I am extremely disappointed with the way FlightNetwork handled my booking and cancellation.
I accidentally booked the wrong route. Instead of booking a flight from Stockholm to Ghana, I mistakenly booked a completely different itinerary. As soon as I realized the mistake, I cancelled the booking immediately. The ticket was never used.
I contacted customer service several times, hoping they would help resolve what was clearly an honest mistake. Unfortunately, I received different answers from different agents. Some told me the booking would be cancelled without further issues, while others said I would only have to pay a small fee. Later, I was informed that I would be charged a much larger amount.
In the end, I had to pay a significant amount of money for a booking that was cancelled immediately and never used. I believe the charges were unfair and completely disproportionate to what happened.
The inconsistent information left me confused, stressed, and deeply frustrated. I made every effort to resolve the matter directly with FlightNetwork, but I did not receive a fair or satisfactory solution.
As a customer, I expected honesty, clear communication, transparency, and fair treatment. Instead, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend FlightNetwork. I encourage anyone considering booking through them to read all the fare rules carefully, keep records of every conversation with customer service, and be aware that different representatives may provide different information.
I sincerely hope FlightNetwork improves its customer service and handles future customers with greater fairness, consistency, and respect.
