FloryDay return policy

I ordered a dress from floryday and was nothing like it pictured and did not fit. I contacted them to return the dress. They gave me to option ad they didn't want me to return the dress 1. They wanted to give me a 50% credit and 2. Give me 30% of my money back. I found it quite insulting...no company has ever done this. I paid around $67 for the dress plus $29 for delivery and got stuck with another $35 in duty. I emailed them back stating their offer was unacceptable. The replied stating I could return the dress but gave no address or receive a 70% discount on my next purchase(like i would ever purchsse from them again)or 50% of my money back. After being fed up I replied stating I would take 50% of my money and it has been a week and have heard nothing from them. Their return policy states they have several warehouses around the world you can return your product to...which is a total lie..or maybe just none in Canada. After reading other posts I would now expect 100% of my money back.

FloryDay returns & communication

I ordered two dresses from Floryday. I waited quite a long time for them to be delivered. When they did arrived they were packed very nicely. However, despite ordering a larger size than usual they were too small. They were pretty enough but somewhat flimsy. To contact Floryday is not easy. It is NOT made at all clear that ALL orders come directly from China, hence the wait. If you need to return you complete an online form. It is suggested to you that the postage, to China, will cost quite a lot and the purchaser is liable for this. On top of this the purchaser will have to pay 33% Import Duty on each item. However I found that Royal Mail had a Returns Service for them to an address in Birmingham so I sent the items there. The staff at FloryDay were unaware of this and rather taken aback. This facility has now been closed... Despite this 33% Tax was still deducted. This is not very conducive to becoming a regular or loyal customer of theirs.

FloryDay dress not delivered, not in transit and company won't communicate

I ordered a maxi dress on the 28th August 2018. It was supposed to be dispatched on the 1st September 2018. I was given a tracking number but when I tried to get into my profile it didn't recognise my password. Tried to get new password but no link sent through, I looked in all files! After an email a few days ago I still have no communication from them. I put tracking number in to ups tracking, says it recognised the number but had no listing of where it was. The order no. FloryDay solid pockets collar long sleeve maxi dress

I would like a refund on order #[protected]
I was sent ticket #2018-09-14 ID#[protected] with choices.

Since I had no reply on my choice, after asking a question, I have now decided on a refund and need instructions on how to return the item. Address, label, return #, etc?
This was ordered 8/16/18 and I received it approx. Sept. 10th. I asked for return information approx. 9/12-9/13. Received a reply the next day but when I asked a question on the choices I was given, did not receive an answer.
The dress is too small.

I'm tired of spending time tying to reach the right site. Floryday has offered me a full refund on order #[protected]. I do accept this resolution but and will definitely say RESOLVED if I ever get confirmation of the refund and my answer that they have accepted my decision. They offer me choices, then fail to reply when I have accepted. Thank you.

FloryDay order [protected] foral casual round neck long sleeved blouse

I received yesterday the above item, which has proven to be much too small. I can barely get it on and it is too tight. It is size small and I was guided by your bust measurements. Please could I return the item for a Medium size as i am happy with the item otherwise.

You state that the customer has to contact you to get the right address to send it to.

FloryDay what happened to my order?

I placed two orders online to purchase two dresses on July 25 and have not received any communication as to their where abouts.
The first order number is [protected] cotton floral size medium $70.41 size M 1215471
The second order number [protected] ruffle skater knee length a line dress colour gold size M 1163470

I have been a loyal and faithful customer, but I am losing faith in your company. You would be well advised to please look into this disconcerting matter as soon as possible. I would like to remain a customer, as the quality of your products are excellent.

FloryDay company will not accept my email showing proof of posting returns back - refund monies outstanding

Two dresses purchased from floryday website - when they arrived the sizing was off, and the quality was inferior, not at all as appears on their very slick website. there was no paperwork enclosed for any subsequent return, have had long email contact with them on their website - was told to return the goods to a Birmingham Return Address and to send proof of posting to them at service @floryday.com - once they have they will refund PART of the monies paid for these shoddy goods BUT . . . [protected]@floryday.com will not accept my emails and they keep blocking them - this company thwarts attempts to return and claim refund of any monies paid at EVERY ATTEMPT! very, very frustrated as this is so evidently a scam Company, I have since discovered running from Hong Kong.

All money FINALLY refunded thanks:- well Floryday have now refunded my money, after many, many emails, it was a long process and I had to keep up a strong attitude in the emails that I would take further legal action if they did not resolve my complaint. SO ALL MONIES REFUNDED AND I AM HAPPY WITH THAT - but I will not be using this company again.

FloryDay I send back a garment for a refund and didn't get the full refund

I bought a dress from Floryday and paid AUD 86.13 and 18.90 for shipping to Australia. I have received and found the garment looked totally different from the website that I bought and asked to return and was told my refund for the dress that I paid $86.13 plus shipping fee of $18.90 = $105.03 is $67.31 and thus I am out of pocket $18.82 for no good reason. FloryDay returns service

I am trying to return 2 dresses I ordered which have finally arrived from Floryday. There is no paperwork with them about how to return items and the website states that they have to be contacted first in order to return items for a refund. It is very difficult to do this and I want to return them as they don't fit within their 14 day policy and I have submitted a returns request but have not had a reply . I want to return these items. How can items be refunded and returned when they don't fit?.

