly with her, she came back waving her arms and told the cashier just refund her, and don't do it again. Then grabbed my receipt and said, who rang this in for u I'm going to fire them! I was absolutely discusted in her unproffesionalism, huge ego and power trip not only in front of the other employees but in front of all the customers. I then told the cashier, that makes me never want to shop there again, but the only reason I would is since he and the sales guy are pretty awesome and helpful. Usually when management is that nasty, the staff tend to not care about doing a good job either. They deserve so much credit, however the manager is an absolute disgrace. Totally unexceptable behavior.

Desired outcome: I would like the manager to be reprimanded for her behavior, for how she made not only myself feel but the employees as well, and for the employees that were there at the time to be praised for how they handled it.

hace dias fui a la tienda a comprar unos tenis para mi hija en el mall del centro del sur en ponce p r y habia un asociado de nombre carlos estaba haciendo unas cosas indebidas.

primero que estaba hablando por su celular al estar atendiendo a un cliente el cliente es primero

segundo estaba pasando mercancia sin cobrar con otro empleado

terecero palabras soeces

a esta tienda va mucha familia

y parece mentira que tenga estas .

personas atendiendo al publico

esperamos tenga mas consideracion con los clientes que somos los que dejamos nuetro sueldo ahi

y al los gerentes que tomen cartas en el asunto o tendre que ir mas arriba.

Foot Locker Store experience

Today was the shoe launch or release for the Lamelo, Rick and Morty shoe.

I went early and stood in line I would say 15 customers were in front of me.

I saw 4 people walk out with the new shoes.

Shortly after that they said they only had 8 pairs left. only two more people walked out. They then started telling everyone the shoe was out of stock. I suppose your staff holds them for resale and or for their friends. This is just such a bad look. I was very frustrated looking to purchase one pair for my son. I was not the only one upset. I would say just don't make it so obvious. One of your store employees proceeded to say they only received 10 pairs. come on do better Foot Locker.

Desired outcome: I hope they can do better for their customers excited for the new shoe launches.

Foot Locker Refund not received after 3 weeks

I have been In correspondence with your customer service department on a number of occasions regarding the refund. I have been refunded for the Lacoste trsiners a week ago but still no refund for the Nike. I am disgusted with the time frame of your company dealing with returns and refunds. I’m disgusted with your slow response from customer services. The fact there is no number to call to discuss. For the lack of information given, for having no follow up to chase the warehouse when it’s been stated you have the returns. It’s now 3 weeks since you received the goods back snd I still have no refund. In this time I’ve ordered and returned other goods to different companies (jd sports, base clothing, very and coggles) all of which I received my refund within 5 days at the longest.

I understand with Covid things aren’t easy but it’s still no excuse that I’m still waiting for my £50 something refund. I want this back in my account today.

I’ve had to cancel my card on Friday due to fraudulent activity so if you need my bank details to refund on please call me on [protected].

Lastly I will never purchase from you again after all of this messing around. I have 6 children and purchase in store from footlocker a lot and won’t do so again.

I hope you can understand my frustration and that you will sort this out for me.

Foot Locker Poor service robson street store vancouver bc

Store 7699220 Time 7:14 pm april 24 register 3 Trans 16447 Cashier Matthew. With supervisor not willing to write down her name or area manager contact details. Was only told to call store and circled 1-800 number

Incident : was shopping with my 14 yr old son and at cash register advised Matthew that these two items being purchased are tax exempt as my son (who was standing next to me) in only 14 yrs old.

Supervisor or manager advised me a piece of id needs to be present. I explained what 14 yr old ha drivers license or passport on them to go to footlocker. Actually what 14 yr old (grade 9 student) carrys a wallet when shopping with his parents especially at footlocker. We visited 2 other stores on Robson street spending over $500 and no other store even questioned my son when he said his purchase is "non taxable" We felt humiliated as customer behind us listening to our complaint. Enough that the customer behind us said what an embarrassing situation to us outside the store that the supervisor did not believe your was under age.

