Booked flights through Flight Network. Realised one name was mispelt. Informed you and after paying an extra fee to amend , continually told "we will notify the airline. Crap. It is the booking agents responsibility to correct their booking ticket. After 4 months still not resolved . Told file closed.
Booked 4 flights (No. 1092-260-924. ref. XS3VSI. ) for 4 people in October 2025. Spelling was in the name of GRAME Henry Benson. Should have been spelt GRAEME Henry Benson. Your company refuses to amend this mistake as is THEIR RESPONSIBILY not the airline. I just can't get it through to your staff.