FloryDay the whole method of how this company operates

To summarise the detail so far: I ordered two garments which were not as described and seen on their website; they arrived much later than they detailed on their website. The order number: [protected]. My email address for the order: rosalyn.[protected]@hotmail.com The two items are poor quality; seconds and inferior. The tracking system was vague.I was told when I chatted to chase up the order that the courier was ANJ(UK) LTD Their address (parcel label) is Building 2, St Modwen Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0ZF, UK. I clicked on the website returns and had to sign in, give details of the return which I submitted. I received 2 tickets giving details of why I was returning the garments, followed up by an email outlining 3 options. I clicked the first option for full refund and was taken back to 'sign in' and description of the return again which I submitted, to receive 2 more tickets. This is a perpetual situation as delaying tactics. I spoke 3 times to Cynthia on a chat line. Clicking on returns takes you to sales and not returns. Cynthia has no knowledge of returns or any addresses for returns.

I returned items I had bought from Floryday to ANJ (UK) Ltd, Building 2, St Modwen Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 0ZF as there was no other returns address I could find. This was done via the Post Office on 02/11/2018 and the package had to signed for. The reference number is 0211-A9CD-04CD-CA89.
I have since contacted Floryday who informed me that you need to return the package to me in order for me to send it to yet another address otherwise I will not get a full refund.
I am very disappointed at the lack of information on how to return and to WHERE.

FloryDay sizes

Ordered a white cotton for myself in xl. It has to be mislabeled, I am sure it is a small. I could not even begin to put it on it was so small. Now I have to pay for sending it back and will probably not get my money back. I am very disgusted with this company. It seems every time I receive something from China, the size is half what it should be. Every blouse and sweater I wear is an extra large so this must be a mistake.

FloryDay dress I ordered

I ordered a dress from Floryday and was shocked at the poor quality. The top of the dress was so small I could hardly get my arms in it. The rest of the dress fit like a gunnysack. Of course I want to return it but I can't find the directions for returning it and I have only 14 days to contact them. The address they gave me is only a list of all the complaints they have received. When I ordered the dress there were glowing comments from customers that have ordered from them. Only wish to say that I feel all the complaints and requests are falling on deaf ears the company has no wish /desire to give anyone of us a refund, yes I to have been stung I feel that we can safely say our money has gone but we can try and get some satisfaction or reward by taking to social media. I order to let as many unsuspecting customers know about these outright thief's who go under the discies of a company make me very angry that no one is there to protect the customer used to be the customer is always right NOT ANY MORE NOW ITS THE CUSTOMER IS RIPE FOR THE PICKING !. Yes I agree. I ordered 3 dresses which arrived today and the quality is very poor. I cannot return them as no return advice and no address and having read through all the comments seems highly unlikely that I will get my money back. The dresses have no shape to them and look nothing like they did on the website . The material is the same but that is about all !

FloryDay very low quality products

Not knowing the Floryday's reputation, I placed in June an order for a dozen articles, totalling about $500. When I received the order (timely) and tried the clothes on, big disappointment: the sizes did not correspond to the website's indication or were inadequate, the quality of the articles was very low (often labelled "cotton" on the site whereas it was some synthetic fiber), the cuts were often ill-fitting - in short, I ended up having to return 3/4 of the articles. My first experience with Floryday will also be my last!
One positive point to mention: I had no problem in contacting Floryday in order to return the articles, and I was reimbursed about 2/3 weeks later.

The same happened to me. 1 Blouse and 1 pair of Sandals both of the lowest quality and non fitting.
Three weeks ago when did my order my CC was immediately charged and the money gone. When I complained about the long time delivery I've been told this was regular.
When it finally arrived the address label on the Package were not readable anymore and there was no List in the package with any return information. I never expected this is coming from China.
When I tried customer service they were not sending me any return information but a number which is sending me in circles. Are people not ashamed about themselves?

FloryDay 3 blouses I just received!

I bought 3 blouses which I received yesterday. Your merchandise is totally misrepresented on your web site? All 3 of the blouses were listed as Cotton or Linen: none are either of those fabrics They are all Polyester and I detest POLYESTER. Needless to say I will never buy any of your products ever again! I really liked a lot of your designs, very different and your company is losing out from my sister and me.

FloryDay items never delivered!

I Placed an order on the 12th of August, payment taken immediately and order apparently processed in 5 days and sent to the courier on the 17th. I ordered these items to wear for an event tomorrow (24th August) and the still haven't arrived and are now no longer required. Sent a message to "customer services" asking about when I would receive my order with no response! Very suspicious company with very little contact details, I will have no choice but to contact trading standards and the Consumer Ombudsman as I want to be refunded for my order which was over £100!

FloryDay trying to find contact address or telephone number to return item to floryday

Ordered a dress from above company and found dress too small for size stated. also seam on lower right hand side not stitched. Trying to locate Floryday address in United Kingdom or telephone number to return item. have thoroughly checked their website page for any information to return Dress.

The order number for dress is [protected]. I ordered from this website with their guarantee that unrequred items could be returned.

Reading comments about this website most of the people seem to think the same as myself that this company is a scam.

FloryDay my return of items I bought from the company

Have tried to return all the four items to the company but will not send the return address as the items don't fit I only want to return my items and get my money back and it won't answer my message also won't let me send an email to confirm my details it keeps saying wrong email address I have always used this email hope you can find the address so I can return my items with out any more hassle

FloryDay a return

Ticket #[protected] — This ticket number should explain that you have replied to me about a return and have contacted PayPal and that we would not be charged again. We got notice this morning from PayPal and that is case PP-D-[protected] that they have charged us again for this amount of $75.97. We heard from you on Aug 1 that you had notified them that the dress had been returned and we would not be charged again.
Very frustrating to say the least.

If we did not keep extra funds in PayPal we would have been in trouble. Please fix this.