I was told to come back to the store to present student ID for $3.57 issue. I will gladly do this if my mileage and parking is paid for. I will also expect my $57.12 purchase to be fully refunded due to this insult of my family's integrity. Clearly any supervisor or manager has discretion for $3.57 issue. If they dont they should not be in charge. Now I have to spend this much time putting in this complaint.
Im a professional and a manager in my field of work and I truly believe footlocker employees on Robson street need to be better coached.
Clearly no one wanted to void my transaction and re-key without sales tax. I would like an area manager of vancouver downtown area foot locker to contact me regarding this issue / terrible service. This was truly harassment and I want this complaint to go to senior management.
This employee said she was the manager of this store. I would like this complaint to go to area manager level or higher. Please advise me who to contact or the contact information. Im taking Monday April 26 off to deal with serious / insulting issue. [protected]@yahoo.com

Foot Locker Shoes that was ordered never got total 342.40

On 3/14/21 i placed a order a pair of nike air max 270 in red and a pair of nike air max plus.To be shipped to 853 tradewind rd macon georgia 31206 .Reference number 5239850314210011547620100 .Total 342.40 no one has money to just give away .This ordered has been delivered to 3131manchester expy columbus ga 31909 left at front desk sign by shores.When i called foot locker i was told it would be 5 business days for them to investigate .If i tracked all this i dont know why it should take 5 days when they did seen where i placed the order .Timothy taylor 853 tradewind rd macon ga 31206 but they was shippid to columbus .I am very hurt and upset i can be reached at [protected] my sister chris denson is handing this for me

Foot Locker Asked to leave the store for not wearing a mask even after explaining my disability

On Thursday 22 October 2020. Foolocker staff member aggressively asked me to leave the store for not wearing a mask. I explained that I cannot due to my health condition . Footlocker is defined legally as a "public accommodation" and have willingly and knowingly denied my rights under:
*US Constitution, 1st Amendment
*Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law
*Civil Rights Act 1964
*Title XLIV of Florida Statutes 2011
I have sent via certified and notarized mail to Footlocker and Okaloosa Sheriff's office 1) Discrimination Notice, 2) Affidavit Declaration of Truth (see details attached). This had a 30 day window for response. No response to date.

Desired outcome: Hold accountable and dismiss Judy Dodson, along with male companion. Formal written apology and compensation

Foot Locker Nike tech fleece men pants

My son bought a Nike tech tracksuit on line 8/10/2020, but unfortunately the track bottoms the logo is peeling off, I have gone onto live chat that says to send them a photo of the product which I have done and that they would get back to me, its been over a fortnight and I haven't received any information on what to do, my son spent a lot of money on this tracksuit order number is [protected], invoice number is2020-134-[protected], product number is [protected], maybe they could send me a refund or another track bottoms

Foot Locker returned item tracking #1z3y406x9033593476

I sent back an item ( Nike NSW fleece jogger) that I purchased from footlocker website for exchange to smaller size for my son's Christmas present around December 10th. somehow the item got lost in UPS. after several calls to UPS and footlocker and pushed back and forth between the two company I was finally instructed to file a claim on December 23rd for investigation . It was not my fault since I followed the instruction and send the item the way I was supposed to. I would have take the item back to the store if I only knew it would be such a disaster . Customer service in few of my calls were not helpful at all . I still haven't received any respond . This has been very upsetting ! the item was $100 and I couldn't afford to buy another one for my son's christmas . I feel That I was not treated right and this has been a terrible customer service experience from such a respected company. Please help me resolve this issue .

"mcs" girl with glasses wrote on my box and was rude while helping my two sons during Christmas which is not the first time. I've shopped here for 2 years The store is always a mess And I noticed that hispanic employees only help Hispanic customers help other races it definitely obvious every time I come into this footlocker I feel uncomfortable The people who work here should be ashamed of how they are operating their store

Foot Locker customer service / jayden and vee

Received somebody else's item on mail . I never received the item I purchase. It was sons gift for Christmas, Its the 19 of December and the item is sold out and they wont give me my money back until they receive the wrong item . They are more worried about their item than my issue . After I stayed in the line for 1:57 I didn't solve my issue .
so inconvenient . Never again will I buy from them . There is Champs and Finish line .

Foot Locker customer service

On 09/12/2019 I purchased a pair of trainers from the above mention shop for £134.00, the service I received from the manageress named gen.. Or gem was absolutely disgusting, we was made to wait 20 minutes before we could actually pay for the item because this manageress was refusing to serve us because her shift was over, and the other cashier was dealing with returns which was taking a very long time, I was subjected to verbal abusive from your employee in front of other customers and staff, she was screaming, that she would not get fired as she was the best foot locker had, even the other employee were shocked at this persons action,, I was told by her that if she wanted to she could refuse to serve me so best be quiet. I feel utterly appalled regarding what I was subjected to from one of your employee this was witnessed by numerous other customers,. This whole situation has been very up setting for and I will be very hesitant to use the shop in the future.
